        해방전 이북지역 개신교 주요인물 및 종교지형 연구: 주요인물의 상호관련성 및 ‘기독교 민족주의’ 사상 공유를 중점으로

        It was none other than Protestantism that became the medium of progress against Neo-Confucianism in the northern region after the enlightenment period. The leaders of the major forces in the northern region specifically addressed in this study, such as Ahn Chang-ho, Cho Man-sik, Han Kyung-Chik, Kim Kyo-shin, and Kim Chai-joon, can be referred to as Korean Protestant nationalists. In some respects, “Christian nationalism” can be said to be the common denominator of these Protestant leaders. This ideology has a strong antagonistic character to 'exclusive nationalism' based on Neo-Confucianism. Of course, early nationalists like Ahn Chang-ho were under the inf luence of Neo- Confucianism. However, as they came into contact with Christianity, they grafted nationalism into the Christian faith and advocated “Christian nationalism.” It is a fact that the “Christian nationalism” established by early Christian nationalists under the influence of conservative theology also had some influence on the Protestant leaders who pursued liberal theology. It appeared as a movement to establish a national identity and capacity-building movement. However, the religious landscape in which they stood was clearly different, and due to this influence, conservatism and liberalism are still on the opposite side until today in Korean Protestantism. Nevertheless, both early Protestant leaders dreamed the same dream which is self-reconstruction and society-reconstruction, further national-reconstruction, and nation-reconstruction through Personality discipline and capacity-building based on the spirit of 'Christian nationalism' and in a larger category 'nationalism'.

      • 염화수은(HgCl_2)이 (Na^+-K^+)-ATPase의 活性度에 미치는 영향

        The present experiments were disigned to investigate the effect of HgCl_2 on the dog brain cortex(Na^+-K^+)-ATPase activity. The inhibitiory effects of HgCl_2 on the enzyme activity and its mechanismwere analyzed by Dixon plot and Eadie-Scatchard plot. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. The (Na^+-K^+)-ATPase activity was inhibited more than the total ATPase activity in the presentexperiments. 2. The concentration of 50% inhibition for HgCl_2 was almost identical with the inhibition coastant(Ki)The Ki was 0.5μ moles for HgCl_2. 3. HgCl_2 did not change the Km value(4.49) bot decreased the V_max of the (Na^+-K^+)-ATPaseactivity, suggesting that Hg^++ion acts as a noucompetitive nhibitor on the enzyme. 4. Hg^++ions were also found to be reversible inhibitors on the enzyme.

      • 새로운 LacZ Gene Fusion 및 Gene Cartridge Vector의 개발에 관한 연구

        In this study, a new lacZ gene vector, plasmid PGEM3-lacZ was constucted, which could be used for the study of the gene regulation and the function of proteins. Plasmid pMC1871 was digested with restriction endonuclease Pst I and Sma I to obtain a DNA fragment with the lacZ-gene(3091 bp). Recombinant plasmid pGEM3-lacZ was constructed by inserting the lacZ gene DNA(Pst I-Sma I cut DNA; 3091 bp) of pMC1871 into the Pst I and Hinc Ⅱ sites of plasmid pGEM3. After then, Recombinant plasmid pGEM3-lacZ DNA was transformated into E. coli HB 101. pGEM3-lacZ DNA/HB 101 was screened on the NZY plate with ampicillin and X-gal(5-Bromo-4-Chloro-3-Indolyl-β-D-Galactoside) by selecting blue colonies. The restriction map of pGEM.3-1acZ DNA was constructed by the following restriction enzymes :Bgl I, Xbal I, Bam HI, EcoR I, Hind Ⅲ, Kpn I, Pst I, Sma Ⅰ, Sal Ⅰ. From the restriction map, the lacZ DNA was confirmed to be present at the expected position in the plasmid pGEM3-lacZ. pGEM3-lacZ/HB101 gives about 10 times more lacZ DNA than pMC 1871/HB101.

