The purpose of this study was to find out the level of cognitive on the instruction physical education. The Subjects were 483(M:253, W:230) juniors in Seoul, Inchon Kynggido area, we were selected by random sampling. Questionaire was make out 24 questions of the 3 items (Ⅰ-facilities, Ⅱ-instrution, Ⅲ-objective physical education) The results and conclusion is as following. 1. There is no good level of cognitive on the I and Ⅱ item 2. In increase of facilities, they wanted a Swimming place, Bowling place, Table tennis place, Tennis place, Roller Skate place and Shooting place. 3. In completion term, they wanted two terms. 4. In theory of instruction, they cognized to lack of school hours. 5. In practice of instruction, they cognized to lack of direct hours in private lessons, exercise time of fitness, technique and tactice. 6. In a number of trainee, they wanted 27.7±10.3 in one class. 7. In desired item in practice instruction, they wanted a Swimming, Bowling, Tennis, Art of self-defence, Table-tennis, Cycle, Skating and Sky. 8. In valuation, they cognized to lack of the confidence, The propriety and the objectivity. 9. There is good level of cognitive on the item Ⅲ.

Due to the development of the CNC machine tool and CAM software, sculptured surface machining can be broadly used in die and mold industries and ball end milling process is often used for the sculptured surface machining. It is found out how feedrate affects the precision of the machining and also tried to study the most suitable feedrate in specific cutting condition. Two eddy current sensors were used for measuring tool deflections of X, Y axis, dynamometer for cutting force and roundness tester for roundness. It was found that the tool deflection is getting better as tool path is going to farther from the center of convex surface. The reason is that the cutting force is increased as the tool approaches to the center. Examining the roundness, cutting force and tool deflection characteristics, it was found that the most suitable feedrate is 90mm/min in convex surface and 120mm/min in concave surface.

<P>A simple, colorimetric method is developed for the determination of deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I) activity based on the novel finding that DNase I can promote the photoinduced synthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). In the absence of DNase I, a phosphorothioate (PS) DNA probe remains intact and captures Au(iii) through a strong Au-thiol interaction, which prevents the photoinduced synthesis of AuNPs, leaving the sample in a colorless state. On the other hand, in the presence of DNase I, the PS DNA probe is cleaved into small fragments that are removed <I>via</I> a simple purification process. The resulting solution, after the incubation with HAuCl4 and threonine (Thr), forms AuNPs by UV light irradiation with the aid of Thr which acts as a catalyst for the Au(iii) reduction process. As a result, a red-colored suspension is produced. By monitoring the color changes of the samples with the naked eye, the DNase I activity was conveniently determined. In addition, the clinical utility of this simple, yet highly efficient colorimetric strategy was verified by reliably quantifying the DNase I activities in a bovine urine sample. Importantly, the working principle designed for the determination of DNase I activity was successfully expanded for the detection of target nucleic acids, ensuring the universal applicability of the developed assay system.</P>

In order to solve these existing problem combined generation system of photovoltaic(400W) and wind power generation system(400W) was suggested. It combines wind power and solar energy to have the supporting effect from each other. However, since even combined generation system cannot always generate stable output with ever-changing weather condition, power storage apparatus that uses elastic energy of spiral spring to combined generation system was also added far the present study. In an experiment, when output of combined generation system gets lower than 12V(charging voltage), power was continuously supplied to load through the inverter by charging energy obtained from generating rotary energy of spiral spring operates in small scale generator.
