얼굴의 특징점을 이용한 3차원 움직임 추적에 관한 연구

In this paper 3-dimensional feature points with 2-dimensional image of human face are eventually extracted. For the 2-dimensional image, avi file is created as a transfer medium for real-time movie transfer using 2 CCD cameras. The coarse-to-fine method is applied to minimize matching error when extracting feature-point of a face. By stereo-matching between side and front image, 3-dimensional data are extracted. As utilizing those extracted 3-dimensional data, various 3D graphic package will be connectable. With two usb CCD cameras, 2-dimensional is still received image. With movements of 20 feature points from Side and front image, we extracted 3-dimensional feature-points and enabled 3-dimensional modeling. To minimize errors of 3-dimensional trace and matching error spread, Coarse-to fine method is applied.

본 연구는 돼지의 체외수정에 있어서 난포란의 회수방법과 체외수정란 및 체외발달율을 조사하여 체외수정의 기본 원리를 밝히고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 도축장으로부터 채집한 난소의 난포에서 흡입법, 세절법 및 흡입후세절법 등으로 난포란을 채취하여 등급별로 분류하여 회수율을 조사하였으며, 채취한 난포란은 액상정액과 정소상체미부 정액을 사용하여 체외수정을 시킨후 TCM-199 와 NCSU-23 배양액으로 체외배양을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 회수방법당 각각 37개의 난소에서 회수한 난포란의 수는 흡입법이 1,365개, 세절법이 1,884개 및 흡입후 세절법이 3.830개로써 난소당 난포란의 수는 각각 36.9, 50.9 및 103.5개로써 회수방법간에 유의적(P<0.05)인 차이가 있었다. 액상정액과 정소상체미부 정액을 사용하였을 때 수정율은 각각 83.0 및 83.% 로써 정액간에 유의적(P<0.05) 인 차이는 없었다. 체외수정이 이루어진 난자들의 분할율도 액상정액(60.8%) 과 정소상체미부 정액(69.0%) 간에 유의적(P<0.05) 인 차이는 없었다. 2-4세포기로의 발달율은 24.6 및 28.4%로써 배양액간에 위의적(P<0.05)인 차이는 없었으며, 상실배로의 발달율도 TCM-199 와 NCSU-23 배양액이 각각 14.8 및 24.5% 로써 이들간에 유의적(P<0.05)인 차이는 없었다. To improve the efficiency of in vitro production of embryos with follicular oocytes in pig, the recovery rates, in vitro fertilization and development, and the time required for collectng and processing oocytes by aspiration with or without slicing were evaluated comparatively. The oocytes were collected by aspiration of follicles(2-6mm) with or without slicing ovaries after aspiration, and classified into grade I-IV oocytes by the morpholoy of cumulus cells attached and the homogeneity of cytoplasmic granules. The grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ oocytes were matured invitro for 46 hours in TCM-199 and NCSU-23 supplemented with 1㎍/㎖ FSH, 2IU/㎖ hCG, 1㎍/㎖ estradiol-17 at 39℃ under 5% CO_2 in air. They were fertilized in vitro by epididymis sperm and ejaculated sperm treated with hypotaurin for 24 hours. and then the zygotes were co-cultured in vitro with pFF(porcine follicular fluid) for 7-9 days. The results obtained were as follows: The number of ocytes recovered per ovary was averaged 30.7 by aspiration, 50.8 by slicing and 103.5 by aspiration post slicing. The number of grade Ⅰ oocytes recovered was total 0.2% by aspiration, 0.1% by slicing and 0.1% by aspiration post slicing. The oocytes recovered per ovary was significantly(P<0.05) higher as recovery methods. The cleavage rates of the embryos obtained from 83.0(ejaculate sperm) and 83.1(epididymis sperm) respectively(P<0.05). In vitro developmental rates(9.9 and 18.6%) of embryos cultured in TCM-199 and NCSU-23 up to morula stage were non significantly(P<0.05) different between the culture media.

<P>A series of <I>tert</I>-butylated spirofluorene derivatives incorporating a diphenylaminoaryl-vinyl group was synthesized <I>via</I> the Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons olefination and a Suzuki cross-coupling reaction. To examine the electroluminescent properties of these materials, multilayered OLEDs were fabricated into the following device structure: ITO/DNTPD/NPB/MADN:blue dopant materials <B>1–14</B>/Alq<SUB>3</SUB>/Liq/Al. All devices showed efficient blue emission. In particular, one device exhibited highly efficient sky blue emission with a maximum luminance of 25 100 cd m<SUP>−2</SUP> at 8.5 V, as well as luminous, power and external quantum efficiencies of 9.5 cd A<SUP>−1</SUP>, 5.1 lm W<SUP>−1</SUP> and 6.7% at 20 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP>, respectively. The peak wavelength of electroluminescence was 458 and 484 nm with CIE<SUB><I>x</I>,<I>y</I></SUB> coordinates of (0.14, 0.21) at 8.0 V. In addition, a deep blue device with CIE<SUB><I>x</I>,<I>y</I></SUB> coordinates of (0.15, 0.15) at 8.0 V showed a luminous efficiency and external quantum efficiency of 3.8 cd A<SUP>−1</SUP> and 3.3% at 20 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP>, respectively.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>A series of <I>tert</I>-butylated spirofluorene derivatives incorporating a diphenylaminoaryl-vinyl group was synthesized and their photophysical and electroluminescent properties examined. In this paper, we reported the synthesis and electroluminescent properties of blue fluorescent styrylamine derivatives end-capped with a diphenylvinyl group. A new series of styrylamine derivatives have been synthesized via the Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction. To explore electroluminescent properties of these molecules, multilayer organic lighte-mitting devices with the configuration of ITO/NPB/1-5 doped in MADN/Bphen/Liq/Al were fabricated. All devices exhibited blue emissions with good EL performances. Among those reported herein, the device using dopant 5 exhibited a maximum luminance of $24,000\;cd/m^2$ at 11.0 V, a luminous efficiency of 12.5 cd/A at $20\;mA/cm^2$, a power efficiency of 6.50 lm/W at $20\;mA/cm^2$, and $CIE_{x,y}$ coordinates of (x = 0.173, y = 0.306) at 8.0 V, all of which demonstrate the superiority of these materials in blue OLEDs.
B 형 간염 환자에서 NH2-propeptide of Type III procollagen(PCN-III) 검사

To evaluate the diagnostic significance of the NH 2-propeptide of pe III procollagen (PCN-III) as a marker of hepatic fibrosis, PCN-III concentration were measured by RIA in 64 patients with HBsAg positive liver disease and correlated with liver histology in 43 patients undergone peritoneoscopic biopsy. Histologically portal, periportal and intralobular lesions were assessed semiquantitatively by allocating 1 of 4 severity grades to each parameter. 1) Compared to 14 normal controls (8.4±2.3ng/ml), PCN-III concentrations were mild elevated in patients with acute viral hepatitis (14.9±4.7ng/ml) and chronic persistent hepatitis (15.1±89.7ng/ml), but significantly elevated in chronic active hepatitis (22.7±15.0ng/ml) and liver cirrhosis (24.2±13.2ng/ml) (p$lt;0.005). 2) There was no significant correlation between histologic findings and PCN-III concentration. Our findings, therefore, weaken the diagnostic value of PCN-III as an index of connective tissue deposition in liver, and suggest that hepatocellular necroinflammation influnce the reuslt.