      • 敎室授業 改善을 위한 授業時間 活用의 方略

        The purposes of the present investigation were: (1) to testify the basic assumption that instructional time variables take an important part in classroom instruction from many instructional models regarding time as an instructional variable; (2) to analyze related researches on allocated time in classroom instruction; and (3) to review other researches on time-on-task in classroom instruction. In many instructional models, such as Carroll (1963), Bloom (1968, 1976), Wiley & Harnischfeger (1974, 1976, 1978), Cooley & Lohnes (1976), Bennett (1978), Leihardt (1980), Fisher, et al. (1980), Centra & Potter (1980), Cooley & Leinhardt (1980), and Walberg (1981, 1984), we found that they regarded time as an instructional process variables or a tool of instructional evaluation. We examined that allocated time a relatively fixed or stable variable, but the variability in allocated time was very large for all studies. We also found that the amount of time allocated by teachers to instruction in a particular content area was positively connected with achievement in that content area. Studies of time-on-task showed that the percentage of time engaged was highly related to achevement, and that time-on-task could be altered positively (or negatively) by the instructional process Therefore, the conclusion is that time-on-task could be used as a useful variable for learning. We are concluding that this paper is presented especially for researcher, school administrators, and teachers with a few comments about implications of the instructional time variable. First, researchers should develop the optimal models for the instructional time management and the reliable instruments for the systematic observation and measurement on instructional time. Second, school administrators should establish and implement the efficient instructional time management at a school unit. Third, classroom teachers should recognize the importance of instructional time management process, and improve quality of their instrction by their own observation, analysis, and feedback about their instructional time.

      • 儒家思想의 本質 : 그 敎學의 根本인 爲己之學을 中心으로

        Confucius said, "I am not concerned at men's not knowing me, but I am concerned that I do not know men." Human nature is fundamentally good. According to how man follows that nature he can either be good or bad. When he has not loft his nature, he can come close to truth. Truth does not evade the human being, but the human being alienates truth. The path to truth is not far from man. When man tries to pursue a course which is far from the common indications of consciousness the courtㆍse cannot be considered the path to truth. In the final analysis, Confucian thought consists of the great learning. The essence of the great learning is the perfection of self. One guides others only after improving oneself. Self-existence is very important, and can not be exchanged for all the universe. Man has the universe within himself. In the world, when he passes from this earth, all of the universe together vanishes. So there is the relationship of equality between myself and the universe. In confucian ideology Heaven and man are not two bodies. The existence of "I" is empty. "I" comes from inactivity and reverts to the natural state, Nature and flan are not separate. How to live is more essential than that I liver. To hold the attitude of living and to catch its moment and to be sincere is essential. It is very difficult to be self-sufficient. The writer will summarize Confucian thought according to the four famous Chinese books. (1) The Master said, "A youth when at home should be filial and when abroad respectful to his elders. He should be earnest and truthful. He should overflow in love to all and cultivate the friendship of the good. When he has the and opportunity, after the performance of these things, he should dedicate himself to scholarly pursuits. (2) Tsze-hsin said, "If a man withdraws his mind from the rove of beauty and applies it as sincerely to the love of virtue; and if in serving his parents he can exert his utmost; and it in serving his prince he can devote his live; and in his intercourse with his friends, his words are sincere; although men may say that he has tract learned, I will certainly say that he has." (3) Sincerity is the way of Heaven. The attainmment of sincerity is the way of men. He who possesses sincerity is he who, without the exercise of thought is sincere. He is wise who naturally and easily embodies the right way. He who attains to sincerity is he who chooses what is good and firmly holds it fast. (4) The ancients who wished to illustrate illustrious virtue throughout the kingdom first ordered well their own states. In order to order their own states they first regulated their families and then they cultivated their own self and rectified their hearts. In order to rectify their hearts they first sought to be sincere in their thoughts. They applied themselves to learning in order to be sincere in their thoughts. This extension of knowledge lay in the investigation of things. (5) Tsze-hsin said, "Learning extensively is haiving a firm and sincere aim, inquiring with earnestness and reflecting with self application. This is the course to virtue. (6) The Master said, "Without recognizing the ordinances of Heaven, it is impossible to be a superior man. It is impossible to establish ones character without an acquaintance with the rules of propriety. It is impossible to know men if one does not knoll the force of words."

