Development of A Teledermatological Service System Among Korea-China-Europe Using TEIN

A teledermatological service system among Korea, China and Austria has been developed and tested in this research. For successful design and establishment of a teledermatological service system, four elements were considered-networking among hospitals and participants, standard specification for teledermatological consultation, database for medical record, and design and implementation of software. In addition to the fundamental stationary system, mobile teledermatological service function using PDA was added to provide dermatologists with ubiquitous consultation service. It was evaluated and proved to be a feasible for tele-consultation system by the dermatologists participated in this research.

Purpose: In this study, the purpose is to, by analyzing the MZ subjects to verify the regulatory effect of individ-ual personality in terms of the relationship between the characteristics of short-form beauty contents and the behavioral intention, and by studying how individual personality affects short-form characteristics of beauty con-tents and the behavioral intention, present the basic data for the effective digital scalability that provides an optimal experience to Generation MZ and a strategy to induce the users to consume beauty contents while feel-ing the curiosity and interest of users about planning, producing and sharing form beauty contents. Method: The subjects of this study were analyzed by using the SPSS 25.0, AMOS 22.0 program for 406 online questionnaires in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon metropolitan area and non-metropolitan area to verify the research problem targeting Generation MZ who used short-form beauty contents at least once. The exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed to secure the validity and reliability of the scale, and the Pearson correlation analysis was performed to confirm the correlation between the major variables. To verify the regula-tory effect, the hierarchical regulation regression analysis was performed, and the test was confirmed with a simple slope graph according to the significant interaction effect. Results: As a result of the analysis performed, significant results were confirmed with a focus on the three stages in which all variables were input together. In the first stage, the characteristics of short-form beauty con-tents of the independent variables were static, all in playfulness, information, reliability, creativity, and interac-tivity. As the influence of individual personality on the behavioral intention in the second stage, it was confirmed that extroversion, affinity, and neurosis were significant. It was verified that the interaction variables that can confirm the regulatory effect in the third stage were the interaction between playfulness and sincerity(=.114, p<.05), the interaction between playfulness and neurosis(=.091, p<.05), reliability and the interaction of affin-ity(=.096, p<.05) was positively significant, and the interaction of information and affinity was negatively signif-icant(=-.156, p<.01). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it was possible to learn that, playfulness and reliability reinforce the behavioral intention in the characteristics of short-form beauty contents. Behavioral intention increases as individual personality integrity, neurosis, and evolution are regulated, whereas informationality deteriorates as the evolutionary nature increases, and it was also found that a strategy of creating and planning useful infor-mation that may be enjoyed or shared is necessary to provide an optimal experience of content, considering the characteristics and individual personalities of Generation MZ users, and accordingly, offers a meaning for the basic data for digital marketing.
Cancer Incidence in Living Liver Donors After Donor Hepatectomy

Living liver donors (LLDs) are screened for transmissible diseases including cancer. We investigated the actual cancer incidence of LLDs compared with a matched healthy control group from the general Korean population using data from the Korean National Health Insurance Services (NHIS). A total of 12,372 LLDs who donated a liver graft between 2002 and 2018 were registered in the Korean Network for Organ Sharing. They were compared to a matched healthy control group selected from the Korean NHIS. Cancer diagnosis was identified in 175 LLDs (1.4%) and 1,014 controls (0.8%). Compared to the healthy control group, the incidence rate ratio of liver and thyroid cancer in the LLD group were significantly higher at 18.30 and 1.39, respectively. The incidences of 11 other specified cancers were not different between the two groups. The present study suggests that LLD after donor hepatectomy may require medical surveillance, especially for liver cancer.

지리적으로 분산된 컴퓨터의 정보 교환을 위해 탄생된 인터넷은 네트워크 응용 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 시스템 개발자들이 로컬 컴퓨터에서 발생하는 실시간(real-time) 데이터의 중앙관리를 위한 통신 수단을 제공한다. 본 논문은 지리적으로 분산된 하/폐수 처리장에서 발생되는 다양한 종류의 실시간 데이터에 대한 효과적인 중앙 관리와 이러한 데이터를 처리, 분석하여 필요한 정보를 즉시 각 처리장에 제공함으로써 처리장 사이의 정보 공유는 물론 감독기관의 각 처리장에 대한 효율적인 운영관리를 위한 인터넷 기반원격 데이터 분석 시스템(RRDAS)의 설계 및 구현에 대해 논한다.

Minocycline is a semi-synthetic tetracycline antibiotic that effectively crosses the blood–brain barrier. Minocycline has been reported to have significant neuroprotective effects in models of cerebral ischemia, traumatic brain injury, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and Huntington's and Parkinson's diseases. In this study, we demonstrate that minocycline has neuroprotective effects in in vitro and in vivo Alzheimer's disease models. Minocycline was found to attenuate the increases in the phosphorylation of double-stranded RNA-dependent serine/threonine protein kinase, eukaryotic translation initiation factor-2 α and caspase 12 activation induced by amyloid β peptide<SUB>1–42</SUB> treatment in NGF-differentiated PC 12 cells. In addition, increases in the phosphorylation of eukaryotic translation initiation factor-2 α were attenuated by administration of minocycline in Tg2576 mice, which harbor mutated human APP695 gene including the Swedish double mutation and amyloid β peptide<SUB>1–42</SUB>-infused rats. We found that minocycline administration attenuated deficits in learning and memory in amyloid β peptide<SUB>1–42</SUB>-infused rats. Increased phosphorylated state of eukaryotic translation initiation factor-2 α is observed in Alzheimer's disease patients' brains and may result in impairment of cognitive functions in Alzheimer's disease patients by decreasing the efficacy of de novo protein synthesis required for synaptic plasticity. MG-63 Cell Proliferation with Static or Dynamic Compressive Stimulation on an Auxetic PLGA Scaffold

<P>The effect of dynamic compressive stimulation on MG-63 cell proliferation on an auxetic PLGA scaffold was investigated. The estimated Poisson ratio of the prepared auxetic scaffold specimens was approximately (−)0.07, while the Poisson ratio estimated for conventional scaffold specimens was (+)0.12 under 10% strain compression on average. Three stimulus groups were examined: control (no stimulation), static compression, and dynamic compression. In preparation for proliferation testing, cells were seeded at 2.2 × 10<SUP>5</SUP> cells/80 <I>μ</I>L on each scaffold specimen. The average proliferation rates of the static and dynamic groups were higher than those of the control group: 13.4% and 25.5% higher at culture day 1, 34.7% and 56.2% at culture day 3, and 17.5% and 43.0% at culture day 5, respectively. The static and dynamic group results at culture day 5 were significantly different (p<0.01). Moreover, proliferation rate of the dynamic stimulation group was 1.22 times higher than that of the static group (p<0.01). Conclusively, proliferation of osteoblast-like cells was enhanced through compressive stimulation, but the enhancement was maximal with dynamic compressive stimulation of auxetic scaffolds.</P>
