        龜玆樂 關聯의 개存 硏究成果 檢討 : A Critical Review

        In order to make a systematic approach to the study of Kuei-tzu˘ music 龜玆樂, this paper is intended to investigate the outcomes of existing studies on Kuei-tzu˘ music by Korean and Chinese scholars from the 1950s to the present. Most outcomes have been studied by Chinese musicologists including P'an Huai-su 播?素, Ch'ang Jen-hsia 常任俠, Chou Chi 周吉, Ho Ch'ang-lin 何昌林, Ch'iu Ch'iung-lin 丘璟蓀, Li Ping 呂氷 and so on. Also included are such Korean scholars as An Hwak 安廓, Lee Hye-ku [Yi Hye-gu] 李惠求, Song Bang-song [Song Pang-song] 宋芳松, Cho˘n In-p'yo˘ng 全仁平 and Hong Chu-hu˘i 洪周希, and also such Japanese musicologists as Kishibe Shigeo 岸邊成雄 and Hayashi Kenzo― 林謙三. The outcomes of existing studies on Kuei-tzu˘ music can be divided into two groups in a broad sence : the first group is the outcomes related directly with Kuei-tzu˘ music, while the other group, the outcomes related indirectly with Kuei-tzu˘ music. This paper consists of three parts : Ⅰ. Introduction, Ⅱ. The Main Issue : 1. Studies on Kuei-tzu˘ Music : 1) Studies on Kuei-tzu˘ Music in Ancient Period; Modal Theory Called We-tan-ch'i-sheng 五旦七聲 by Su Chih-p'o 蘇祗婆, Historical Change of Musical Scale, Musical Instruments, and General Approach to Kuei-tzu˘ Music, 2) Relation between Ancient Kuei-tzu˘ Music and Current Makam, 2. Studies of Indirectly Related with Kuie-tzu˘ Music : 1) Outcomes by Cultural Approach, 2) Outcomes by Iconographic Materials, 3) General Survey, Ⅲ. Conclusion. In conclusion it is pointed out that the outcomes of existing studies on Kuei-tzu˘ music by Korean scholars are very poor in comparison with those by Japanese and Chinese scholars. Translations of studies on Kuei-tzu˘ music by Kishibe Shigeo and Hayashi Kenzo― made a contribution to the study of Kuei-tzu˘ Music in Korea. The author, therefore, emphasizes that it is necessary to translate works on Kuei-tzu˘ music by Chinese scholars into Korean.

        In general most of structure in our country, has steel of SBD 24 combining 180kg/cm2 or 210kg/cm2 of standard compressive strength of concrete. When we consider economical design in structural and practical operation, this paper has estimated steel quantities by combining the design standard strength of steel with those of concrete in reinforced concrete building which has four stories for office and then compared each other. As a result of comparing the quantities of steel according to their combination, it has searched for which combination has consumed less steel and become economic.

        A hybridized graphene carrier highway for enhanced thermoelectric power generation

        <P>The decoupling and enhancement of both Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity were achieved by constructing the <I>c</I>-axis preferentially oriented nanoscale Sb<SUB>2</SUB>Te<SUB>3</SUB> film on monolayer graphene.         The Relationship Between Zonulin and Asthma: A Mouse Model Study

        Background and Objectives: Zonulin is a human protein that regulates intercellular tight junctions and increases the permeability of the intestinal epithelium. In light of the increasing focus on zonulin’s role in numerous chronic inflammatory diseases, this study aimed to investigate whether differences exist in serum zonulin levels and bronchial epithelium zonulin expression in vivo between asthma and normal groups, using a mouse model.Methods: Sixteen mice were utilized in this study, divided evenly between the normal and asthma groups. Serum zonulin levels, the expression of zonulin antibody in the bronchial epithelium, and serum cytokine levels were evaluated in both groups. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and RNA in situ hybridization were utilized for the analysis.Results: The asthma group exhibited significantly higher levels of serum zonulin. High zonulin antibody expression was also observed in the bronchial epithelium of the asthma group. Given that our mouse model demonstrated a significant difference in interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-6 between the normal and asthma groups, zonulin may be associated not only with type 2 responses but also with various subtypes of asthma. Further studies are required to investigate this relationship in greater detail.Conclusion: Zonulin may play a role in the complex pathophysiology of asthma and could serve as a biomarker in various asthma-related situations.

