The cross-border E-commerce logistics in China is mostly traditional ways such as international postal parcel or international express, and also some emerging ways such as overseas storage, international logistics special line, bonded zone and free trade area logistics, goods collection logistics and so on. The cross-border E- commerce logistics in China, which cannot match up with the demand of the rapidly developing cross-border E-commerce and also has other problems such as environmental adaptation obstacles, the low informatization degree and so on, has become the one of the main factors restricting cross-border E-commerce development. Therefore, this paper points out some key measures that include promoting cross- border logistics and environment coordinated development, choosing the appropriate cross-border logistics mode in view of different countries, actively building the integrated information service platform of cross-border logistics and promoting the development of the fourth party logistics to realize the match-up and coordination of cross-border E-commerce and cross-border logistics.

Iron nanoparticles supported on corn straw biochar (PE-FeNPs@BC) were used to remove V(V). This materialwas prepared by using Yali pear peel extract-supported iron nanoparticles (PE-FeNPs) as the functionalbody and corn straw biochar (BC) as the support. The synthesis conditions such as Fe/C massratio and synthesis temperature were optimized. The material was characterized by SEM-EDS, FTIR,XRD, and XPS. The results showed that particle agglomeration was reduced, and the dispersion wasimproved after PE-FeNPs were supported on BC. The removal effect was better in the pH range of 2–6,and the removal efficiency was the highest at pH 3.7. At 25 ℃ and pH 3.7, the maximum adsorptioncapacity qm of V(V) was 362.7 mg/g, and 95.1 % of 90 mg/L V(V) was removed. The coexisting NaCl orNaNO3 had a weaker effect on the removal of V(V). The adsorption reactions followed the pseudosecond-order model and Langmuir model, and chemical adsorption was the dominant process. The mainreaction mechanism of PE-FeNPs@BC with V(V) was as follows: adsorbed V5+ was reduced to V4+ by Fe0and Fe2+ and then removed by co-precipitation in the forms of xFe2O3yV2O5zH2O and VO2H2O. Thisstudy promotes the reuse of waste pear peel and can provide an environmentally friendly method forremoving V(V) pollution.

Background: The study aimed to describe the age distribution of breast cancer diagnosis among Chinese females for comparison with the United States and the European Union, and provide evidence for the screening target population in China. Materials and Methods: Median age was estimated from hospital databases from 7 tertiary hospitals in China. Population-based data in China, United States and European Union was extracted from the National Central Cancer Registry, SEER program and GLOBOCAN 2008, respectively. Age-standardized distribution of breast cancer at diagnosis in the 3 areas was estimated based on the World Standard Population 2000. Results: The median age of breast cancer at diagnosis was around 50 in China, nearly 10 years earlier than United States and European Union. The diagnosis age in China did not vary between subgroups of calendar year, region and pathological characteristics. With adjustment for population structure, median age of breast cancer at diagnosis was 50~54 in China, but 55~59 in United States and European Union. Conclusions: The median diagnosis age of female breast cancer is much earlier in China than in the United States and the European Union pointing to racial differences in genetics and lifestyle. Screening programs should start at an earlier age for Chinese women and age disparities between Chinese and Western women warrant further studies.
Interval Observer-based Robust Trajectory Tracking Control for Quadrotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

In this work, a robust trajectory tracking control strategy is developed for the quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle (QUAV) with unknown external disturbance. The nonlinear dynamic model of QUAV is established. Different from the traditional disturbance observer and adaptive estimation method, this paper adopts the interval observer technique to approximate the upper and lower bounds of the unknown disturbance. In this way, the proposed interval observer can cover its all possible values and show its scope in real time, especially before the disturbance error estimation converges. Combining with the backstepping approach, a robust tracking control approach is proposed to ensure that the desired trajectory can be successfully followed. Finally, comparative numerical simulation results are provided to evaluate the presented robust tracking controller.

In order to investigate the characteristics of the gradient fluorinated polyacrylate and polyurethane latex blendfilms, the fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion and the polyurethane emulsion were synthesized, and then the both emulsionswere blended at a series of ratios. The effects of content of the fluorinated polyacrylate on the gradient structure and surfaceproperty of the blended films were assessed by AFM, XPS, SEM-EDX and surface free energy measurements. Itappeared that, while the content of the fluorinated polyacrylate latex was up to 30%, the fluorinated polyacrylate particleswere selectively gathered on the film-air (F-A) and film-glass (F-G) interfaces at room temperature. When the contentof the fluorinated polyacrylate was under 30%, the gradient structure of fluorinated component was not evident. The furtherincreasing of fluorinated polyacrylate in the mixed system facilitated the formation and enlargement of gradient structure,but the adhesion of film decreased a little.
Process of Equiaxed Grains of RE-Al Alloy under Slope Vibration

A new technique using slope vibration casting process during heating and isothermal holding period to prepare Al-7Si-2RE alloy has been studied. The small, near-spherical and non-dendritic microstructure with the semi-solid processing requirements has been obtained. Experiments show that the cooling method, pouring process and the convection of melt caused by slope vibration had significant effects on the formation of near-spherical primary gains. The water-cooled copper mold casting with slope vibration at the temperature near liquidus can obtain Al-7Si-2RE alloy with small homogeneous equiaxed grains, the average grain diameter is 48.3μm, and the average grain roundness is 1.92.
Succinylated Pullulan Acetate Microspheres for Protein Delivery

In order to develop new protein carrier replacing poly(DL-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) microspheres, succinylated pullulan acetate (SPA) was investigated to fabricate a long term protein delivery carrier. SPA microspheres loaded with lysozyme (Lys) as a model protein drug were prepared by a water/oil/water (W/O/W) double emulsion method. An acidity test of SPA copolymers after hydrolysis was performed to estimate the change of protein stability during releasing proteins from the microspheres. There was no pH change of SPA copolymers, but pH of PLGA polymers after hydrolysis was significantly decreased to around pH 2, indicating that the long-term stability of proteins released from SPA microspheres can be guaranteed. Loading efficiency of proteins into SPA microspheres was three times higher than those into conventional PLGA microspheres, indication of inducing stronger charge interaction between proteins and succinyl groups in SPA microspheres. Although initial burst behaviors were monitored in Lys-loaded SPA microspheres due to relatively strong hydrophilic succinyl segments in SPA microspheres, initial burst issues would be circumvented if the ratio of charge density of succinyl moieties and hydrophobic acetate groups is harmonically controlled. Therefore, in this study, a new attempt of protein delivery system was made and functional SPA was successfully confirmed as a new protein carrier.