      • Clay 또는 은 나노 입자를 함유한 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지의 물성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지에 clay 또는 평균 10 nm의 은 나노 입자를 분산시켜 나노 복합체를 제조하여 그 물성 변화를 관찰하였다. clay를 함유한 나노 복합체에 대하여 XRD 분석을 한 결과, clay 층상 구조에 해당하는 회절 피크가 나타나지 않는 것으로 보아 clay의 층간 거리가 벌어져 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 TEM 관찰 결과를 보면 clay 층이 완전히 박리 된 것은 아니고, clay 층 사이에 고분자 사슬이 삽입되어 있는 삽입형 나노 복합체임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또 불포화 폴리에스테르 은 나노 복합체의 경우 수지 내에 은 나노 입자가 고르게 분산되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. clay를 함유한 나노 복합체의 기계적 물성을 DMA로 분석한 결과 저장 탄성률(E´)은 최대 57% 증가함을 보였다. TGA로 분석한 열적 물성에서는 열분해 온도가 최대 18℃ 정도 증가하였다. 이는 clay가 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지의 기계적, 열적 성질에 영향을 주었기 때문인 것으로 판단되었다. 불포화 폴리에스테르 은 나노 복합체의 경우도 은 나노 입자가 고분자 매트릭스와의 상호작용으로 인해 기계적, 열적 물성이 향상되었다. 또, 은 나노 복합체의 경우 은 특유의 성질인 항균성에 있어서 매우 우수한 물성을 나타내었다. In this study, made nanocomposites that dispersed clay or silver nanoparticles of average 10 nm is unsaturated polyester resins and observed change of the properties. According to the result of XRD analysis about nanocomposites containing clay, diffraction peak that correspond to structure of layerd-clay does not appear and could know that exfoliation of distance between layerd-clay. But, seeing TEM image, layerd-clay is not exfoliated perfectly, and could confirm Intercalated Nanocomposites that polymer chain is intercalated between clay layer. Also, it could know that silver nanoparticles is dispersed in unsaturated polyester resins in the case of unsaturated polyester-silver nanocomposites. The result that analyze mechanical properties of nanocomposites which containing clay by DMA showed Storage Modulus(E´) increased maximum 57 %. Also, Pyrolysis temperature increased maximum 18 ℃ in thermal properties that analyze by TGA. Because clay influenced in mechanical and thermal property of unsaturated polyester resins. In case of UP-silver nanocomposites, advanced mechanical and thermal properties because silver nanoparticles interacted with polymer matrix. Also, it appeared properties in Antibacterial that is silver characteristic property in silver nanocomposites.

      • ATM 망을 이용한 LAN/MAN 연동에서의 새로운 혼잡제어에 관한 연구

        응용으로 관심을 받아왔다. 이 경우 주요한 혼잡(Congestion)문제는 수신 게이트웨이에서의 혼잡 확률 가능성에 달려있다. 본 논문에서는 송신 게이트웨이와 수신 게이트웨이 사이에 속도가 서로 맞지 않을 때 셀을 버퍼에 저장하는 버퍼관리방법을 제안하다. 이 방법은 버퍼의 문턱치를 설정하여 수신 게이트웨이에서의 셀 손실율을 없애고 송신 게이트웨이에서의 셀손실율을 최소로 하므로 혼잡을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있으며 게티트웨이에서의 처리 부담을 줄이고 실시간 제어가 가능하다. 제안하는 방법은 기존 방법에 비해 셀 손실율을 줄이는데 효과적임을 모의 실험을 통하여 보인다. Recently LAN/MAN inerconnection using ATM network has attracted attention as one of many applications in the first stage of B-ISDN era. The main problem in this case lies in the possibility of congestion at the receiving gateway. In this paper, we propose a buffer management scheme that stores packets in a buffer if there is a speed mismatch between the source gateways and the receiving gateway. Using this method we can prevent congestion efficiently by setting threshold value for the buffer and minimize cell loss rate at the receiving gateway. The processing overhead at the gateway is also reduced and real-time control can be achieved. We prove that proposed method is more efficient in reducing cell loss rate than conventional methods.

