We have studied the structural and electrical characteristics of epitaxial ReSi₂films grown on n-Si(100) substrates which were implanted by either 300 keV Si^+ or 380 keV Ar^+ ions with a dose ranging from 1 × 10^12 to 1 × 10^15 cm^-2 by using 2 MeV ⁴He^+ ion backscattering spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, high resolution transmission electron microscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy and electrical measurements. Ion implantation causes amorphous clusters in the film, which overlap and grow to be an amorphous layer on further implantation. The threshold doses for amorphization of epitaxial ReSi₂films are about 5 × 10^14 cm²for 28^Si and about 1 × 10^14 cm^-2 for 40^Ar. The resistivities of the implanted ReSi₂films are decreased with increase degree of disorder (implantation dose), regardless of the kinds implanted ions. The 28^Si-implanted amorphous ReSi₂films recover the original epitaxy on thermal annealing at 700 C for 30 min in a vacuum of 5 × 10^7 Torr, and so do the ReSi₂films partly amorphized by 40^Ar implantation. On the contrary, ReSi₂fully amorphized by 40^Ar implantation (dose$gt; 1 × 10^14 cm^-2) does not recover on thermal annealing even at 1000 C for 30 min. The resistivities of the annealed samples recovered by an amount proportional to the degree of recovery of the epitaxy.
Characterization of ^28Si^+ and ^40Ar^+ ion-implanted epitaxial ReSi₂films on an n-Si(100) substrate

The structural and electrical characteristics of 300 keV Si^+ or 380 keV Ar^+ ion-implanted epitaxial ReSi₂films grown on an n-Si(100) substrate have been studied by using 2 MeV ⁴He^+ ion backscattering spectrometry, x-ray diffraction, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, and electrical measurement. Ion implantation causes static disorder in the film, which overlap and grow to become an amorphous layer. The threshold dose for amorphizing the ReSi₂film is ~5×10^14/cm²for 28^Si^+ and ~1×10^14/cm²for 40^Ar. Although the resistivity of the implanted ReSi₂film decrease when the degree of disorder (or the implantation dose) is increased, the resistivity reaches a minimum value at a dose of ~1×10^15/cm²for Si^+ or ~5×10^14/cm²for Ar^+. The 28^Si^+-implanted amorphus ReSi₂films recovered original epitaxy after thermal annealing at 700℃ for 30 min in vacuum, as do the partly amorphized ReSi₂films by 40^Ar^+ implantation. On the other hand, those films fully amorphized by 40^Ar^+ implantation (dose$gt;1×10^14/cm²) did not recover after thermal annealing, even when exposed to a temperature as high as 1000℃ for 30 min.
Calcium glycerophosphate와 Flavonoid 및 Vitamin - E 배합세치제의 치면세균막제거효과 및 구취제거효과에 관한 실용실험적 연구

In order to evaluate the effect of a therapeutic toothpaste containing calcium glycerophosphate flavonoid and vitamin-E on the inhibition of dental plaque formation, the authors had examined the oral status of 96 students aged twentieth, divided into two groups, 48 in one control group were given with cosmetic toothpaste, 48 students in the other experimental group with therapeutic toothpaste containing CGP, Flavonoid, Vitamin-E. At the same time, all students were given with straight handled medium bristled toothbrush and directed to brush teeth with toothpaste and toothbrush offered. The patient hygiene performance were repeatedly examined in the 7th day, and 14th day. On the other hands, to evaluate the malodor reducing efficiency, the authors and analysed the volatile sulfur compounds from the breath after ingestion of garlic powder. 5 adults aged twentieth were examined. To obtained adequate data, expirating breath were collected into sampling loop, after ingestion of garlic powder, the subjects cleansed the oral cavity by one of the designated methods and reevaluated at 2, 7, 12 and 17 minutes after ingestion of garlic powder. Gas chromatographic technic was employed for the evaluation of volatile sulfur compounds in mouth air. The percentage change in VSC concentration of air samples were calculated in relation to values of it after ingestion of garlic powder immediately. Thereafter, the data was compared statistically and discussed. The obtained results were as follows; 1. Calcium glycerophosphate, flavonoid and vitamin-E containing toothpaste inhibited plaque formation more effectively than control cosmetic toothpaste(p<0.05). 2. Methyl mercaptan and allyl mercaptan were detected in the breath after ingestion of garlic powder. 3. Calcium glycerophosphate, flavonoid and vitamin-E containing toothpaste reduced more methyl mercaptan than control cosmetic toothpaste(p<0.05). 4. Calcium glycerophosphate, flavonoid and vitamin-E containing toothpaste reduced more allyl mercaptan than control cosmetic toothpaste(p<0.05) 5. Therapeutic toothpaste containing calcium glycerophosphate, flavonoid and vitamin-E increased the effects of plaque formation inhibition & malodor elimination.
Flow field characteristics of an agitator system of a large diameter slurry-water shield machine

A numerical model was established for calculation in this study on the basis of the standard k-epsilon turbulence model and the discrete phase model of the Euler-Lagrange equation. Results of the particle image velocimetry experiment were used to verify the reliability of the numerical model. The effects of the rotation speeds, slurry densities, and impeller structures on the flow field characteristics, including velocity distribution, ballast fluidity, and power loss, were also investigated. The results indicate that the increase of rotation speed has little influence on the flow field near the wall and bottom of the agitator, and the agitator performs well when the speed is set between 30 rpm and 40 rpm. The increase of the slurry density will increase the pressure loss between the inlet and the outlet, and it will also increase the load of the agitator. Hence, the slurry density must be less than 1400 kg/m 3 . The baffle can improve the velocity distribution of the flow field and the slag discharge capacity of the agitator.

A microwave delay line was fabricated using Gulton HD-11 dielectric meterial on the 0.0l㎜ thickness and 2㎜ width copper plane wire which is double winded on a ferrite bar of 20㎜ diameter. The delay time was loons on the fabricated delay line that is 240㎝ long, and the losses was-42dB at 7㎓ frequeney band.