        Click Synthesis of Hydrogels by Metal-Free 1,3-Dipolar Cycloaddition Reaction Between Maleimide and Azide Functionalized Polymers

        Herein, a metal-free 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition click reaction was used to prepare hydrogels. First, copolymer of N,N-dimethylacrylamide and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate was synthesized via free radical copolymerization with an initiator of 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile and a solution of 1,4-dioxane. Second, maleimide-functionalized polymer was obtained by a coupling reaction of the above synthesized copolymer and N-maleoyl alanine with a dehydrating agent of N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. Similarly, azido-modified polymer was prepared by the reaction between azidoacetic acid and the as-prepared copolymer. Third, the hydrogels were obtained by the reaction of the azidomodified polymer and maleimide-functionalized copolymer without any initiator or catalyst. Gelation times of different conditions were measured by a cuvette inversion method. The samples of different steps were analysized by means of FTIR, NMR, SEM, etc. The swelling behaviour of the gels was investigated via a general gravimetric method. Finally, release mechanism was explored with a model drug molecule of 5-fluorouracil. It was found temperature, concentration and solvent had an impact on the gelation time. And the swelling behavior and drug-controlled release profiles of the hydrogels were relevant to the concentration of polymers used for the hydrogels.

        Horse Riding Simulator Affect the Posture Alignment of Young Adults with Forward Head Posture

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of correction on posture parameters between a horse riding simulator exercise and a conventional exercise occurring in an open linear chain linking the head to the pelvis in the sagittal plane of young adults with a forward head posture. METHODS: In this study, 30 subjects were randomly divided into two groups of 15 subjects each, were assigned to the horse riding simulator exercise or the neck exercise group and they performed exercise 30 minutes per each round two times a week for six weeks. To determine the subjects` forward head posture, the three angles and three distances were measured. RESULTS: The forward head angle and head distance results showed a significant change between pre and post intervention in both group. The horizontal distance between acromion and tragus results showed a significant change between pre and post intervention in neck exercise group (CG), but no significant change in horse riding simulator exercise group (EG). The averages of each measured values of EG and CG before and after were compared, but there are no significant different between groups. CONCLUSION: Although the effects of the horse riding exercise were lower than those elicited by the neck exercise, the results demonstrated that the horse riding simulator exercise improved posture alignment for subjects with forward head posture. Therefore, the horse riding simulator exercise can constitute an appropriate alternative exercise for subjects with forward head posture.

        In the Xinjiang region, the important place of the traffic of the ancient Silk Road, the musical characteristics of several peoples have harmonized with each other to develop into the peculiar weiwuerzu. music. Mukamu, handed down by the weiwuerzu. people of each district of xinjiang, are divided into Uyyur 12 Muqam, Turupan Mukan, Darang Muqam, Hami Muqam according to its characteristics. 4 kinds of weiwuerzu. Muqam, handed down among the weiwuerzu. people of different regions, are the suite. They begin with the 'sanpan-seochang' which is not uniform in each part and have some measure of improvisation at the time of their performance. It is thought that this it is related to the Korean musical system of Sanjo or Pansori. What is the most interesting can be said to be that the musical instrument leading rhythms in Korean music is the 'janggu'(drum shaped like a hourglass) It is 'Dafu' that plays a role of this janggu in the music of weiwuerzu. As a result of the on-spot survey of the Chinese Xinjiang region, Dafu of the several musical instruments performs a central role in several musical instrument formations in any music. And the ancient Silk Road music not only has a great effect on the artistic field of each people but also the findings of studies in each of the humanities, such as 'Culture of the Race Dwelling in the Tarim Basin', Rise and Fall of Buddhism of the Countries Bordering on Western China', 'The Life of the weiwuerzu and the Formation and Change of Peoples in the Ancient History of Silk Road' and the like have a great influence on artistic fields such as dance, drama, music and the like of the ancient countries bordering on western China and the ancient Silk Road. To know the musical culture of the Silk Road, multi- and inter-disciplinary studies should be conducted, and it is expected that many studies will be conducted concerning this field in the future.