      • 환경 친화형 폴리머 콘크리트 재료의 개발

        본 연구에서는 폴리머 복합체의 일종인 폴리머 콘크리트의 내후성과 가공성을 개선하기 위하여, 스티렌 모노머에 MMA를 혼합하여 물성변화에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 프로필렌 글리콜, 무수 말레인산, 무수프탈산을 축합 중합하였으며, 수지에 대하여 40wt%의 스티렌 모노머를 첨가하였다. 스티렌 모노머를 포함한 불포화폴리에스테르 수지(UPR)에 대하여 MMA를 0-50wt%를 첨가하였다. MMA와 UPR과의 상용성을 증대시키기 위하여, UPR 수지의 말단에 아크릴기를 도입한 수지를 제조한 후 물성을 비교하여 보았다. 인장강도 시험용 시편을 제조하여 만능시험기로 인장 강도실험을 실시한 결과 MMA의 함량이 40-50%일 때 최고치를 나타내었다. 시료의 점탄성적 물성을 DTMA를 이용하여 측정하였으며, MMA의 함량이 증대됨에 따라 저장 탄성률E'이 증대됨을 알 수 있었다. 특히 아크릴기를 분자말단에 도입한 UP 수지의 경우 저장 탄성률E'이 크게 증대되었다. 따라서 아크릴기의 도입에 의해 UPR의 MMA와의 상용성이 크게 증대되고 또한 물성도 향상되었음을 알 수가 있었다. In this study structure and property relationship of the UP resins containing MMA in order to improve the weatherability and processability of the polymer concretes was surveyed. UP resins were synthesized by condensation polymerization of propylene glycol, maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride. The polymerized resin was subsequently dissolved into styrene to make 40wt.% solution. 0~50wt.% of MMA to the resin was added. Tensile test specimens were prepared according to the ASTM. UP resins containing 40~50wt% MMA/resin shows best tensile stress. Dynamic mechanical properties measurements by DMTA show storage modulus E' increased with increase of MMA contents. Especially the UP resins containing acryl group in the chain show much improved modulus. This result indicates that the improved mechanical properties attribute from the compatibility between UP resin and monomers. The results of DMTA are coincident with those of tensile test.

      • 米麥混食이 白鼠體內 脂質代謝에 미치는 影響

        The comparative study was conducted on the effect of rice diet and rice mixed with barley(10%, 30%, 60%) diet on accumulation of adipose tissue and levels of triglyceride(TG), phospholipid(PL), total cholesterol(TC), and high density lipoprotein(HDL)-cholesterol in serum of albino rats(Wistar). 1. Adipose tissue accumulation and levels of TG, PL, TC serum in were lower in rice mixed with barley diet group than in rice diet group to the extent that the more barley was mixed with rice, the lower the levels of the above parameters. 2. HDL-cholesterol level was lower in the group where more barley was mixed with rice at 2 weeks after feeding. Rice diet group showed the highest level. 3. TC-HDL cholesterol level was lower in rice mixed with barley diet group than in rice diet group. 4. HDL-cholesterol level decreased in all the diet groups as the feeding period went, in contrast that TC-HDL cholesterol level increased gradually during the same period. 5. The average contents of NDF, ADF and lignin in barley(38% polished Convered barley) were 5.25g%, 2.078% and 1.11g%, respectivity. Based on the above observations it can be deduced that rice mixed with barley diet has the effect to suppress the adipose tissue accumulation and serum elevation of lipid level mainly by dietary fibers contained in barley to the extent that the more barley contained in diet, the more inhbitory effect it shows.
