        Analysis of Sensing Mechanisms in a Gold-Decorated SWNT Network DNA Biosensor

        We show that carbon nanotube sensors with gold particles on the single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) network operate as Schottky barrier transistors, in which transistor action occurs primarily by varying the resistance of Au-SWNT junction rather than the channel conductance modulation. Transistor characteristics are calculated for the statistically simplified geometries, and the sensing mechanisms are analyzed by comparing the simulation results of the MOSFET model and Schottky junction model with the experimental data. We demonstrated that the semiconductor MOSFET effect cannot explain the experimental phenomena such as the very low limit of detection (LOD) and the logarithmic dependence of sensitivity to the DNA concentration. By building an asymmetric oncentricelectrode model which consists of serially-connected segments of CNTFETs and Schottky diodes, we found that for a proper explanation of the experimental data, the work function shifts should be ~ 0.1 eV for 100 pM DNA concentration and ~ 0.4 eV for 100 μM.

      • 패널고정효과모형과 공간가중회귀 모형을 사용한 주택 가격 예측 모형 설계

        이 연구는 주택가격예측의 혼합 모형을 설계하여 다양한 접근으로 공간예측문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 먼저 주택 가격을 설명하는 다변량 요인들의 관계를 밝혀내고자 패널데이터로 자료를 수집, 구축하였고 고정효과모형(Fixed effect model)을 사용하여 패널 개체의 시간 불변한 요인이 설명변수에 주는 내생성을 제거하고 보다 강건하고 불편향된 효율적 추정량을 얻고자 하였다. 또한 공간가중회귀(GWR)를 사용하여 각 설명변수가 공간적으로 연관되어 발생하는 잔차의 불균등항을 해결한 추정계수를 얻고자 하였다. 곧 일반선형모형이 가지는 단점을 해결하면서 횡단면, 종단면 자료의 복합적인 특성을 여러 다변량 모형으로 주택가격을 설명하여 변수들의 관계를 보다 심층적으로 이해하고자 하였다.

        복권구매행동의도의 선행요인구조 분석

        본 연구는 계획된 행동 이론을 근거로 하여 최근 우리나라 복권구매자들의 복권 구매 행동과 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 분석하고자 하였다. 전체적인 본 연구 결과 복권의 구매 행동 의도에 복권에 대한 태도와 주관적 규범은 영향을 주고 있는 반면 지각된 행동 통제감은 영향을 미치지 못하고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 복권의 구매 행동을 설명할 때 계획된 행동이론보다는 합리적 행위 이론이 더 적합한 모형이라는 설명이 가능함을 알 수 있다. 그러나 복권 구매자 집단과 비구매자 집단을 나누어 두 집단의 복권 구매 과정의 차이를 분석한 결과는 구매자 집단만의 복권 구매 행위 모델은 계획된 행동이론이 적절함을 보여 주는 결과였다. 반면 비구매자 집단은 복권에 대한 태도만이 행위의도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 다양한 연구결과의 실용적이고 학문적인 함의가 토론되었다. This study is try to identify variables precedent of the lottery ticket purchasing behavior by appling three independent variables (attitude toward the lottery ticket purchasing behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) of theory of planned behavior. The results of this study showed that attitude toward the lottery ticket purchasing behavior and subjective norm had an effect on the lottery ticket purchasing behavior while perceived behavioral control had no effect on it. It means that theory of reasoned action is more explicable model than theory of planned behavior for understanding the lottery ticket purchasing behavior. However, the results of additional analysis of only main lottery ticket purchasers after excluding non lottery ticket purchasers are not supporting theory of reasoned action but theory of planned behavior because all three independent variables (attitude toward the lottery ticket purchasing behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) of theory of planned behavior had an effect on the lottery ticket purchasing behavior. subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) of theory of planned behavior had an effect on the lottery ticket purchasing behavior. Analyses on non lottery ticket purchasers’ behavioral pattern revealed that their attitude toward the behavior is only effective variable for their lottery ticket purchasing behavior. Diverse practical and academical implications of the results have beed discussed.

