This experiment was carried out to establish effective egg powder preparing method by studying the denaturation of egg protein and changes of functional properties of egg powder at different predrying pH levels. The results obtained were summarized as follow; 1. As the predrying pH rises, whipping quality, whipping stability and heat coagulation capacity of egg white powder were enhanced, so also were the emulsion capacity and emulsion stability of egg yolk powder. 2. On DEAE-Cellulose column chromatography, egg white protein was fractionated into five peaks. And on the acrylamide gel electrophoresis egg white protein was separated into eleven bands and globulin protein was sensitive to the low predrying pH.

This paper describes the work performed on GTL(Gas to Liquid) spray and combustion in the environments similar to diesel engine combustion. We have used STAR-CD code developed by CD-adapco Group for simulating diesel spray and combustion phenomena. Computations of spray, temperature, NOx and soot emissions distribution were performed. For comparison, we performed the visual investigation of the sprays and flames in a simulating vessel of diesel combustion. For this work, we constructed a rapid charging combustion vessel (RCCV) where high pressure and hot air is rapidly charged to simulate the environment of a diesel engine combustion chamber. As a fuel, we used GTL (Gas to Liquid) which is synthesized from natural gas and has the potential of less soot emission and SOx.

In the recent years, the production of light-weight products has become important because of increasing demands for the energy savings through weight reduction. Therefore the advanced manufacturing technology with Al alloy is continuously required in many industrial fields. Bending characteristics of Al rectangular tube with hollow and solid section has been analyzed by FE analysis in press bending with wing-die. Bending stress is affected by punch stroke and rotation of wing-die. There were different sectional sagging characteristics between the solid rectangle section and the hollow rectangle section.

Asymmetrical and unbalanced features such as rotor blade of helicopter, actuator of hard-disk in personal computer are usually manufactured with composite materials. In this case, mass distributions and center of gravity of the parts are important because of their static balancing. Therefore in the manufacturing processes, it is needed to check out the exact data of weight and gravity center. In this study, it has been studied experimentally the balancing of laminated rotor blade by using multiple-point weighing method and lab-view system.
