The aim of this study was to derive a virtual persona for each user and service situation expected based on UX(User eXperience) according to service profiling structure. As the UX index, KS-SQI (Korean Standard-Service Quality Index) widely used for qualitative service quality assessment was used. For quantitative indexes, emotional state (Pleasant-Unpleasant) based on physiological signals and performance timewere used. In the experiment, 8 tasks were carried out based on health park management scenario with 32 participants (8 males and 8 females in20-30s, 8 males and 8 females in 40-50s, mean age: 36.1±10.9). KS-SQI was examined by conducting a subjective questionnaire, and physiological signal data were collected at a sample rate of 200Hz by attaching PPG, GSR, and SKT sensors. The experimental analysis was performed on task #6 (task before exercise) and task #8 (task after exercise) with greater importance among 8 tasks, and the analysis was based on demographical indicators such as sex and age. As a result of analysis on sex, the mean KS-SQI was 80 points, ``Pleasant`` and 41.73 seconds for males and 76.38 points, ``Neutral`` and 41.93 seconds for females in task #6 (before exercise). In task #8 (after exercise), the KS-SQI was 79.56 points, ``Pleasant`` and 76.50 seconds for males and 74.94 points, ``Pleasant``and 74.13 seconds for females.

Generally, vehicle test has been widely adopted by means to evaluate and improve rattle noise of steering system. But it consumes a lot of time and development cost, as well as difficult to ignore the variation of vehicles. This paper proposes systematic approach method to evaluate rattle noise of power steering system instead of vehicle test and also identifies rattle noise phenomenon according to the size of steering system using acoustic holography method. On this study, noise contribution analysis using anti-rattle spring and yoke clearance drew appropriate design guide to reduce rattle noise. Test result using mode analysis of gearbox housing and tuning parameter of MDPS shows that improvement of mechanical system is important to reduce rattle noise. In the future, additional studies will be conducted to reduce rattle noise based on this research.

환자의 만족도는 더 나은 의료서비스 결과물을 위한 중요 요소이기에, 환자만족도와 관련 요인에 대한 연구는 그 필요성이 대두하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 의사의 환자를 향한 공감적(empathetic) 태도와 같은 잠재적 요인이 환자만족도와 어떤 연관성을 가졌는지를 분석했다. 이를 위해, 편의표본추출법을 통한 환자설문조사 자료 중 총 273,994 개의 사례들을 분석한 단면연구가 수행되었다. 연구의 독립변수 및 종속변수들은 각각 의사의 태도 및 의사와 진료소(office setting or clinic) 관련 환자만족도로 정의되었다. 연구결과에 의하면, 의사와 진료소 관련 환자만족도는 각각 100점 만점에 평균 78.08과 78.62로 나타났고 상응하는 표준편차는 각각 0.14와 0.12였다. 또한, 의사의 태도가 의사와 진료소 관련 환자만족도와 유의한 관계에 있음을 확인하였다(p < 0.001). 의료에 대한 환자만족도를 높이기 위해서는, 의사의 공감적 의사소통 능력개발을 위한 지속적인 노력이 기울여져서 환자에 의한 의사의 공감적 태도가 인지되어 질 수 있기를 본 연구는 제언한다. As patient satisfaction is a crucial component of improved health care outcomes, there is a need to evaluate the relationship between physicians' attitude and patients' satisfaction. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between patients' satisfaction and physicians' friendly and caring attitudes by using recent physician ratings by patients. Data from a cross-sectional survey using a convenience sampling was utilized to examine the relationship between physicians' attitudes and patients' satisfaction. The independent variable was the physician's attitude, and the dependent variables were patients' satisfaction with the physician and the office setting. A total of 273,994 patients it the US were included. The patients' average (standard deviation, SD) satisfaction with the physician was 78.08 (0.14), and the average (SD) satisfaction with the office setting was 78.62 (0.12) out of 100. Physicians' attitude was a significant predicting factor impacting the patients' satisfaction with the physician and the office setting (p < 0.001). To facilitate patients' satisfaction with healthcare, a continuous effort to develop physicians' ability to communicate in an empathetic manner should be undertaken so that patients perceive their physicians as empathetic.
Edge-preserving demosaicing method for digital cameras with Bayer-like W-RGB color filter array

