이 글은 체험·경험의 동일성(sameness)이 아닌 자매애의 가능성을 모색하고 규범적 이성애 섹슈얼리티에 대한 문제의식을 페미니즘 의제로 구성한 고정희의 여성해방론을 고찰한다. 이를 위해 먼저 고정희가 ‘여성 동일시’(woman-identify)를 여성해방 주체화의 전략으로 삼고, ‘정상 섹슈얼리티’ 규범을 문제화하는 주체로서 ‘독신자’를 여성해방의 역사에 위치시키는 장면에 주목한다. 고정희는 초기 시에서부터 독신자의 실존의 문제로 사랑·모성을 재론하며 여성 물화(reification)에 도전했다. 이는 ‘또 하나의 문화’와의 만남 이후, 1980년대 페미니즘의 ‘생물학적 본질주의 비판’을 매개로 하여 성별 이분법을 극복하는 페미니스트 실천으로 전개된다. 이를 통해 자매애는 이항 대립적 본질론과 차이의 중립화를 넘어, 존재의 다수성과 접속되는 집합으로서의 여성해방 주체의 원리로 재구성된다. 이러한 이념은 1990년대 초반 ‘급진주의 페미니즘’으로 표현되었다. 고정희의 급진주의 페미니즘에 대한 지향은 1980년대 후반부터 한국에서 섹슈얼리티 개념이 숙고되기 시작하면서 급진주의 페미니즘이 재조명됐던 페미니스트 지성사와 관련된다. 고정희는 급진주의 페미니즘을 마르크스주의 페미니즘 및 사회주의 페미니즘과 구별되는 것으로 파악하며 ‘성의 혁명을 여성해방의 우선 과제로 삼는’ 운동으로 설명했다. 고정희의 급진주의 페미니즘은 재생산/노동 문제로서의 성별분업 논의를 섹슈얼리티 의제로 전환하고, 이로써 헤테로 메일 쇼비니즘-자본주의라는 이분법적 성차 생산 체계를 비판하는 것이었다. 급진주의 페미니즘의 이념을 구성하는 또 다른 원리인 연대는 「외경읽기」 연작시 중 「다시 오월에 부르는 노래」에 잘 나타난다. 이 시는 1991년 5월 투쟁을 폄훼하는 노태우 정권, 박홍, 김지하 그리고 그 역사인 군부 파쇼정권과 대결하면서 ‘정상성’ 이데올로기를 비판하고 5월 투쟁과 연대한다. 고정희는 5월 투쟁의 죽음에서 외경을 읽고 ‘정상성’을 심문하며 새로운 지평의 열림을 보고자 했다. 5월 투쟁과의 연대는 자본주의적 이분법의 생산과 여성 물화를 의제화하는 급진주의 페미니즘이 ‘정상성’과의 불화와 연대하는 이념임을 보여 준다. 이러한 연대의 원리는 페미니즘의 급진성을 ‘정상성’과의 불화로 구성한다. This article examines Go Jung-hee’s theory of women’s liberation. Go Jung-hee’s theory of women’s liberation seeks the possibility of sisterhood, not sameness of experience. And it constitutes a feminist agenda for criticism of normative heterosexuality. To this end, Go Jung-hee used “woman-identify” as a strategy for women’s liberation as a knowledge of internal division. And ‘single’ was positioned as the subject of women’s liberation that criticizes the ‘Normal sexuality’ norm. This ideology was expressed as ‘Radical Feminism’ in the early 1990s. Go Jung-hee’s Radical Feminism is related to the history of of sexuality concept contemplated in Korea from the late 1980s. At this time, Radical Feminism was re-examined. Go Jung-hee’s Radical Feminism was to transform the discussion of gendered division of labor into a sexuality agenda. As a result, criticizing “hetero mail showbinism- capitalism” as a “producing machine of sex difference” was the agenda of Go Jung-hee’s Radical Feminism. Solidarity, another principle that constitutes the ideology of Radical Feminism, appears in ‘Song of May again’. This poem is one of the serial poems of ‘Reading apocrypha’. reading apocrypha is an act of interrogating ‘Normality’. This poem practices reading the apocrypha in solidarity with “May Struggle” in 1991. It was a showdown with the Roh Tae-woo regime, Park Hong, and Kim Ji-ha, who disparaged “May Struggle” in 1991. Solidarity with “May Struggle” in 1991 shows that Go Jung-hee’s Radical Feminism is an ideology of solidarity with ‘disagreement with Normality’. This principle of solidarity constitutes the radicality of feminism as a ‘disagreement with Normality’.
후천면역결핍증후군 환자의 Mycobacterium avium Complex 복막염 1예

