Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al 合金의 時效處理에 따른 組織 및 疲勞特性 變化에 關한 硏究

There have been studied on the changes of microstructure and the related mechanical properties for Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloys. Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy was thermomechanically processed by varying solution treatment temperature, aging temperature and time. Metastable β including acicular αstructure was produced by solution treatment both at 780℃ and 850℃. Subsequent aging treatment promoted the precipitation of fine α and increasing aging temperature and time enchanced the amount of precipitates as well as coarsening. Especially extremely fine α precipitation was promoted by β solution treatment and aging. Those microstructure changes were found to closely affect the mechanical properties. Ti-10 V-2Fe-3Al exhibited very high hardness and tensile strength with poor ductility compared to those for Ti-6Al-4V alloy. It is believed that the results are attributed to the pronounced hinderence to dislocation movement due to the increased α/β interface associated with precipitation of the extremely fine α. As a consequence, Ti-lOV-2Fe-3A1 mostly appeared to have a lower low cycle fatigue resistance than that of Ti-6A1-4V and the fatigue life tended to be improved with increasing aging temperature by overaging effect.

In this study, strain gauges were attached to the bogie frame for high speed cargo train whose maximum speed is 120 km/h and maximum load is about 100 tonf. By comparing the stress and vertical deflection of high speed cargo train with vertical dynamic load, 43.88 tonf on bolster as JIS with those obtained after solving by using of finite element analysis program, we could certified the reliability of finite element analysis. And we found out the optimal circular hole location of bogie frame minimized stress, vertical directional deflection after moving the circular hole vertically and laterally.

<P><B>Background:</B></P><P>Stathmin1 is a microtubule-regulating protein that has an important role in the assembly and disassembly of the mitotic spindle. The roles of stathmin1 in carcinogenesis of various cancers, including prostate and breast cancer, have been explored. However, its expression and roles in gastric cancer have not yet been described.</P><P><B>Methods:</B></P><P>Stathmin1 expression in paraffin-embedded tissue sections from 226 patients was analysed by immunohistochemistry. Roles of stathmin1 were studied using a specific small interfering RNA (siRNA).</P><P><B>Results:</B></P><P>The expression of stathmin1 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, TNM stages and vascular invasion, and negatively with recurrence-free survival, in the diffuse type of gastric cancer. The median recurrence-free survival in patients with a negative and positive expression of stathmin1 was 17.0 and 7.0 months, respectively (<I>P</I>=0.009). When the expression of stathmin1 was knocked down using siRNA, the proliferation, migration and invasion of poorly differentiated gastric cancer cells <I>in vitro</I> were significantly inhibited. Moreover, s<I>tathmin1</I> siRNA transfection significantly slowed the growth of xenografts in nude mice.</P><P><B>Conclusion:</B></P><P>These results suggest that stathmin1 can be a good prognostic factor for recurrence-free survival rate and is a therapeutic target in diffuse-type gastric cancer.</P>
