        The results of this research is shown confirmly need and effect of closed loop control using ECP Model 505 Inverted Pendulum This is not construction as normal load-on cart Inverted Pendulum. This linkage mechanism includes a moment-arm counter-load to be able to adjust and control perpendicular and the horizon bars. It controled both horizontal bar and vertical bar for control inverted pendulum in gravity field. ECP Model 505 Inverted Pendulum system achieved PID, VSC for non-minimum phase and conditional stability plant (right-half plane poles and zeros) by adjusting Position of centered mass. Especially, the result of variable structure control was finely shown high performance of closed loop control that compensate unstable situations for multi-degree systems.

        This paper presents an strategy algorithm of a soccer robot. We simply classified strategy of soccer robot as attack and defense. We use DC-motor in our Soccer Robot. We use the vision system made by MIRO team of Kaist and Soty team for image processing. Host computer is made by Pentium III. The RF module is used for the communication between each robot and the host computer. Fuzzy logic is applied to the path planning of our robot. We improve strategy algorithm of soccer robot. Here we explain improvement of strategy algorithm and fault of the our soccer robot system.

        This research aimed to determine the participation motivation of hapgido (traditional Korean martial arts) practitioners, and what factors they consider in selecting hapgido martial arts halls. To this end, this research selected four hapgido halls in large cities, medium and small cities, and counties, respectively, that were operating in Daegu City and North Gyeongsang Province as of March 2003, with the geographical proportion taken into account. A cluster random sampling of a total of 250 people was done from among those trainees. Out of these, 32 cases were dropped due to insufficient answers or incomplete answers, and 218 qualified cases were finally adopted for the research. The Cronbach's alpha(a) of items asking about the participation motivation ranged from .61 to over .88, and the alpha for the entire questions stood at .91, thus giving high reliability to survey tools as used. Data collected from answered questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way analysis of variance. The result of the analyzing of variables relations is as follows. First, there was no statistically significant difference in the average of sub variables for the practice participation motivation according to gender. Second, as a result of verifying the varying averages of practice participation motivation according to school grades, lower graders in elementary schools, overall, showed higher figures in all motivations except self-defense motivation. Third, there was no statistically significant average difference of sub variables for practice participation motivation according to religion. Fourth, as for the average difference of practice participation motivation according to recommenders, the average of etiquette motivation was higher in the order of the self-chosen group, parents-recommended group, and friends-recommended group. Regarding the character formation motivation, the parents-recommended group was more motivated than the other two groups. Fifth, as for the average difference of practice participation motivation according to the distance to the hapgido hall, the group with the distance of over 2㎞ had highest motivation for self-defense and health. The group with the distance of 500m-under 1㎞, had higher motivation for socializing and achievement than the group with the distance of 1km-under 2㎞.

        人的資源의 原價 그리고 價値에 대한 測定은 人力計劃과 活用에 必須的이기 때문에 人的資源의 測定은 중요한 과제로 대두되었다. 人的資源會計의 모델은 經營者에게 人的資源活用에 대한 파라다임을 제공함으로써 人的資源을 效果的 혹은 效率的으로 이용하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 현재 人的資源會計가 널리 이용되지 않고 앞으로도 채택될 전망이 소극적이라면 그것은 다른 問題보다도 우선 測定上의 어려움이 존재하기 때문이다. 또한 人的資源의 測定方法은 여러가지가 있으나 보편적인 妥當性이 결여되어 있다. 따라서 本論文에서는 人的資源會計의 測定과 모델을 주안점으로 하여 여러가지 測定方法들과 모델을 평가하고 동시에 앞으로의 과제등을 살펴 보았다. For about recent ten years, The subject of human resource accounting has drawn great attention to many practices and studies because of the necessity of manpower planning and management, and it has been recognized that such a model will provide managers with a very good paradigm for making manpower more effectively and efficiently. But it is not long time untill we found some unnoticeable limitations and difficulties in estimation methods and applicative validity. Therefore, in this paper, It has been compared between many estimation models and suggested some issues for further studies from viewpoint of estimation models of human resource accounting.

