D-glucose-glycine系로 부터 調製한 非透析性 Melanoidin에 過酸化水素를 使用하여 脫色 및 分解를 행하고 그 分解條件의 檢討와 分解生成物의 同定 및 部分構造를 推定하였다. Glucose oxidase를 使用하여 Melanoidin에 作用시켰을 때 Melanoidin의 脫色率은 65%로 나타났다. 本酵素에 의한 Melanoidin의 脫色은 酵素-基質間의 反應生成物인 過酸化水素등에 의한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그래서, 中性 및 알칼리性 條件下에서 Melanoidin에 過酸化水素를 加하고 37℃에서 28時間 反應시켰을 때, 中性條件下에서의 脫色率은 64%, 알칼리性條件下에서는 97%이었다. 이 處理에 의하여 平均分子量 5,300의 未處理 Melanoidin이 平均分子量 3,500까지 低分子化하였다. 한편, 非透析性 Melanoidin의 過酸化水素處理에 의하여 얻어진 에테르可溶性劃分中의 主要分解生成物은 2-methyl-2, 4-pentanediol, N, N-dimethylacetamide, acetic acid, oxalic acid, Methylpropanedioic acid, propanedioic acid, Butanedioic acid, 2-furancarboxylic acid, 2-hydroxypropanoic acid, 2, 5-furandicarboxylic acid, 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furancarboxylic acid 등이었다. 水溶性劃分中의 低分子分解生成物은 glycine이 대부분이었고, 量的으로는 Melanoidin當 1.73%이었다. 이들 Melanoidin의 低分子化 및 分解生成物은 Melanoidin의 糖側鎖-C-CO-結合의 解裂 및 NH-CO結合의 切斷에 의한 것으로 推察된다. Nondialyzable melanoidins prepared from glucose-glycine system were incubated with glucose oxidase under optimal conditions and then the melanoidins were decolorized at a degree of 65%. The decolorization of melanoidin by glucose oxidase mainly caused by hydrogen peroxide produced from enzyme-substrate reaction. Therefore, the oxidative decomposition and decolorization of melanoidins were tried by using hydrogen peroxide. Melanoidins were treated with hydrogen peroxide (final conc. 6.72%) under neutral (pH 7.0) and alkaline (pH 10.0) conditions at 37℃ for 28 hr. Melanoidins were decolorized to 64% and 97% under above optimum conditions, respectively. The mean molecular weight of melanoidins decreased from 5,300 to 3,500 before and after hydrogen peroxide treatment. The major components in ether-soluble fraction obtained from melanoidins by oxidative degradation of alkaline hydrogen peroxide were identified as 2-methy1-2, 4-pentanediol, N, N-dimethylacetamide, phenol, acetic acid, oxalic acid, methylpropanedioic acid, propanedioic acid, 2-furancarboxylic acid, butanedioic acid, 2-hydroxypropanoic acid, 2, 5-furandicarboxylic acid and 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furancarboxylic acid. On the other hand, the major degradation product in aqueous fraction was identified as glycine, and 1.73% glycine was produced per melanoidins.

Pre-design phase becomes very important because the construction market in Korea is often unpredictable. Also, the construction market is diversely changing because social environmental factors are rapidly transforming. Therefore, construction projects are becoming complex and diverse. Furthermore, the risk being ingerent in construction projects are increasing, and now people are considering about the risk management of construction projects in successfully handling the risk factor. So, most risky period construction project is a feasibility analysis phase where the possibility is highest. But the existing feasibility analyse cannot fulfill their functions very well in construction projects because they .are based on the intuitive approach rather than the systematic approach. Therefore, the objective of this research is to propose an another feasibility analysis method reflecting a risk prediction model through an analysis of the existing studies and a case study.
급랭응고한 Mg-Zn-Ca-Si계 합금의 열안정성에 관한 연구

Melt spinning process was used to prepare the rapidly solidified ribbons of Mg-6Zn-5Ca(wt%) alloys with 1, 2 wt% Si. In present work, SEM, EDS, XRD, and microhardness test were performed to investigate the characteristics of the ribbons. The microhardness of the ribbons according to Si content decreased slowly since the content of MgCaSi precipitates in air side of ribbons increased. The Mg-6Zn-5Ca-1Si melt-spin ribbon heat-treated at 150 ℃ and 1hr showed the maximum microhardness and then its microhardness decreased slowly above 150 ℃.For the ribbon of alloy with 2 wt% Si, its hardness increased up to 200℃ and then decreased rapidly. As the content of Si and the heat-treatment temperature increased, the content of MgCaSi formed initially in air side increased. The present result showed that the addition of Si to Mg-6Zn-5Ca alloys decreased the microhardness of the ribbons and did not improve them mechanically even after aging.
강원지역 대·중소 건설업의 균형적 발전 방안에 관한 연구

Recently, a size of the domestic construction industry has been reduced rapidly, and its economic slump has been continued with the government real estate stabilization and tax policies. Moreover, as the reconstruction of apartments that has been added high value to the construction companies has been on the stake of high risk with delays of reconstruction start and finance restriction policies, an uncertainty of the construction markets and the competitions between the construction companies has been increased. At this point, the establishment of a collaboration relationship between construction companies has been recognized as one of the methodologies to respond actively on these uncertainties and fierce competitions. A collaboration relationship between construction companies is based on the balanced cooperation relationship for surviving together, and should be maintained on the complement and specialized collaboration between big, middle and small contractors. This paper propose a model of practical collaboration relationship to cooperate together between prime and subcontractors in Korean construction companies based on the analysis of questionnaires to the collaboration status between general and subcontractors in the Kangwon province.
