Test methods of Korea Air Cleaning Association (KACA) and Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) for particle cleaning capacity performance of an indoor air cleaner were compared in terms of the conditions of the test particle generation, the range of particle measurement and the calculation methods for particle cleaning capacity, and types of the test particles. The performance test was conducted in a 30 ㎥ chamber with the same test specimen and the test particles of each test were generated until the number concentration of 0.3 ㎛ particles reached 2.2 × 108 #/㎥. The performance test results showed that the cleaning capacity with the particles of higher surface area and volume density, regardless of the type of test particles, was higher than with those of lower and the capacity from calculation with 0.3~1 ㎛ particles was higher than with 0.3 ㎛ particles. Moreover, the cleaning capacity with the calculation of KACA method was lower than with that of AHAM method in spite of using the same test specimen.

Background: Roles of immune reaction and toll-like receptor-4 (TLR-4) have widely been established in the pathogenesis of alcoholic liver disease (ALD). Methods: We evaluated the biologic efficacy of Korean Red Ginseng (KRG), urushiol, and probiotics (Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011 and Lactobacillus acidophilus R0052) in mouse models of ALD. Sixty C57BL/6 mice were equally divided into six feeding groups for 10 weeks: normal diet, alcohol, control, alcohol + KRG, alcohol + urushiol, and alcohol + probiotics. Alcohol was administered via a LiebereDeCarli liquid diet containing 10% alcohol. TLR-4 expression, proinflammatory cytokines, and histology, as well as the results of liver function tests were evaluated and compared. Results: No between-group differences were observed with regard to liver function. TLR-4 levels were significantly lower in the KRG, urushiol, and probiotics groups than in the alcohol group (0.37±0.06 ng/ mL, 0.39±0.12 ng/mL, and 0.33±0.07 ng/mL, respectively, vs. 0.88± 0.31 ng/mL; p < 0.05). Interleukin- 1b levels in liver tissues were decreased among the probiotics and KRG groups. The tumor necrosis factor-a level of liver tissue was decreased in the KRG group. Conclusion: The pathological findings showed that alcohol-induced steatosis was significantly reduced by KRG and urushiol. As these agents improve immunologic capacity, they may be considered in potential anti-ALD treatments.
시민안전을 위한 SafeZone 확대방안에 관한 연구 -고양시 영상정보통합센터 구성을 중심으로-

IT기술의 발전과 함께 CCTV의 기술이 고도화 되면서 CCTV는 안전을 위한 유용한 도구로 활용되고 있다. 고양시는 2015년 CCTV통합관제센터를 구축하면서 고양시 관내의 3,623대의 CCTV를 통합하여 영상을 관리하게 된다. 하지만 영상만을 통합하는 현 시스템에서는 제한된 설치비와 증가되는 유지관리 비용, 한정된 활용성을 극복하고 시민의 SafeZone을 확대해 나가는데 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 CCTV의 효용성과 통합기술 동향, 방범관제센터에 대한 고찰과 함께 고양시 영상정보처리현황을 분석하여 한계를 극복할수 있는 방안을 찾아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과 사업소 단위의 영상정보통합센터 구성을 제안한다. 이를 통해 첫째, 시스템의 통합관리를 통해 유연한 활용을 함으로써 기존 시스템의 활용도를 높이고 신규설비에 대한 중복성을 배제하여 감시영역을 넓히며 새로운 서비스를 창출할 수 있다. 둘째, 인적・물적 통합적인 관리를 통해 한정된 설치비, 높아져만 가는 유지관리비 등 재정적인 지출을 줄일 수 있다. 셋째, DB보안, 보안시설운영, 개인정보보호 등을 강화함으로써 신뢰감 있는 운영이 가능하고 100만 시민의 SafeZone을 확대하는 효과가 있다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 고양시의 시민안전을 확보하고 보다 체계적인 안전관리 시스템을 구축할 것으로 보며 이를 위한 인적・재정적 지원과 지속적인 연구가 요구된다. With the development of IT technology, as the technology highly developed, the CCTVs are used as the useful tools for the safety. As Goyang-si constructed CCTV integrated control center in 2015, it is possible to control the images from 3623 CCTVs in the jurisdiction of Goyang-si. However, there are limitations for expandingSafezone for citizen with overcoming limited availability, limited installation cost, increasing maintenance cost in the current system which only integrates the images. This research aims to seek the plan to overcome the limitation by analyzing the image and information processing status of Goyang-si with consideration of crime prevention control center, and the utility and integrating technology of CCTV. As the result, we suggest the construction of image and information integration center as the unit of business place. By this, first of all, by flexible using through the integration management of system, it is possible to increase the availability of current system and expand the surveillance range by excluding the overlapped range of new facilities, and also it can create the new service. Second, by the integrating management of human and material sources, it is possible to decrease the financial cost including limited installation cost and increasing maintenance cost.
