        여자에서 운동부하 검사상 ST 절 / 심박수 지수와 Rate - Recovery Loop 의 진단적 가치

        Objectives; Performance of exercise electrocardiography for the detection of coronary artery disease (CAD) in women has been limited by relatively poor sensitivity and specificity of the standard criteria. Recent studies suggest that diagnostic method in co-operating heart rate adjustment of ST segment depression during exercise may improve the accuracy of exercise testing. Methods: To assess the effect of gender on relative test performance of the ST/HR index, rate recovery loop and standard ST-depression criteria for identification of CAD, we studied 135 patients(71 men, 64 women) who underwent coronary arteriography and treadmill exercise testing(Bruce protocol) suspected of having CAD. Results: 1) There were no significant differences in the sensitivity (71% ) and specificity(71%) between standard criteria(ST≥lmm horizontal or downsloping depression) and ST/HR index(ST/HR index thresh- old; 1.7pV/beat/min) or rate recovery loop(76% vs 69%, 79% vs 71% respectively; p=NS) in all of the subjects. 2) In male subjects, the sensitivity(71%) and specificity(84%) of the standard ST criteria when com- pared to the ST/HR index and rate recovery loop(65 % vs 84%, 75% vs 85% respectively; p=NS) had no statistical significance. 3) In female subjects, there were no significant differences in specificity (standard ST criteria; 63%, ST/HR index; 63%, rate- recovery loop; 70%: p= NS), but sensitivities of the ST/HR index and rate recovery loop(90% vs 90% respectively; p<0.05) were significantily higher than that of the standard criteria(71 % ). Conclusion; These findings suggest that the ST/ HR index of rate-recovery loop method may improve the accuracy of exercise test for detection of CAD in women.

        This paper proposes a distinction algorithm of Korean and English characters which can be applied to multi-font from the results of thinning. The proposed algorithm distinguishes Korean and English characters as the number of connected components. If it can not distinguish those characters with the number of connected component, it distinguishes them as the vowel included in Korean characters. In experimental results, the distinction rate is about 99.82% for the 21,150 characters of three widely used fonts.

        집중화는 객체 지향 데이타베이스에서 객체들의 신속한 검색을 위한 효율적인 메카니즘이다. 본 논문에서는 객체 지향 데이타 모델에서 클래스 계층과 클래스 합성 계층을 함께 고려한 집중화 기법과, 또한 클래스 합성 계층의 집중화를 위해 간선 부하 집중화 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 간선 부하 집중화 기법을 객체 지향 데이타 모델의 클래스 합성 계층에 적용하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 평가한다. Clustering is an effective mechanism for retrieving objects in an object-oriented databases. In this paper, we propose a clustering scheme which reflects both class hierarchies and class composition hierarchies in object-oriented data model, and also propose an edge-load clustering scheme in order to cluster objects of the class composition hierarchies. The proposed edge-load clustering scheme is applied to the class composition hierarchies of the object-oriented data model, and we analyze the performance of our scheme by simulation.

        미국인의 신생아 이름 의미 선호도 변화에 관한 연구

        It is essential to understand American social values for better communication between Korea and America. This study is about American social value changes based on the trends in naming babies. Generally, parents throughout the world have expectations when they name their newborn babies. Social values include parents' views of life and occupations. This study analyzes, by decade, the top 20 American names used in naming the newborn for the last 110 years. The names are divided into types signifying power, justice, honor, and service in reference to scholars' classifications in this area. Thus this study arranges changes in American social values based on the interrelation between names and their types. The result of this study shows American parents' social values have changed during the last 110 years. This study finds its import in showing that American social value changes are reflected in naming the newborn. (University of Incheon)

      • 중국 흑룡강 신문의 남북한 보도내용 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how Heilongjiang Newspaper, the biggest Korean-Chinese newspaper, has reported on North and South Korea, and how differently the press has reported on North Korea and South Korea for the last three years from February 25, 2008 to February 24, 2011 under the Lee Myung-bak administration. Following results were obtained through a quantitative analysis. First finding is that the number of the press reporting on South Korea was three time higher than on North Korea. The second finding is that general reports as well as in-depth-reports on the South were more than on the North. In conclusion, Heilongjiang Newspaper tends to report more news for the South than for the North.

        It is an important factor to distinguish the kind of the character for increasing recognition rate before the character recognition in the document recognition system composed of the multi-font and multi-letters. All the letters of each country have a various unique characteristic in the each composition. In this paper, we used the stroke density as a method to distinguish the letter, and it has been adopted only Korean and English character. Input data is processed by the normalization to adopt multi-font document. Proposed method has been proved by the results of experiment the fact that the distinction probability of the Korean and English is more than 90%.

        공간적 집계 질의 기능을 가진 직기 관리 사용자 인터페이스의 구현

        본 연구에서는 직기를 윈도우 상에서 컴포넌트로 설계한 후, 데이터베이스 연동 및 다양한 질의가 가능한 사용자 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 구현한 시스템은 마우스로 영역을 선택하여 선택된 컴포넌트들에 대해서만 집계 함수를 처리할 수 있는 질의 기능을 갖추고 있으며, 차트, 피벗 테이블 등 고급 집계 질의도 수행 가능하도록 함으로써, 직기 관리를 위한 의사결절 지원시스템의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 시스템은 현장 직기에 일시적 혹은 상존하는 문제점 등을 쉽게 파악하고, 그에 따른 적절한 대응을 가능하게 함으로써, 제직 관련업체의 생산성 향상 및 경비 절감을 위해 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. In this paper, a component was designed for a loom in a window, and then a user interface was implemented to be able to connect database and to process various queries. The implemented system has aggregate query processing functions for the loom components existing in the selected area by the mouse and it also supports high level query processing functions represented with chart and pivot table; we can use it as a decision support system. The proposed system can detect temporal or persistent problems in the looms. Therefore, it can be used to raise the productivity and to reduce the cost in textile companies by coping with the situation properly.

        다중 비트 시도와 응답을 이용한 RFID 거리 한정 프로토콜

        RFID 시스템에서 중계 공격에 저항하기 위해 리더와 태그 간의 시도와 응답에 소요된 1비트의 왕복 여행시간 측정을 이용한 거리 한정 프로토콜이 주로 사용된다. 이러한 프로토콜에서 1비트 시도와 응답에 대한 중계 공격의 성공확률을 줄일 수 있으면 효율적인 거리한정 프로토콜을 만들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Hancke와 Khun이 제안한 1비트 시도와 응답기반의 RFID 거리 한정 프로토콜을 2비트 시도와 응답 기반으로 수정한 효율적인 RFID 거리 한정 프로토콜을 제안한다. n번의 시도와 응답에 대한 중계 공격의 성공확률이 제안된 프로토콜에서는 (7/16)n으로 (3/4)n인 Hancke와 Khun의 프로토콜보다 훨씬 낮다. To resist the relay attacks in RFID system, it is commonly used RFID distance bounding protocols using the round trip time measurement for 1 bit challenge and response between a reader and a tag. If the success probability of relay attacks for the 1 bit challenge and response can be reduced in these protocols, it is possible to make an efficient distance bounding protocol. In this paper, we propose an efficient RFID distance bounding protocol based on 2 bit challenge and response which is modified the RFID distance bounding protocol proposed by Hancke and Khun based on 1 bit challenge and response. The success probability of relay attack for the proposed protocol is (7/16)n for the n times of challenge and response, which is much lower than (3/4)n given by Hancke and Khun"s protocol.
