        Wind tourism comes out as one of tour forms in the area of Europe, old continent, and America and Oceania, new one where wine is being produced. Wine tourism is encouraged as people realize the worth of comfortable life, the symbol of wine, want to enjoy the nature leaving the city where they live and to feel the new wine with a great pleasure, and most of all people's curiosity about wine makes wine tourism amplified its potential demands. Now that the national consumption over wine is increasing as culture of drinking alcoholic beverage is changing from hard liquor to soft one, new trend of alcoholic beverage is expected to come out. As a good example of national wine tourism there is D company's wine tourism which is a tour to sightsee the winery brew wine and its area. Facing the cases of wine tour increasing chiefly in the area producing wine, new touristic product can be suggested for the purpose of wine tour targeting the mania. which national tourist business companies should take account of. As our continuous subject wine tourism leave us some of things we have to consider as follows: R&D on cultural touristic product for the foreign tourist introducing Korean traditional food accorded with its traditional alcoholic beverage, and on tourist route of Korean traditional alcoholic beverage.

      • 토끼에서 enrofloxacin과 enrofloxacin acetate의 比較藥物動態學

        This study was designed to examine the in vitro antibacterial activities and pharmacokinetics of enrofloxacin acetate (ENFXA) and enrofloxacin (ENFX). Two enrofloxacins had wide spectrum antibacterial activities against Gram positive and negative bacteria, and mycoplasma, showing potent antibacterial activities with low MICs (0.05-3.33 ㎍/㎖ for Gram positives, 0.002 ㎍/㎖ for Gram negatives and 0.02 ㎍/㎖ for mycoplasma). In order to investigate the profiles of two formulations of enrofloxacin we studied comparative pharmacokinetics of them in rabbits. Five rabbits were given 5 ㎎/㎏ body weight of each enrofloxacin formulation intravenously (i.v.) and orally (p.o.) in a cross-over study. Pharmacokinetic parameters of both formulations were calculated by the use of PCNONLIN, a computer program. Their bioavailibility in rabbits, the means of the area under the curve (AUC). After oral administration of each formulation in rabbits, the mean elimination half-lives (t_1/2,ke) were 3.25h (ENFX) and 4.32 h (ENFXA), and mean AUC 4.27 ㎍·h/㎖ (ENFX) and 6.21 ㎍·h/㎖ (ENFXA). Both enrofloxacin formulations seemed to have good tissue distribution and penetration as indicated by large volume of distribution: 4.76 1/㎏ for ENFX and 7.23 1/㎏ for ENFXA. With the results obtained in this study, ENFXA could be used in place of ENFX in rabbits.

        The Establishment of the International Financial Center (IFC) in Jeju Free International City

        Purpose: Jeju Free International City is growing around the tourism industry. However, for Jeju Free International City to grow in line with the concept of free international city, it is necessary to move away from the current industrial structure that is focused on the tourism industry. It is necessary to reorganize the industrial structure centered on the financial industry in the long term, and for this, it is necessary to develop interest and fostering the financial industry within Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. This study intends to reconsider the necessity through the academic approach to fostering the financial industry in Jeju Free International City, which has been planned from the policy perspective. To this end, this study empirically analyzed the factors necessary to build the foundation for fostering the financial industry in Jeju Free International City. The purpose of this study is to examine the necessity for the establishment of an international financial center in Jeju and to derive the necessity for each factor through analysis of sub-factors necessary for the establishment of an international financial center in Jeju. Research design, data and methodology: This study carried out IPMA for analysis of components for fostering the financial industry. Through IPMA, this study identified priorities for the need for configuration factors and sub-factors. In addition, the thesis further performed a cross-group comparison. Result: The analysis confirmed that the factors in the living environment are the highest priority. It also confirmed that the priority of institutional policy factors and infra-facility factors is high. This study found that financial and non-financial employees differed in the priorities of factors in the comparison analysis between groups. This study also confirmed that Jeju residents and non-Jeju residents have distinct differences in the priorities of factors. Conclusion: Through this study, factors necessary for Jeju Free International City were identified. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a clear difference between the factors necessary for Jeju residents and non-Jeju residents. In the future, it is necessary to seriously consider these differences in the decision on whether to introduce, how to introduce, and priorities in the introduction of international financial center.

      • 흰쥐에서 측뇌실내 5-HT이 혈압에 미치는 영향 및 기전에 관하여

        This experiment was performed to examine the cardiovascular effects of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) administered intracerebroventricularly(ICV) in rats. Rats(male, Sprague-Dawley) weighing 220~280 g were used. They were anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium(50 mg/ kg, IP). 5-HT(I~40 ug) was administered into the right lateral ventricle, while blood pressure and heart rate were continuously recorded from the right femoral artery. 5-HT produced a biphasic response in arterial pressure. The initial transient pressor response was followed by a sustained fall of MAP, both of which were dose-dependent. The pressor as well as depressor response was accompanied by bradycardia. The pressor response was potentiated by pretreatment with cyproheptadine(10 ug, ICV), but was abolished by methysergide(10 ug, ICV). The depressor response to 5-HT was significantly attenuated following the treatment with methysergide(10 ug, ICV)or hexamethonium(2.5 mg/ kg/ min, IV). These results suggest that central cardiovascular effect to 5-HT is mediated by a '5-HT_1 -like' receptor mechanism and that the changes in peripheral sympathetic tone play a role, at least in part in its depressor effect.