        각종 치과레이저의 Streptococcus mutans에 대한 증식 기능억제 효과

        레이저의 구강내 산 생성 세균인 S. mutans에 대한 증식 및 기능 억제효과를 평가하기 위하여 S. mutans KCTC 3065가 포함된 세균 pellet에 Er:YAG 레이저와 Nd:YAG 레이저를 비접촉식 방법으로, 조사세기 50mJ, 조사시간 5초, 그리고 pulse repetition rate를 각각 10Hz와 30Hz로 하여 조사하고 세균 군락수, 산 생성능, 불용성 세포외다당류의 합성량을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Chinese ink로 photosensitization을 시행한 후 Nd:YAG 레이저를 조사한 경우가 S. mutans의 증식을 가장 많이 억제하였으며 Er:YAG 레이저 조사도 증식을 억제하였다. Chinese ink를 사용하지 않고 ND:YAG 레이저를 단독으로 조사한 경우는 S. mutans의 증식을 억제하지 못하였다. 2. Chinese ink로 photosensitization을 시행한 후 Nd:YAG 레이저를 조사한 경우가 일정기간 동안 S. mutans의 산생성능을 가장 많이 억제하였으며 Er:YAG 레이저 조사도 산 생성능을 억제하였다. Chinese ink를 사용하지 않고 Nd:YAG 레이저를 단독으로 조사한 경우는 S. mutans의 산 생성능을 억제하지 못하였다. Er:YAG 레이저와 Chinese ink로 photosensitization을 시행한 후 Nd:YAG 레이저를 조사한 경우는 pulse repetition rate가 클수록 전반적으로 세균의 산생성능을 더 많이 억제하였다. 3. 레이저 조사는 S. mutans의 불용성 세포외다당류의 합성에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 Er:YAG 레이저와 Chinese ink로 photosensitization을 시행한 후의 Nd:YAG 레이저 조사는 일정시간 동안 S. mutans의 증식과 산 생성능을 억제시키므로써 치아우식증 예방효과를 얻을 수 있다고 사료되나 억제효과가 오래가지 않아 임상적으로 효과를 얻기 위해서는 자주 조사를 해주어야 한다는 문제점을 안고 있어 임상적으로 치아우식증 예방이란 단독 목적으로 사용하기에는 실용성이 크지 않다고 사료된다. This was performed to evaluate the inhibitory effect of laser on the growth of S. mutans. The bacterial pallets containing S. mutans KCTC 3065 were irradiated with Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser by non-contact method at an intensity of 50mJ for 5 sec with the pulse repetition rates of 10Hz and 30Hz, respectively. The following results were obtained on colony count, acid producing ability, and the amount of insoluble extracellular polysaccharide synthesis. 1. The irradiation of Nd:YAG laser after photosensitization with Chinese ink inhibited the proliferation of S. mutans the most, and the irradiation of Er:YAG also inhibited the proliferation. However, the irradiation of Nd:YAG laser alone could not inhibited the proliferation of S. mutans. The pulse repetition rate did not affect significantly on the proliferation of bacteria in overall. 2. The irradiation of Nd:YAG laser after the photosensitization with Chinese ink inhibited the acid production of S. mutans the most for a certain period of time. Er:YAG laser also inhibited acid production. When Nd:YAG laser was used alone, the acid production of S. mutans was not been inhibited. The irradiation of Nd:YAG laser after photosensitization with Chinese ink inhibited the acid production ability of bacteria the most as the pulse repetition rate increased. 3. Laser irradiation did not inhibited the synthesis of insoluble extracellular polysaccharide of S. mutans. From these results, we conclude that the irradiatioin of Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser after photosensitization with Chinese ink would inhibit the proliferation and acid production by S. mutans, which may prenent dental caries. However, this effect does not last long time so that the laser irradiation should be repeated frequently in order to obtain clinical effect; thus, this laser irradiation would not have a clinical usefulness in preventing dental caries when used solely.

        Effects of infections with five sexually transmitted pathogens on sperm quality

        Objective: This study investigated the prevalence of infections with human papillomavirus, Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma hominis, and Mycoplasma genitalium in the semen of Korean infertile couples and their associations with sperm quality. Methods: Semen specimens were collected from 400 men who underwent a fertility evaluation. Infection with above five pathogens was assessed in each specimen. Sperm quality was compared in the pathogen-infected group and the non-infected group. Results: The infection rates of human papillomavirus, C. trachomatis, U. urealyticum, M. hominis, and M. genitalium in the study subjects were 1.57%, 0.79%, 16.80%, 4.46%, and 1.31%, respectively. The rate of morphological normality in the U. urealyticum-infected group was significantly lower than in those not infected with U. urealyticum. In a subgroup analysis of normozoospermic samples, the semen volume and the total sperm count in the pathogen-infected group were significantly lower than in the non-infected group. Conclusion: Our results suggest that infection with U. urealyticum alone and any of the five sexually transmitted infections are likely to affect sperm morphology and semen volume, respectively.

        Cutaneous clear cell squamous cell carcinoma in situ (SCCIS), known as clear cell Bowen disease, is a rare variant of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The clear cell change of keratinocytes is regarded as a result of hydropic cytoplasmic swelling and accumulation of lipid vacuoles. Ultraviolet radiation has been suggested as possible etiology. A 72-year-old woman presented with a 1-year history of localized non-healing erythematous scaly patches on her elbow. In histology, atypical, pale and vacuolated keratinocytes were spread throughout the epidermis. There was no neoplastic cell change or infiltration below the dermal-epidermal junction. Mild perivascular lymphocytic infiltration was also observed in upper dermis. The lesion was positive for p63 stain. On the basis of the clinical findings and microscopic results, it was diagnosed as clear cell variant Bowen disease.

        Genetic characterization of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus in Korea from 1998 to 2013

        <P>The number of porcine epidemic diarrhea (PED) cases has increased over the past 20?years in Korea, with a major outbreak in 2013. A total of 27 Korean strains from 1998 to 2013 were analyzed (excluding the noncoding regions) and divided into two groups for comparison of the spike (S), ORF3, envelope (E), membrane (M), and nucleocapsid (N) genes with those of reference strains, vaccine strains, and previously identified strains based on phylogenetic analysis. Analysis of the selection patterns of PEDV isolated in Korea indicated positive selection of nine nonsynonymous sites in the S and N proteins and negative selection at 97 sites for all of the proteins. Interestingly, eight nonsynonymous mutations in S showed no significant pattern change over the 15-year period, and one of eight mutation sites was found only in IC05TK, GN05DJ, and KNU0802 in the epidemic years 2005 and 2008. These eight mutations were also present during the epidemic years in China. Furthermore, of the signs of positive selection in the S protein, the conservative substitutions were more frequent than radical substitutions in PEDVs, suggesting that the evolution of Korean strains has been slow. Serological cross-reactivity was detected between three field PEDVs and two vaccine strains, with different serum neutralization titers. In conclusion, although Korean PEDVs have been evolving slowly, their diverse antigenicity and genetics imply that multilateral efforts to prevent future PED outbreaks are required.</P>
