        B2C(Business to Customer) is one of the electronic commercial transaction. Recently, Internet Shopping mall that is the typical type of it has been on the sharp rise But of all the internet users, those who purchases actually online is few. With typical business, both parties(buyer and seller) came face to face so that they can check the quality of product and pay it to get directly. For e-commerce, however, these things are done in the virtual area of Internet. Therefore it is not possible for customers trust anything about online shopping as others easily, and it causes buying online not to be facilitated inevitably. For example, trying to buy online, customers worry about if the quality of products displayed in the internet mall is acceptable, delivery is to be done correctly and someone can steal our credit card number provided for paying Ironically while buying online increases steadily, reliability for shopping mall is no improved much better. As a result, to facilitate business to customer(B2C), it is required to analyze the factors to make online shopping reliable and the factors that are chief in improving reliability. This document reviews the major factors in trust, and relationship between customers trust and purchasing power, based on the recognition that reliability in business to customer(B2C) is important. With doing research in existing studies and classifying them, theoretic model is provided. For verification and discussion about this model, surveys targets 20∼30 years ole men and women have been made. First, the reputation of Internet Shopping mall do not influence customer trust. Second, two factors of safetyness and trust in e-channel do not influence customer trust, significantly. This point is shown that individual propensity than environmental influence is more important. Third, trust was found o have a strong positive effect on power of purchase. Implications of the findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

        하악골에 발생한 골막 골육종

        Periosteal osteosarcoma is a distinct entity of malignant bone tumor with characteristic clinical, morphological, and histological features within the group of juxtacortical osteosarcoma. Periosteal osteosarcoma is predominantly located in the tubular long bones, and extremely rarely involving the jaws. A case of periosteal osteosarcoma of the right mandible is presented. A 27-year-old woman complained of the gingival swelling and bleeding tendency of the right posterior mandible. Clinical examination revealed a reddish brown strawberry-like swelling on the affected mucosa, which measured 1.5㎝×1.5㎝. The tumor was located on the lingual cortex of the mandible and extended into the surrounding soft tissues. Microscopically, the tumor consisted exclusively of atypical chondroblastic cells with a small osteoblastic area. A minimal bone marrow involvement was noted and the adjacent cortex was free of tumor. These findings suggested that the tumor originated from the periosteal cambium layer, which lies between the periosteal fibrous layer and the cortex of mandible.

        DEVELOPMENT OF A SUPERCRITICAL CO<sub>2</sub> BRAYTON ENERGY CONVERSION SYSTEM COUPLED WITH A SODIUM COOLED FAST REACTOR

        Systematic research has been conducted by KAERI to develop a supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton cycle energy conversion system coupled with a sodium cooled fast reactor. For the development of the supercritical $CO_2$ Brayton cycle ECS, KAERI researched four major fields, separately. For the system development, computer codes were developed to design and analyze the supercritical $CO_2$ Brayton cycle ECS coupled with the KALIMER-600. Computer codes were developed to design and analyze the performance of the major components such as the turbomachinery and the high compactness PCHE heat exchanger. Three dimensional flow analysis was conducted to evaluate their performance. A new configuration for a PCHE heat exchanger was developed by using flow analysis, which showed a very small pressure loss compared with a previous PCHE while maintaining its heat transfer rate. Transient characteristics for the supercritical $CO_2$ Brayton cycle coupled with KALIMER-600 were also analyzed using the developed computer codes. A Na-$CO_2$ pressure boundary failure accident was analyzed with a computer code that included a developed model for the Na-$CO_2$ chemical reaction phenomena. The MMS-LMR code was developed to analyze the system transient and control logic. On the basis of the code, the system behavior was analyzed when a turbine load was changed. This paper contains the current research overview of the supercritical $CO_2$ Brayton cycle coupled to the KALIMER-600 as an alternative energy conversion system.

      • Evaluation on the Existence Value of University Sports Team using Contingent Valuation Method

        Purpose: Recently, for the financial difficulties of university due to restructuring and tuition cuts, the movement of breaking university sports team up or reducing the scale has been detected. However, the university sports team has played a vital role for producing outstanding individuals and providing an opportunity to be an athlete as a student. Therefore, the discussion of feasibility about reducing and abolishing university sports team is needed. Thus, the purpose of this study was to estimate the existence value of university sports team using CVM (Contingent Valuation Method). Method: By applying the CVM and creating single-bound and double-bound dichotomous choice model, the Willingness to Pay (WTP) by average individual was estimated. Using CVM, it is able to identify the information about demand and benefit for certain goods. In this study, a survey was carried out targeting the university student and established the range of the WTP amount based on the pretest. Result: We estimated the WTP for the university sports team which varies with environment and economic conditions of the respondents as well as personal characteristics or preference. The result revealed that involvement, knowledge, attitude, belief and individual income had influences on WTP. Conclusion: In this study, we calculated WTP for the university sports team based on the university student as the university member. Therefore, this study provides theoretical implications for the researchers and practical implications for practitioners.

      • Effects of Vitex rotundifolia on radical scavenging and nitric oxide production

        Vitex rotundifolia (V. rotundifolia) has been used for treating headache, dizziness, toothache and removal of fever as a traditional medicine in Korea. In the present study, we examined the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of 85% methanol extract of V. rotundifolia. In various radical scavenging assays, V. rotundifolia exhibited strong scavenging effect on 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical, superoxide radical, nitric oxide. To elucidate the anti-inflammatory properties of V. rotundifolia, we investigated the inhibition effects of nitric oxide production in IFN-gamma and LPS-stimulated mouse peritoneal macrophages. V. rotundifolia suppressed nitric oxide production, iNOS and COX-2 expression dose-dependently through suppression of NF-$\hat{e}B$ activation without notable cytotoxicity. These findings mean that V. rotundifolia may be beneficial in oxidative stress-mediated inflammatory disorders.

      • The Analysis of Biomechanical Properties of Proximal Femur after Implant Removal

        <P><I>Introduction</I>. To compare the biomechanical stability of the femur following the removal of proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA-II) and dynamic hip screw (DHS).<I> Material and Methods</I>. 56 paired cadaveric femurs were used as experimental and control groups. In the experimental group, PFNA-II and DHS were randomly inserted into femurs on both sides and then removed. Thereafter, compression load was applied until fracture occurred; biomechanical stability of the femurs and associated fracture patterns were studied.<I> Results</I>. The ultimate load and stiffness of the control group were 6227.8 ± 1694.1 N and 990.5 ± 99.8 N/mm, respectively. These were significantly higher than experimental group (<I>p</I> = 0.014, <0.001) following the removal of PFNA-II (4085.6 ± 1628.03 N and 656.3 ± 155.3 N/mm) and DHS (4001.9 ± 1588.3 N and 656.3 ± 155.3 N/mm). No statistical differences in these values were found between the 2 device groups (<I>p</I> = 0.84, 0.71), regardless of age groups. However, fracture patterns were different between two devices, intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures.<I> Conclusions</I>. Mechanical stability of the proximal femurs does not differ after the removal of 2 different of fixation devices regardless of the age. However, it was significantly lower compared to an intact femur. Different fracture patterns have been shown following the removal of different fixation devices as there are variations in the site of stress risers for individual implants.</P>