        초등학생용 진로성숙도 검사 개발 및 타당화

        본 연구는 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 발달계에서 주어지는 진로문제들에 대해 대처할 수 있는 준비도인 진로성숙도를 측정할 수 있는 검사를 개발하고 타당화하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, 국내·와 진로성숙도에 대한 각종 논문과 이론을 참고하여 진로성숙도를 개념화하고 관련 검사 문항들을 검토하여 문항을 개발하였다. 예비검사와 타당화 과정을 거쳐 총 78문항을 선정하고 요인분석과 문항난이도, 문항변별도 등을 구하여 검사를 타당화하였다. 그 결과 태도검사의 문항들이 .30 이상의 단일요인 부하량을 나타내어 각 척도가 단일성 요인임을 설명해주고 있으며 능력검사의 신뢰도는 Cronbach α계수 .52~.86으로 나타났다. 계획성 요인의 경우 .52로 일반적인 신뢰도 기준에는 낮은 신뢰도로 판단되나 진위형 척도의 특성상 신뢰도가 낮게 추정된 것으로 보인다. 그 이외의 하위용인에서는 적절한 신뢰도를 나타내었다. 그리고 진로성숙도의 내적 구조를 분석한 결과 진로성숙도의 구조는 진로에 대한 능력과 태도로 구성되며, 태도는 결정성, 독립성, 계획성으로, 능력은 직업이해. 직업선택, 그리고 직업성으로 구성된 모형이 적합함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 지로성숙도를 측정하기 위해 Crites의 CMI모형을 근간으로 측정요인을 선정하고 초등학생에 맞는 연구모형을 재정립하였다는 점에서 이론적 의의가 있으며, 연구의 특성에 적합한 접근 방법으로 도구를 타당화하였다는 점에서 방법론적 의의가 있다. 그리고 아동이 진로를 선택하는 데 있어서 어떠한 정의적 태도와 지적 사고를 가지고 있는가에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써 자신에 대한 이해와 직업에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 올바른 진로선택을 할 수 있도록 도울 수 있으며 진로교육과 관련된 프로그램을 개발하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 실제적인 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is 1) to define the concept of the career maturity: 2) to develop and validate the scale of career maturity for elementary school students. In order to answer these purposes, we first reviewed related documents and inventories, as to research the constructed factors which to develop an career maturity scale, then defined the concept of career maturity and the theological constructive model. The were included in 2 components of attitude and cognitive abilities for career maturity accordingly in 6 sub-components 195 elementary school students were analysed at pilot test and 1010 students were conducted final test. Based on factor analysis and item analysis, 77 items were selected to final test items. And this scale was validated through the evidence based on internal structure. Significance, limitations, and future research directions were discussed.

      • 최적설계 기법을 적용한 1톤 운반차용 P.T.O축 및 트랜스미션 개발에 관한 기초연구

        Now, power tillers and cultivators which are spread among fruit tree households have usage, low application, and high accident risk. Therefore, the development of multi-purpose work vehicles is needed as an alternative for these problems. Especially, easy usage and the ability to easily change gears when driving and the development of the P.T.O for various tasks such as pruning, water lifting, pest control, application and, mowing are needed. In this research, we will develop a transmission with design on P.T.Oaxle for agricultural work vehicles including multi-purpose vehicles. We aim to develop a 4-wheel drive transmission of synchronous contact type for practical use in fruit tree households which is required to be a large-sized agricultural vehicle. Therefore, we have per performed as follows that are composed of load capacity from 500kg to 1,000kg, safety securing for passengers, and drive securing under bad conditions of the topography slope and swampy land and the rest. For this purpose, we have developed a prototype vehicle through strength analysis of transmission design. we have selected optimal design conditions (Optimal RPM and torque according to some works) on the power transmission with multi-purpose vehicle for various jobs: spraying, manure spreading, mowing, brush wood chopping. If development of the P.T.O containing variable RPM and torque is successful, the following tasks can be possible. Air pruning, air maintenance, water lift, pest control, application, mowing, spraying, and brush wood chopping are possible with this developed P.T.O. Methods and contents for research are followed. Therefore, we have achieved performance-tests through the prototype of the multi-purpose work vehicle and have improved on troubles by the analysis of results of R&D. Also, we provided solutions to problems in mass production in the future.