        컴퓨터 음악을 활용한 웹 기반 감상학습 전략

        Listening is the most frequent musical activitiy for one s life and the foundation of all musical activities. The interaction between music and listener makes the quality of student life to high and stimulate the musical sus-ceptibility of student. The media applying in education like a cassette tape player and CD player is One-way transmission system. So, There is need for listening by the interacion between music and listener through the computer music and WBI(Web Based Instruction). Web offers the educational environment that can make the interaction between students and Computer music is method that give musical stimulation to student through the various musical approach. So It s very effective way for study of music listening to apply this two method(Computer music and Web) In this study, the possibility of learning from listening to music that is more interesting and valuable with supporting the share of various information and the listening experiences applying computer music was considered. A 6th grade class in Busan was chosen as an object of this research and controlled to activate listening learning for 4 weeks, and the followings are the contents taught. First, the method of utilizing Sequencing Program was reconstructed and then taught in view of listening the subject tune. Learners showed their high curiosity and interest at practicing computer music in learning listening, and could prepare various activities of listening. Second, homepage was constructed and uploading whole process of learning on homepage was presented. And at next process of learning, formating natural portfolio about learners vigorous listening activity was seen. Third, I constructed teaching-learning process plan centered on the 6th grade music textbook of elementary school, taught and estimated. Forth, for estimation, I estimated with questionnaires about learners, portfolios using homepage and teacher s observation. I have learned that this lesson was useful to increase attitude for lesson, variation of listening activity and understanding of musical concept. This study show the method that make listeners can rise understanding of music and Interaction between music and student, student and student, student and teacher. If computer and audio systems are ready for progress of listening, this study will offer better listening experience to students.

        대용량 콘텐츠 전송을 위한 병렬전송 오버레이 멀티캐스트

        오버레이 멀티캐스트 전송방식은 멀티캐스트의 기능을 응용계층에 두어 인터넷상에서 멀티캐스트 전송이 가능한 새로운 방식이다. 그러나 오버레이 멀티캐스트 프로토콜들은 아직까지 표준화가 이루어지지 못하였고 대용량 콘텐츠 전송 시 많은 제약사항으로 인해 적용이 쉽지 않은 형편이다. 그러므로 오버레이 멀티캐스트 기반에 대용량 콘텐츠를 전송할 수 있는 새로운 전송기법의 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공통의 파일을 수신하고자 하는 호스트간의 그룹을 설정하여 기존 오버레이 멀티캐스트 기법의 그룹관리와 전송관리를 분리하여, 강건한 그룹관리가 가능한 프로토콜 스택을 구현하고, 그룹 멤버들 간의 분산 다운로드 전송기법의 도입을 통해 기존 데이터 릴레이 기반의 오버레이 멀티캐스트 방식보다 빠른 병렬적 전송기법을 제안하여 전송속도 대비 대역폭 소모율에 대한 전송효율을 개선하였다. Overlay multicast delivery method is a new approach in which multicast functionality is implemented at the end-hosts application layer in the timing of sparse deployment of IP multicast. However, existing overlay multicast protocols are not being standardization and many restrictions occur when delivering high capacity contents. Therefore, new delivery mechanism is required for the overlay multicast based high capacity contents delivery. In this paper, we separate group management and delivery management of overlay multicast and describe a capable group management. We also defined high speed delivery method better than that of existing overlay multicast through use of collaborated distribute downloading. This improved efficiency of massive contents transmission.

