In this paper, based on H-tree, which is proposed as the basic data cube structure for multi-dimensional data stream analysis, we have done some analysis. We find there are a lot of redundant nodes in H-tree, and the treebuild method can be improved for saving not only memory, but also time used for inserting tuples. Also, to facilitate more fast and large amount of data stream analysis, which is very important for stream research, H*-tree is designed and developed. Our performance study compare the proposed H*-tree and H-tree, identify that H*-tree can save more memory and time during inserting data stream tuples.

Coupled with geographical proximity, the Inner Mongolia region has played an important role in spreading the “One Belt And One Road” initiative to russian-speaking and mongolian-speaking regions. In recent years, China has been vigorously promoting the concept of “community of Shared future for mankind” in international communication, and the theory of empathy provides a theoretical basis for this concept. Inner Mongolia shares language with Russia and Mongolia and has a good basis of empathy.

The efficacy of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) for biomedical applications depends on the specic targetingcapacity, blood circulation time and magnetic susceptibility. Functionalized chitosan-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles(CS-coated Fe3O4 NPs) were synthesized by a non-solvent-aided coacervation procedure followed by a chemicalcrosslinking procedure. The surfaces of CS-coated Fe3O4 NPs were successfully functionalized with folate-poly(ethyleneglycol)-COOH (FA-PEG) to obtain novel FA-PEG-CS-coated Fe3O4 NPs endowed with long blood circulationand specic targeting capacity. The as-synthesized NPs were characterized by dynamic light scattering, transmissionelectron microscope, X-ray diffraction, thermal gravimetric analysis, vibration sample magnetometer, Fourier transforminfrared spectroscopy, and confocal laser scanning microscopy. As a result, the novel FA-PEG-CS-coated Fe3O4 NPsshowed excellent biocompatibility, magnetic properties, good dispersibility, and proper hydrodynamic sizes in an aqueousmedium. The specific targeting capacity of the as-synthesized NPs to cancer cells was also investigated. It wasobserved that the uptake of the FA-PEG-CS-coated Fe3O4 NPs by HeLa cells was significantly enhanced comparedto the CS-coated Fe3O4 NPs and mPEG-CS-coated Fe3O4 NPs. These results clearly indicate that our novel FA-PEGCS-coated Fe3O4 NPs with remarkable specific targeting capacity, long blood circulation, and superparamagnetismhold great promise for biomedical applications, including targeted drug delivery and hyperthermia therapy.

데이터 큐브는 다차원 데이터 분석 및 멀티레벨 데이터 분석에 많이 사용되고 있는 중요한 데이터 구조이다. 최근 데이터 스트림의 온라인 분석에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 스트림 큐브, Flow 큐브, S-큐브 등의 다양한 데이터 큐브 구조와 기법이 제안되었다. 그러나 기존 기법들은 데이터 큐브 생성 시 고비용이 요구되는 단점을 가지고 있어 효과적인 데이터 구조, 질의 방법 및 알고리즘에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 스트림 큐브 기법에서는 H-큐빙 기법을 사용하여 큐보이드를 선택하고, 계산된 셀들을 인기 패스에 있는 큐보이드들로 구성된 H-트리에 저장한다. 그러나 스트림 큐브 기법에서는 H-트리에 데이터를 비순차적으로 삽입하기 때문에 H-큐빙 기법을 사용하여 질의를 처리할 때 제한성을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터의 트리 구조의 각 층에 대한 인덱스를 구축하여 스트림 데이터에 대한 빠른 삽입 연산을 지원하는 $H^*$-tree 구조와, popular-path에 존재하지 않는 큐보이드를 빨리 계산하여 스트림 데이터에 대한 빠른 애드 혹 질의 응답을 지원하는 $H^*$-cubing 기법을 제안한다. 성능평가를 통하여 제안한 $H^*$-tree 기법은 보다 적은 큐브 구축 시간을 지원하며, $H^*$-cubing 기법이 stream cube 기법보다 빠른 애드 혹질의 응답 시간을 소요하며, 보다 적은메모리를 사용함을 보여준다. Data cube plays an important role in multi-dimensional, multi-level data analysis. Meeting on-line analysis requirements of data stream, several cube structures have been proposed for OLAP on data stream, such as stream cube, flowcube, S-cube. Since it is costly to construct data cube and execute ad-hoc OLAP queries, more research works should be done considering efficient data structure, query method and algorithms. Stream cube uses H-cubing to compute selected cuboids and store the computed cells in an H-tree, which form the cuboids along popular-path. However, the H-tree layoutis disorderly and H-cubing method relies too much on popular path.In this paper, first, we propose $H^*$-tree, an improved data structure, which makes the retrieval operation in tree structure more efficient. Second, we propose an improved cubing method, $H^*$-cubing, with respect to computing the cuboids that cannot be retrieved along popular-path when an ad-hoc OLAP query is executed. $H^*$-tree construction and $H^*$-cubing algorithms are given. Performance study turns out that during the construction step, $H^*$-tree outperforms H-tree with a more desirable trade-off between time and memory usage, and $H^*$-cubing is better adapted to ad-hoc OLAP querieswith respect to the factors such as time and memory space.

The complete coding sequence of Haemonchus (H.) contortus HC29 cDNA was generated by rapid amplification of cDNA ends in combination with PCR using primers targeting the 5´- and 3´-ends of the partial mRNA sequence. The cloned HC29 cDNA was shown to be 1,113 bp in size with an open reading frame of 507 bp, encoding a protein of 168 amino acid with a calculated molecular mass of 18.9 kDa. Amino acid sequence analysis revealed that the cloned HC29 cDNA contained the conserved catalytic triad and dimer interface of selenium-independent glutathione peroxidase (GPX). Alignment of the predicted amino acid sequences demonstrated that the protein shared 44.7∼80.4% similarity with GPX homologues in the thioredoxin-like family. Phylogenetic analysis revealed close evolutionary proximity of the GPX sequence to the counterpart sequences. These results suggest that HC29 cDNA is a GPX, a member of the thioredoxin-like family. Alignment of the nucleic acid and amino acid sequences of HC29 with those of the reported selenium-independent GPX of H. contortus showed that HC29 contained different types of spliced leader sequences as well as dimer interface sites, although the active sites of both were identical. Enzymatic analysis of recombinant prokaryotic HC29 protein showed activity for the hydrolysis of H2O2. These findings indicate that HC29 is a selenium-independent GPX of H. contortus.
Characterization of HC58cDNA, a putative cysteine protease from the parasite Haemonchus contortus

Because of the complexity of the cathepsin B-like (CBL) family, an information on the biological and biochemical characteristics of individual CBL genes is lacking. In this study, we investigated the degradative effects of the recombinant HC58 protein isolated from Haemonchus contortus parasites on protein substrates over a broad pH range in vitro. This protein, which hydrolyzed the synthetic peptide substrates Z-FR-AMC and Z-RR-AMC, had characteristics of the cysteine protease class of proteins. In the acidic pH range, the isolated protein actively degraded hemoglobin (Hb), the heavy chain of goat immunoglobulin G, and azocasein. By contrast, it degraded fibrinogen in the alkaline pH range. These activities were strongly inhibited in the presence of the cysteine protease inhibitor E-64. While the protein digested Hb, it did not induce the agglutination of erythrocytes from its natural host. These results suggest that the HC58 protein may play a role in the nutrition of this parasite.