        Role of hemoglobin in hemoglobin-based remediation of the crude oil-contaminated soil

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This study investigated the changes in the indigenous microbial community structure with hemoglobin (Hb) application to determine the role of Hb in Hb-based remediation of crude oil-contaminated soil. The phylogenetic diversity of the bacterial community showed that the Hb addition selected surfactants-producing species, thereby, promoting TPH degradation. The significant increase in the CO<SUB>2</SUB> generation, which can be related to the increase in the bacterial abundance inferred from the 16S rRNA gene copy number, supports the enhanced TPH degradation with Hb application. The similar residual TPH concentrations in the presence of only hydrogen peroxide (H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>) and both Hb and H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> suggested that the role of Hb as a catalyst was not as significant as the role of Hb as a nutrient. Also, in the presence of H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>, a greater recovery of the microbial community structure was observed with the double Hb injection than the single Hb injection.       • Multilayer Epitaxial Growth of Lead Phthalocyanine and C<sub>70</sub> Using CuBr as a Templating Layer for Enhancing the Efficiency of Organic Photovoltaic Cells

        <P>The molecular orientation and crystallinity of donor and acceptor molecules are important for high-efficiency organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs) because they significantly influence both the absorption of light and charge-transport characteristics. We report that the templating effect extends to multilayers to increase the crystallinity and to modify the orientation of the crystals of lead phthalocyanine (PbPc) and C<SUB>70</SUB> layers at the same time by adopting CuBr as a new templating layer on indium tin oxide (ITO). The formation of a monoclinic phase with a preferred orientation of (320) for PbPc and a fcc phase with a preferred orientation of (220) for C<SUB>70</SUB> on the PbPc layer is revealed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns. The multilayer epitaxy results in an increase of the exciton diffusion lengths from 5.6 to 8.8 nm for PbPc and from 6.9 to 13.8 nm for C<SUB>70</SUB> to enhance the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the planar heterojunction OPVs composed of PbPc and C<SUB>70</SUB> from 1.4 to 2.3%.         발아조건과 배지종류 및 양액 농도에 따른 식물공장 재배 청경채와 상추의 묘 생육특성

        본 연구는 식물공장에서 청경채와 상추의 발아조건과 육묘배지 및 육묘 시 양액농도가 묘의 생육에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 수행되었다. 청경채와 상추의 발아율은 광의 유무와 온도처리(15, 20, 25℃) 간에 유의적 차이가 없었으나, 육묘배지 간에는 우레탄스펀지의 경우 파종 전ㆍ후 수분관리 유ㆍ무에 따라 큰 차이를 보였다. 즉, 우레탄스펀지 배지에서 파종전ㆍ후 수분관리를 하지 않았을 경우 암면에 비해 발아율이 현저히 낮았으나, 수분관리를 해주었을 때에는 암면보다 발아율이 높았으며, 묘의 생육도 암면과 차이가 없었다. 그리고 청경채의 생체중은 EC 1.0dSㆍm?¹에서 1.5dSㆍm?¹에서보다 1.8배 무거웠고, 0.5dSㆍm?¹에서보다는 6배 무거웠다. 상추의 생체중 또한 EC 1.0dSㆍm?¹이 1.5dSㆍm?¹와 0.5dSㆍm?¹에 비해 1.7배와 3.5배 각각 무거웠다. This experiment was conducted to study the effects of germination condition, nursery media and nutrient concentration in plant factory on the growth characteristics of pak-choi and lettuce seedlings. The results showed that temperature (15, 20, 25℃) and light conditions (lighting and no lighting) had no significant effect on germination rate of pak-choi and lettuce, whereas the interaction of growing media (rockwool and urethane sponge) and moisture management before and after sowing had significant effect on germination percentage. In case of no moisture management before and after sowing, germination percentage was much higher in rockwool medium than urethane sponge medium. But germination percentage of urethane sponge was higher than that of rockwool with applying moisture before and after sowing. At the nutrient concentration of EC 1.0 dSㆍm?¹ the fresh weight of pak-choi was heavier than in EC 1.5 and 0.5 dSㆍm?¹ by 1.8 and 6.0 times, respectively. At the nutrient concentration of EC 1.0 dSㆍm?¹ the fresh weight of lettuce was also heavier than in EC 1.5 and 0.5 dSㆍm?¹ by 1.7 and 3.5 times, respectively.

      • Enhancement of the Fill Factor through an Increase of the Crystallinity in Fullerene-Based Small-Molecule Organic Photovoltaic Cells

        <P>We report that the crystallinity of C<SUB>70</SUB> is improved significantly if CuI is used as a templating layer, leading to remarkable enhancement of hole mobilities from 8.32 × 10<SUP>–6</SUP> to 3.26 × 10<SUP>–5</SUP> cm<SUP>2</SUP>/(V s). As a result, the use of the templating layer in C<SUB>70</SUB>-based solar cells with low donor concentration resulted in significant improvement of the fill factor from 0.51 to 0.57 and the power conversion efficiency from 5.56% to 6.23% under simulated AM 1.5G, 1 sun irradiation.