41세 여자 AIDS 환자의 파종 MAC 감염이 복막염으로 진단된 사례를 경험하였다. AIDS 환자에서 MAC 복막염은 매우드문 예이나 CD4 세포 수가 감소하고 HAART 순응도가 낮은 환자에게서 감별 진단으로 MAC 감염을 고려해야 할 것이다. Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) is an opportunistic bacterium that primarily infects acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients with low CD4+ T cell counts; however, peritonitis caused by MAC in AIDS patients is rare. Here, we report the first case of peritonitis caused by MAC in AIDS patients in Korea. A 41-year-old female with poor adherence to antiretroviral therapy was admitted to hospital with nonspecific symptoms; an abdominal computed tomography (CT) scan revealed substantial ascites, splenomegaly, and lymphadenopathy. Based on the CT scan and ascitic fluid cultures, MAC peritonitis was diagnosed. In addition to antiretroviral therapy, clarithromycin, rifabutin, and ethambutol were administered to treat the MAC infection, and the patient’s symptoms improved. (Korean J Med 2016;91:237-240)
Comparison of vertical bone resorption following various types of autologous block bone grafts

Background This study aims to measure and compare the differences in vertical bone resorption after vertical augmentation using different types of autologous block bone. Methods Data were collected from 38 patients who had undergone vertical ridge augmentation using an autologous block bone before implant insertion. The patients were divided into three groups based on the donor sites: ramus bone (RB), chin bone (CB), and iliac crestal bone (IB). Results The surgical outcome of the augmentation was evaluated at the follow-up periods up to 60 months. In 38 patients, the mean amount of vertical bone gain was 8.36 ± 1.51 mm in the IB group, followed by the RB group (4.17 ± 1.31 mm) and the CB group (3.44 ± 1.08 mm). There is a significant difference in vertical bone resorption between the groups (p < 0.001), and the RB group demonstrated significantly lower resorption than the CB and IB groups (p = 0.011 and p < 0.001, respectively). The most common postoperative complications included neurosensory disturbance in the CB graft and gait disturbance in the IB graft. Out of the 92 implants inserted after augmentation, four implants were lost during the study period, resulting in an implant success rate of 95.65%. Conclusions The RB graft might be the most suitable option for vertical augmentation in terms of maintaining postoperative vertical height and reducing morbidity, although the initial gain was greater with the IB graft compared to other block bones.

<P>Amino acids derived diacetylene hydrogelators 1 and 2 which have glycine or alanine moiety as head group were synthesized by several steps. The influences on the hydrogen-bonding interaction between amino acids moieties of hydrogelators in the polymerization by UV irradiation were investigated. The glycine-based hydrogel 1 resulted in the generation of stronger absorption peak at 540 nm at room temperature by UV-irradiation. Interestingly, the red color of the glycine-based diacetylene hydrogel 1 was gradually changed into blue color by decreasing temperature. Finally, the absorption band with 640 nm of glycine-based diacetylene hydrogel 1 showed at 77 K. On the other hand, the alanine-based hydrogel 2 had no significant color change at 77 K. These different color changes between the hydrogels 1 and 2 are attributed to the strong intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interaction between glycine moieties of the hydrogelator 1, as confirmed by FTIR observation. These results indicate that the hydrogen-bonding strength of the self-assembled hydrogel is a strong influence on the degree of polymerization.</P>