        음악비평 활동의 창의․인성 교육적 접근

        본 논문은 창의․인성 교육을 위한 효과적인 음악비평 활동의 방법과 내용에 대해 살펴본다. 창의․인성 교육은 전 세계적인 교육의 추세이며 우리나라에서도 이를 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 음악비평 활동은 음악과 관련된 다양한 현상에 대한 가치 평가를 내리는 과정으로 깊이 있고 폭넓은 사고, 독창적인 아이디어, 논리적, 감성적 언어 표현 능력 등을 요구하며 창의성 향상에 도움이 되는 활동이다. 또한 가치 판단의 과정에서 경험하게 되는 여러 가지 상황들은 인성교육의 효과적인 내용과 방법이 된다. 따라서 창의․인성 교육을 위한 음악비평 활동은 음악교과의 본질을 살리며, 창의․인성 교육의 요소들이 학습될 수 있는 제재를 선정하고 효과적인 질문을 통해 학생들의 활발한 사고와 교사·학생, 학생·학생 간의 의사소통을 유도해야 한다. The education of the world is advocating the creativity·character education while searching for more effective education contents and methods. Pursuing new values and raising people with desirable character would be an effort for more developmental future. The subject of music has also been making effort to raise creativity under such context and many related studies have been performed. But it is true that the theoretic approach and practical investigation were lacking in the character aspect. At this point in time when the creativity·character education is required, the subject of music needs a more comprehensive approach according to the objectives, contents and methods of one step more advanced education in which the creativity and character are applied. The musical criticism activity requires linguistic expression through creative thinking as a process of making value assessment on all phenomena related to music. It is also one of learning activities to investigate and learn character factors under the situation of having various problems. But the musical criticism activity in the subject of music is still unable to have the depth and range to the extent of being actively utilized in the learning activity. Accordingly, this study has searched for what kind of position that the musical criticism activity can have in the aspect of creativity·character education which is raised as being important at this time. The desirable use of musical criticism activity for creativity·character education would have to be performed by the contents and methods corresponding to the essence of musical subject and would have to utilize questions that can stimulate various thoughts by the students. Also, the range of thought would have to be widened by making them become able to present rational basis in determining values on the phenomena related to music. Although the musical criticism was long considered as an activity that can be performed only by the people with professional knowledge, it can be adequately utilized by being reorganized as the learning activity of students. Therefore, an activity of reorganizing the theory and essence of musical criticism established through long history of musical criticism would be necessary.

        학생들의 음악비평 능력 향상을 위한 연주비평 용어 분석

        본 연구에서는 학생들의 음악에 관한 사고력과 언어 표현 능력을 기르고자 연주비평에 활용된 평가적 표현으로서 형용사의 종류와 기능, 어조 등을 분석하여 제시하였다. 이를 위해, 2018년 한 해 동안, 서울 예술의 전당, 경기도 문화의 전당, 부산문화회관에서 정기적으로 발간하는 소식지에 게재된 연주비평 41편을 수집 및 분석하였다. 그 결과, 연주비평에는 연주비평 한 회당 약 11개의 형용사가 활용되었고 긍정적 어조, 부정적 어조, 중립적 어조 중 하나 또는 그 이상의 어조를 띠고 있었다. 양적으로 볼 때, 긍정적 어조가 가장 많고, 부정적 어조의 사용은 많지 않았다. 또 연주비평에서 형용사는 명사형, 명사형으로 전환한 뒤 주어, 서술어, 관형어, 부사어, 목적어의 기능 등 여섯 가지의 형태로 사용되었다. 분석 결과와 더불어 연주비평에 사용된 다양한 용어를 제시하였으며 이를 바탕으로 학생들은 연주비평에 활용할 수 있는 다양한 형용사의 예를 학습함으로써 음악에 관한 생각과 느낌을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있을 것이다. This study aimed at analyzing the types, functions, tone, etc. of adjectives as evaluative expressions used for critiquing performances to help students enhance expressive skills regarding music and to improve thinking skills and musical abilities. To this end, I collected and analyzed 41 performance reviews published in newsletters regularly published by the Seoul Arts Center, Gyeonggi-do Culture Hall, and Busan Cultural Center during 2018. Research results showed that approximately 10.9 adjectives were used per performance critique. Each adjective contained one or meaning from positive tone, negative tone and neutral tone. Quantitatively, positive tones were the most common, while negative tones were not used very often. Also, in performance critiques, adjectives were converted to nouns or noun suffixes and used in six formats for functions such as subject, predicate, idioms, adverbs, and object. Results of the study showed that by learning examples of various adjectives that can be used for critiquing music, it can be anticipated that students will become able to more effectively express their thoughts and feelings about music, while also improving their musical skills.