A demosaicing method for a Bayer-like W-RGB color filter array (CFA) is proposed. When reproducing images from a W-RGB CFA, conventional color separation methods for W-RGB CFA are likely to cause blurring near the edges due to rough averaging using a color ratio of neighboring pixels. Moreover, these methods cannot be applied to real-life digital cameras with W-RGB CFA because the methods were proposed under an ideal situation, W=R+G+B, not a real-life situation, W≠R+G+B. To improve edge performance, we propose a method of constant color difference assumption with inversed weight, which uses information from all edge directions for interpolating all missing color channels. The proposed method calculates the correlation between W, R, G, and B to enable its application to real-life digital cameras with W-RGB CFA. Simulations were performed to evaluate the proposed method using images captured from a real-life digital camera with W-RGB CFA. Simulation results shows that we can demosaic by using the proposed algorithm compared with the conventional one in about +34.79% SNR, +11.43% PSNR, +1.54% SSIM and 14.02% S-CIELAB error. Thus, the proposed method demosaics better than the conventional methods.

With the mounting oil price, there has been a continuous research to improve power and fuel economy on vehicles. As a result GDI (Gasoline direct Injecton) engine came up but it has disadvantage in terms of nano particle emission compare to conventional PFI (Port Fuel Injection) engines. By replacing gasoline to LPG fuel, nano-particle from the vehicle decrease. This study focuses on the nano-particle characteristics at the engine control variables on LPG-DI (Liquefied Petroleum Gas Direct Injection) engine, based on a wall-guided 2.4L gasoline direct injection engine. LPG-DI engine did not have obvious particle emission changes with engine control variables. At 2000 rpm/BMEP 2.0 bar engine operating condition, the total particle number did not change with air fuel ratio and nano-particle mostly exist at nucleation mode.

본 논문에서는 ART-1 신경망을 이용한 온라인 필기체 한자 획을 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 온라인 필기체 한자 획들은 필기자들의 필기 습관과 잡음 등에 의해 다양한 변형을 가지며, 이런 변형된 획은 온라인 문자인식에서 장애요인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 이런 문제점을 고려하여 효과적인 특징 벡터 추출방법으로 획을 세그멘테이션한 뒤, 이를 ART-1 신경망을 이용하여 분류했다. 제안한 획 분류방법의 성능을 검증하기 위하여 교육부 지정 교육용 기초 한자 1,8000자를 대상으로 실험한 결과 제안한 방법이 온라인 필기체 한자 획 분류에 매우 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.
단방향 저-지연 브레이디드 링 네트워크 구현 및 성능 분석

브레이디드-링(Braided Ring)은 링 구조를 갖는 네트워크 토폴로지 중 하나로 기존 일반적인 이중화 링과 달리 이웃의 이웃 노드와 연결된 스킵 링크를 갖는 것이 특징이며 이 점을 활용해 기존양방향 링보다 패킷의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이 논문에서는 단방향 브레이디드-링을 설계하며 고려한 점과 구현 내용을 소개하고 실험을 통해 구현한 단방향 브레이디드-링과 기존 양방향 링, 단방향 저-지연 브레이디드-링의 지연시간을 측정하고 노드 고장 발생 시 지연시간의 변화를 비교하였다. 결과적으로 브레이디드-링 구조는 요청/응답 형식의 주고받는 메시지에 대해 모든 노드가 공평한 지연시간을 가지며 노드 고장 발생 전후 지연시간의 변화가 적어 일부 노드 고장에도 고장 전의 전송 특성을 유지하는 것을 확인하였다. 이런 장점을 가진 브레이디드-링 구조를 차량, 항공, 산업용네트워크와 같은 높은 안정성과 보안성이 요구되는 시스템에 적용한다면 기존 이중화 링 구조보다 높은 안정성과 보안성을 보장할 수 있을것으로 기대한다.
