Preparation and Polymerization of Alkenylsilanes

The silyltriflates$(Ph_{3-n}SiH(OTf)_n)$have been produced by the reaction of triphenylsilane and triflic acid$(CF_3SO_3H)$at low temperature. These highly reactive compounds are a valuable reagent for the synthesis of numerous new functional substituted silane derivatives. The reaction of silyltriflates with alkenyl- and alkynylmagnesium bromide as well as organolithium compounds gave new silanes$Ph_2SiHR(R=\;C(CPh,\;CH=CH_2,\;CH_2CH=CH_2,\; (CH_2)_2CH=CH_2,\;(CH_2)_3CH=CH_2)$in high yields. The hydrosilation of prepared alkenyl- and alkynylsilanesPh_2SiHR$in the presence of a platinum catalyst(Pt/C) at high temperature$(200{\circ}C)$gave carbosilane polymers$((Ph_2SiCH=CPh)_n$and$(Ph_2Si(CH_2)m)n;\;m=2∼4, n{\ge}10)$along with five- and six-membered silaalkane ring compounds derived from intramolecular hydrosilation reactions. All of the prepared compounds are confirmed by NMR, UV, IR and mass spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis. 실릴트리플레이트$(Ph_{3-n}SiH(OTf)_n))$는 낮은 온도에서 트리펜일실란과 트리플산$(CF_3SO_3H)$의 반응에 의해 형성되며 이러한 화합물은 새로운 기능성 실란 유도체의 제조에 이용되고 있다. 실릴트리플레이트와 알캔일-, 알킨일마그네슘 브롬아이드 그리고 유기리티움 화합물과의 반응에 의해 새로운 실란 화합물 Ph_2SiHR(R=C{\equiv}(CPh,\;CH=CH_2,\;CH_2CH=CH_2,\;(CH_2)_2CH=CH_2,\;(CH_2)_3CH=CH_2)$을 높은 수율로 얻었다. 합성된 알켄일-, 알킨일실란은 백금촉매 하에서 카보실란 고분자$((Ph_2Si(CH_2)m)n;\;m=2∼4,\;n\le10)$5~6환고리 화합물을 형성하였다. 모든 생성물들은 NMR, UV, IR, 질량분석, 그리고 원소분석법에 의해 확인되었다.

The selective cleavage of phenylsilane by triflic acid gives silyltriflates. The removal of phenyl groups in $Ph_3SiH$ and carbosilane polymer $(Ph_2SiCH_2CH_2CH_2)n$ with one to two equiv of triflic acid leads to formation of mono- and disubstituted silyltriflate ester bonds. Reaction with allylmagnesium bromide produces corresponding derivatives with good yields. An organosilane dendrimer with allylated carbosilane polymer has been synthesized up to G3 using repetitive allylation hydrosilylation cycles. 트리플산에 의한 phenylsilane 의 선태적 분해반응에서는 silyltriflate ester 결합을 형성하였다. 1 혹은 2당량배의 트리플산에 의한 $Ph_3SiH$과 carbosilane 고분자$(Ph_2SiCH_2CH_2CH_2)n$의 Ph기 치환반응에서는 1 혹은 2치환 silyltriflate ester 결합을 형성하였으며 이들과 allylmagnesium bromide와의 반응에 의해 이에 상응되는 화합물을 높은 수율로 얻었다. Carbosilane 고분자의 나무가지꼴 실란거대분자를 allylation 과 hydrosilation법에 의해 제3세대(G3)까지 합성하였다.

N/A Purpose: KR-30035 (KR), a new MDR reversing agent, has been found to produce a similar degree of increased Tc-99m MIBI uptake in cultured tumor cells over-expressing mdr1 mRNA compared to verapamil (VP), with less cardiovascular effects. We assessed the MDR-reversing ability of KR in vivo, and effects of various doses of KR on MIBI uptake in nude mice bearing P-glycoprotein (P-gp) positive (+) and P-gp negative (-) human tumor xenografts. Methods: P-gp (+) HCT15/CL02 colorectal and P-gp (-) A549 non-small cell cancer cells were inoculated in each flank of 120 nude mice (20 mice x 6 groups). Group 1 (Grl) mice received 10mg/kg KR i.p. 3 times (x3) Gr2, 10mg/kg VP i.p. x3: Gr3, 10mg/kg KR i.p, x2 + 25mg/kg KR i.p. x1 Gr4, 10mg/kg KR i.p. x2 + 50mg/kg i.p. x1' Gr5, 10mg/kg KR i.p. x2 + 25mg/kg KR i.v. x1, GrC, controls. The mice were then injected with Tc-99m MIBI and sacrificed after 10 min, 30 min, 90 min and 240 min. Tumor uptake of MIBI (TU) in each group was compared. Results: TU in P-gp (+) and (-) tumors were both higher in Grl than Gr2. Washout rate between the 10 min and 4 hours was lower in Gr5 of P-gp (+) cell(0.93) than the control. Percentage increases in TU were higher in P-gp (+) than P-gp (-) tumors with all KR doses. Pgp (+) TU were highest at 10 min (173% of GrC) and persisted up to 240 min (144%) in Gr3. Larger doses of KR resulted in a lesser degree of increase in P-gp (+) TU at 10 min (130% in Gr4 and 117% in Gr5) and 30 min (178% 129%), but TU increased by time up to 240 min (177% 196%). Heart and lung uptakes were markedly increased in Gr4 and Gr5 at 10 and 30 min, likely due to cardiovascular effects. No mice died. Conclusion: These data further suggest that KR that has signiticantly lower cardiovascular toxicity than verapamil can be used as an active inhibitor of MDR. Even a relatively low dose of KR significantly increased Tc-99m MIBI uptake in P-gp (+) tumors in vivo. (Korean J Nucl Med 200135:168-184)

