IPsec은 인터넷에서 필수적인 암호와 인증 서비스를 구조적으로 제공하며, 동시에 안전한 키교환이나 재현공격 등을 방어할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제공하는 프로토콜로서, 현재 다양한 플랫폼에서 구현 중에 있다. 그러나 현재가지 IPsec엔진이 탑재된 서버들이 제대로 동작하는지 그리고 보안서비스를 적절히 제공하는지를 평가하기 위한 도구는 존재하지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IPsec엔진의 보안성을 평가하기 위한 자동화된 규칙기반 보안평가 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 Widows와 UNIX 환경에서 수행이 가능하며 Java와 C언어로 구현되었다. IPsec offers not odd Internet security service such as Internet secure communication and authentication but also the safe key exchange and anti-replay attack mechanism. Recently IPsec is implemented on the various operating systems. But there is no existing tool that checks the servers, which provide IPsec services, work properly and provide their network security services well. In this paper, we design and implement the rule based security evaluation system for IPsec engine. This system operated on Windows and UNX platform. We developed the system using Java and C language.

Ovulation induction with various hormonal agents has become a standard component of in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles to obtain multiple oocytes. Among the advantages of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation are the increased numbers of oocytes and thus embryos that are available for embryo transfer (ET) and the enhanced cycle control that is achievable, especially with the concurrent use of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues(GnRH-a) However, controlled ovarian hyperstimulation increases the cost of the cycle and is associated with decreased endometrial receptivity. In addition, some patients, including those with regular ovulatory cycles, do not respond to ovarian stimulatory drugs. Recent communications have reported successful pregnancies after IVF in unstimulated cycles and clomiphene citrate stimulation cycle, triggered with or without human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG). In this study, our objections is to describe the clinical experience of our center with in vitro fertilization(IVF) in unstimulated cycles and clomiphene stimulated cycles and to provide a comparison to each other. We report our results in 67 patients, 96 cycles spontaneously ovulatory women with predominatly pelvic and tubal factor as their principal cause of infertility, under the age of 40 and no male factor, and 26 patients, 34 cycles clomiphene citrate stimulated ovulatory women with additional ovulatory factor. In the ninty six spontaneously ovulatory cycles, sixty six follicle aspirated cycles(oocyte retrieval rate ; 68.8%) resulted in nine clinical pregnancies(18.4%)and in the thirty four clomiphene citrate stimulated ovulatory cycles, twenty seven follicles aspirated cycles(oocyte retrieval rate ; 79.4%) resulted in three clinical pregnancies(15.8%). There was no statistically significance in pregnancy rate between two groups.

본 논문에서는 네트워크 관리 시스템에서 SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) 프로토콜을 이용한 중앙 집중형 방식과 이동 에이젠트(mobile agent)를 이용한 분산방식 각각의 성능을 평가하기 위한 성능평가 모델을 제시한다. 먼저 균등 네트워크 상에서 적용 가능한 모델을 제시하고 실제 실험을 통하여 각 파라미터 값의 변화에 따른 네트워크 수행 시간을 비교한다. 다음으로 비균등 네트워크에 적용 가능하도록 모델을 확장하고, 제시한 모델을 응용하여 실제 가상의 시나리오 하에서 네트워크 소요시간을 줄일 수 있는 방안과 그에 대한 실험 결과를 제시한다. 본 성능평가 모델은 차후 네트워크 관리시스템을 개발할 때에, 효율적인 패러타임(paradigm)과 수행 구조를 선택하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. This paper mentions a centralized approach based on SNMP protocol and distributed approach based on mobile agent in network management s system. And it presents a few Quantitative models for systematically evaluating those two different approaches. To do this, we propose model m that is applicable under a uniform network environment, and compare network execution times of each paradigms based on parameters from s simulation. The model is then refined to take into account non-uniform networks. We show that it can reduce overall network execution times b by determining the best interaction patterns to perfo$\pi$n network management operations from this model. We believe that the model proposed h here should help us to decide appropriate paradigms and interaction patterns for developing network management applications.

Magnetocardiography(MCG) has been proposed as a novel and non-invasive diagnostic tool for the detection of cardiac electrical abnormality associated with myocardial ischemia. In our previous study, we have proposed a new classification method of MCG parameters, based on the different populations of the parameters between coronary artery disease(CAD) patients, symptomatic patients and healthy volunteers. We used four parameters, representing the directional changes of the electrical activity in the period of an R-ST-T interval. In patients with chest pain and without ST-segment elevation, who were selected consecutively from all patients admitted to the hospital in 2004, the patients with CAD could be classified with a higher sensitivity than conventional methods, showing that the proposed method can be useful for the diagnosis of CAD with MCG. In this study, we examined the validity of the algorithm with the prior probability distribution in diagnosis of new patients admitted to the hospital in 2005. In the results, presence of CAD could be found with sensitivity and specificity of 81.3% and 71.4%, respectively, in patients with chest pain and non-diagnostic ECG findings.
