본 연구는 여자 대학생이 긍정적인 성의식을 가지고 안전한 성행위 및 성건강 증진을 도모할 수 있는 주체로써의 성장을 돕는 간호중재의 기틀을 마련하기 위해 자아존중감과 성의식을 제 변수로 하여 성적자율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하였다. 3개 대학의 139명을 대상으로 2021년 2월 15일부터 22일까지 자기기입식의 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료수집하였으며, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients 및 hierarchial multiple regression을 이용하여 자료분석하였다. 분석 결과, 여자 대학생의 성적자율성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감(β=0.393, p <.001), 이성교제 경험(β=0.213, p =.008), 성의식 (β=0.175, p =.028)이었고, 설명력은 22.1%이었다. 여자 대학생이 성적 주체로써 자율성을 가지기 위해서는 스스로를 소중하게 생각하는 자아존중감의 증진과 긍정적인 성의식이 전제되어야 하며, 이성과의 긍정적인 교제 경험을 가질 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 자아존중감 증진을 위한 다각적인 지지가 요구되며, 긍정적인 성의식을 가지고 이성간의 효율적인 의사소통을 통해 성적자율성 증진에 기여하는 교육중재가 필요하겠다. This study confirmed factors affecting sexual autonomy with self-esteem and sexual awareness as variables to lay the foundation for nursing intervention that helps female college students grow into subjects who can promote safe sexual activity and sexual health. A self-administered online survey of 139 students from three Colleges was conducted from February 15 to 21, 2021. The data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and hierarchical multiple regression. The significant predictors of sexual autonomy were self-esteem (β=0.393, p <.001), experience of dating (β=0.213, p =.008) and sexual consciousness (β=0.175, p =.028) and their explanatory power was 22.1%. In order for female college students to have autonomy as sexual subjects, they must be able to have a positive sense of self-esteem that values themselves and healthy sexual consciousness. Furthermore, they must be able to have a positive experience of socializing with the opposite sex. Therefore, individual efforts and social support to promote self-esteem are required, and educational mediation is needed to contribute to the promotion of sexual autonomy through efficient communication between men and women with a healthy sexual consciousness.
Development of Customized Insole Design Framework Based on Digital Twin

Variable insoles can freely adjust the position of the insole, so they have been actively developed for posture and gait correction. This study proposed a customized insole design framework for individual foot shapes by constructing a digital twin model between a finite element analysis (FEA)-based virtual model and an actual physical model. Foot pressure data from the physical model were used as a load condition for the FEA model, and the insole material properties were tuned to maximize the similarity between the FEA model and the real model using virtual sensors. The obtained digital twin model corrected the abnormal arch index of the cavus foot to normal through position optimization of the partial insole, and subsequently balanced the front and rear of the foot.
Effectiveness of SBAR-based simulation programs in nursing students: a systematic review

Aims: SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, and Recommendation) has been extensively used in clinical and educational settings. A structured communication program increases effective communication, education satisfaction, and positivity during interprofessional collaboration among students. This systematic review aims to identify and synthesize evidence on the effectiveness of SBAR-based simulation programs in nursing students. Methods: A research protocol was developed according to the PRISMA-P guidelines. The protocol of this study was registered on the PROSPERO (CRD42021234068). Eight bibliographical databases were searched for studies published between 2001 and 2021, using relevant search terms. Searches were conducted in PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, and Cochrane Library for literature in English, DBpia, KISS, RISS, and Kisti for literature in Korean. After screening titles, abstracts, and full-text papers, pertinent data were extracted and critical appraisal of the retrieved studies was undertaken. Data were analyzed using the framework approach and findings presented in a narrative summary. We used the Effective Public Health Practice Project (EPHPP) ‘Quality Assessment Tool for Quantitative Studies’ to assess the quality of included studies. Results: Twelve studies were included: 3 randomized controlled trials and 9 quasi-experimental studies. Two overarching themes were noted: communication clarity and critical thinking. The results of 6 out of 12 studies produced significant results in favor of SBAR-based simulation in terms of communication clarity. Divergent results were obtained with regard to communication ability, critical thinking, confidence, learning self-efficacy, and attitude on patient safety. The results of these studies highlighted the communication clarity ultimately leads to positive results in terms of patient safety of nursing students. Conclusion: This review provides a comprehensive update of the literature on the effectiveness of SBAR-based nursing simulation programs in nursing students. These programs were found to have positive learning outcomes as a result of clear, concise communication. Further studies on the effectiveness of various learning outcomes derived from the SBAR-based program are needed.

First Near-infrared Imaging Polarimetry of Young Stellar Objects in the Circinus Molecular Cloud

<P>We present the results of near-infrared (NIR) linear imaging polarimetry in the J, H, and K-s bands of the low-mass star cluster-forming region in the Circinus Molecular Cloud Complex. Using aperture polarimetry of point-like sources, positive detection of 314, 421, and 164 sources in the J, H, and Ks bands, respectively, was determined from among 749 sources whose photometric magnitudes were measured. For the source classification of the 133 point-like sources whose polarization could be measured in all 3 bands, a color-color diagram was used. While most of the NIR polarizations of point-like sources are well-aligned and can be explained by dichroic polarization produced by aligned interstellar dust grains in the cloud, 123 highly polarized sources have also been identified with some criteria. The projected direction on the sky of the magnetic field in the Cir-MMS region is indicated by the mean polarization position angles (70 degrees) of the point-like sources in the observed region, corresponding to approximately 1.6 x 1.6 pc(2). In addition, the magnetic field direction is compared with the outflow orientations associated with Infrared Astronomy Satellite sources, in which two sources were found to be aligned with each other and one source was not. We also show prominent polarization nebulosities over the Cir-MMS region for the first time. Our polarization data have revealed one clear infrared reflection nebula (IRN) and several candidate IRNe in the Cir-MMS field. In addition, the illuminating sources of the IRNe are identified with near-and mid-infrared sources.</P>
