The aim of this study is to compare the development of compressive strength of high-flowing concrete with maturity and to investigate the applicability of strength prediction models of concrete. An experiment was attempted on the high-flowing concrete mixes using ordinary portland cement, ordinary portland cement replaced by fly-ash 30% by cement weight, high belite cement and blast furnace slag cement, the water-binder ratios of mixes being 0.35 and the curing temperatures being 5, 10, 20, 30℃. Test results of mixes are statistically analyzed to infer the correlation coefficient between the maturity and the compressive strength of high-flowing concrete.
함불소 공정부산물을 활용한 규불화염계 구체방수재의 공학적 특성에 관한 연구

This study wishes to apply when added Metal Silicofluoride waterproofing admixture to concrete, grasp engineering special quality and confirms the optimum recruitment stock. Through various experiments, got following conclusion. Did not give big Influence in slump in result in fresh concrete. Displayed High result most in compressive strength wave and 1.5% in hardened concrete. High permeability resistivity at waterproofing admixture addition was seen in permeability test. SEM observation wave and synergistic effect of compressive strength and reason of pitcher reduction performance. When see all these sequences, optimum recruitment stock estimates that 1.5% is the most suitable mixing amount.
콘크리트 표면성능개선에 의한 중성화억제방안에 관한 실험적 연구

Penetration of concrete by aggressive materials in solution may cause an undesirable effect on concrete durability, for instance when Ca(OH)₂ is being leached out or an attack by aggressive liquids takes place. In particular, carbonation occurs in concrete because the calcium bearing phases present are easily attacked by carbon dioxide and converted to calcium carbonate from surface of concrete, It has been known that the durability of reinforced concrete structure is concerned with the surface performance of concrete which affects on the carbonation occurred by invasion of CO₂ gas and the corrosion of steel bar occurred by O₂ In this paper, the effects of carbonation resistance by improvement of surface performance for concrete are investigated according to the accelerated carbonation test. It is believed that the carbonation resistance of concrete has been significantly improved by the application of penetrative hardening agent due to the formation of a dense surface.
3성분계 콘크리트의 압축강도와 등가재령 관계에 관한 실험적 연구

Activation energy has different value according to cement, admixture and water-cement ratio. Also the relation of age-temperature is as non-linear as activation energy value is large. Therefore to make accurate explanation for the effect of temperature on concrete strength development properties, it is necessary for activation energy value to explain in the maturity function. This study compares and estimates equivalent age used activation energy value that obtained by this experiment and Freiesleben activation energy value with compressive strength of concrete. As the result of this study, activation energy value obtained by this study has more accurate explanation temperature's influence about concrete strength development than Freiesleben activation energy value.
시멘트 종류별 콘크리트의 적산온도에 의한 강도예측에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to exhibit fundamental data which can apply to quality and process management of structure concrete using special cement in the construction field investigating strength prediction by maturity method of concrete according to cement types. The activation energy value was derived from the experimental study that experimental factors were selected as W/C ratio of 45%, the kinds of cements of 3 levels of O.P.C, H.B.C, H.S.C and curing temperature of 3 levels of 5℃, 20℃, 35℃. Also, after investigating relationship between compression strength and equivalent ages of concrete according to cement types, the strength prediction was investigated by maturity method. As the above of results, differences between the prediction strength by strength prediction equation and the actual measurement strength were lower, therefore it is considered that the strength prediction by maturity method is possible not only concrete using normal portland cement but also concrete using special cement.

The test were made with cylinder specimens cured at different temperature, mixed in water cement ratios 0.60. The major object of this study is to investigate experimentally the experimental equation by the non-destructive testing methods of ultrasonic pulse velocity, rebound number, maturity which are applicable to the evaluation of compressive strength of concrete at early ages. The results are as follows. The relation between ultrasonic pulse velocity, rebound number and compressive strength of concrete have low correlation coefficient, but maturity method show good correlation coefficient.

The major object of this study is to investigate experimentally the experimental equation by the non-destructive testing methods of ultrasonic pulse velocity, rebound number, combined method of ultrasonic pulse velocity and rebound number, maturity which are applicable to the evaluation of compressive strength of concrete at early ages. Also test result of mix are statistically analyzed to infer the correlation coefficient between the maturity and the compressive strength of concrete. The results show good application of Logistic curve for estimating strength development under various curing temperature. The relation between ultrasonic pulse velocity, rebound number, combined method of ultrasonic pulse velocity and rebound number and compressive strength of concrete have low correlation coefficient, but maturity method show good correlation coefficient.