This is a case report of mandibular prognathism with anterior open bite by intraoral Obwegeser-Dalpont s Sagittal split osteotomies in the rami with genioplasty. We suspected this facio-dental deformity to be caused by developmental hypertrophy of mandible, proper selection of operative method was determined by depending upon preoperative work-ups such as radiographic survey, study model analysis and model surgery, cephalometric analysis and gross evaluation of facio-dental deformities. After surgical correction, Improvement of esthetic and functional problem has been obtained and maintained satisfactorily without any complications.
DEA/AHP 기법을 이용한 A보험회사의 IT서비스 유지보수 효율성 분석 연구

최근 기업들은 IT서비스를 중심으로 업무를 진행하고 있으며, 이를 기반으로 고객에게 서비스를 제공하고 있다. I이에 따라 기업대세는 많은 비용 및 인력을 투입하여 IT서비스에 대한 유지보수를 하고 있다. 기업들은 IT 서비스 유지보수 효율성을 파악하려고 하나, 이를 분석할 수 있는 도구 및 모형들이 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 DEA와 AHP 기법을 활용하여 보험회사의 유지보수 효율성을 분석하는 모형을 개발하였으며, 보험회사의 IT서비스에 대해 사례 검증을 실시하였다. DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)는 투입요소와 산출요소를 분석하여 효율성을 측정하는 기법이다. 본 연구에서는 DEA 모델의 투입요소로 유지보수 규모화 비용, 유지보수 복잡도를 사용하였으며, 산출요소로 유지보수 만족도를 사용하였다. 본 연구는 IT서비스 유지보수를 활용하는 기업에서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, IT서비스 유지보수 효율성 분석에 대한 새로운 연구모델로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Many companies are going to work through a lot of IT services to provide customer service. IT services are becoming increasingly complex and diverse, so they are maintained with a lot of money and manpower. Each company wants to know how much efficiency it has for maintenance, but there is no way to know where the tools for analyzing these things are. To improve ongoing work and customer service, each company will need to know how much maintenance efficiency it experiences. In this study, we analyze the efficiency of maintenance for IT service in A insurance company using DEA/AHP method. We develop a model to measure the efficiency of IT service. In the DEA model, the scaled cost for maintenance of IT service with function point and maintenance complexity of IT service are used as the input factors, and the degree of satisfaction for maintenance of IT service is used as the output factor. For the maintenance complexity and the degree of satisfaction for maintenance, the detailed elements are derived, and these detailed elements are weighted by the AHP technique. The company can evaluate the efficiency of IT service maintenance with the developed model.
실시간 In-situ IR을 사용한 벌크상 Poly(oxytetramethylene) Glycol과 Isophorone Diisocyanate의 반응속도론 연구

실시간 정량적 분석이 가능한 In-situ IR을 사용하여 poly(oxytetramethylene) glycol (PTMG)과 isophoron diisocyanate(IPDI) 간의 반응 속도론적 연구를 수행하였다. 반응 속도는 일련의 IR 스펙트럼에서 NCO 신축진동흡수(2265 cm^1) 및 C=O 신축진동흡수(1725 cm^1)대의 흡광도 변화를 모니터링하여 얻었다. 반응은 수산기와 이소시아네이트기의 농도에 대하여 각각 1차이고, 전체적으로 2차인 반응 속도법칙에 따랐다. PTMG와 IPDI의 벌크 중합에서 [NCOJ/[OH]=1.0일 때 반응 속도 상수로부터 구한 활성화 파라미터는 E_a = 61.07 kJ/mol, △H^* = 58.18 kJ/mol 및 △S^# = -95.98 J/molㆍK 이었다. Using quantitative real-time In-situ infrared (In-situ IR) spectroscopy, kinetic study of a reaction between isophoron diisocyanate (IPDI) and poly(oxytetramethylene) glycol (PTMG) was carried out. The reaction rate was obtained from monitoring the change of NCO (2265 cm^-1) and C=O (1725 cm^-1) stretching band in series IR spectra. The reaction was in accordance with the first-order reaction for each concentration of hydroxyl groups and isocyanate group, respectively, however, the overall reaction conformed to the second-order law. In the bulk polymerization between PTMG and IPDI, with ratio of [NCOJ/[OH] equal to 1.0 at various temperatures, the activation parameters obtained from the evaluation of kinetic data were △H^* = 58.18 kJ/mol, △S^# = -95.98 J/molㆍK and E_a = 61.07 kJ/mol.
