This thesis describes the effective interfacing methods of PACS Modality based on the system installation andoperating experiences. PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) is a system for medical image archiving and communication using large storage device and high-speed network. The standard communication protocol of PACS is DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) based on TCP/IP and point-to-point protocol. However, there are many Non-DICOM Modalities and DICOM Modalities having problems. First, we had interfaced almost modalities. Fuji CR, GE CT, MRI, Angio, Fluoro, Phillips Angio, Shimadzu Fluoro. Ultrasound PACS, with the main PACS in the Seoul S Hospital as large scale hospital. And we manipulated the intelligent image distribution and the CT. MRI Interfaces never experienced beforein the Anyang J Hospital and the Chungju C Hospital as mid or small scale hospital. Technically, we developed both the DICOM Interface and the Non-DICOM Interface. At the last, the DICOM Worklist and the DICOM Print Interface were implemented in the Seoul B Hospital, the Bucheon SJ Hospital and the Seoul K Hospital independently with PACS. The Oracle, Sybase and MS-SQL are used as database, and UNIX, Macintosh, MS Windows as operating systems. And the Visual C++ and UNIX C are the main programming tools. We have used UTP, coaxial and fiber optic cable under 10/100 mbps LAN for networking.
연속주조용 탄소강에서 상변화에 따른 열팽창 및 수축 거동

The air gap between the metal and mold, formed by shrinkage during solidification, causes surface and subsurface cracks in the continuous casting process. Molten crack on the surface might also occur due to improper heat transfer between them. In order to compensate the air gap in mold design, the thermal contraction is an essential factor. In this study, the thermal contraction and expansion behaviors were examined from the ($\alpha$ and pearlite)/${\gamma}$ to ${\gamma}$/$\delta$ transformations in continuous casting steels by the commercial dilatometer and the self- assembled dilatometer with laser distance measurement. It was found that the thermal contraction and expansion behaviors were very dependant on the phase transformation of the ${\gamma}$/$\delta$ as well as ($\alpha$ and pearlite)/${\gamma}$. The sudden volume change from $\delta$ to ${\gamma}$ which might cause cracks in the continuous casting process, was observed on cooling just below the melting temperature by the self-assembled dilatometer.

현재 대다수의 하지절단자들이 사용하는 에너지 저장형 인공발은 체중을 이용하여 인공발 구조재의 변형으로부터 얻어진 에너지를 입각기 말기에 보행 추진력으로 활용하여 장시간 보행 시 신체의 에너지 소모를 줄이는 목적을 가진다. 하퇴절단자의 경우 이러한 탄성 에너지를 활용함과 동시에 자연스러운 동작으로 보행이 가능하지만, 대부분의 대퇴절단자의 경우 기계식 슬관절장치를 사용하기 때문에 입각기 동안 슬관절을 완전 신전 상태로 보행함에 따라 탄성 에너지의 활용성도 떨어지고 보행 모습도 부자연스럽다. 본 연구에서는 인체의 해부학적 신체 구조와 유사하게 중족지관절과 발목관절 요소를 구현하여 발구름 특성을 개선하고 지면적응력을 높임으로써 대퇴절단자의 보행능력을 향상시키기 위한 목적의 인공발을 개발하였다. 개발된 인공발은 양측 하퇴절단자 3명, 편측 대퇴절단자 3명을 대상으로 2주간의 일상생활 환경에서의 사용성 평가를 수행하였다. 개발된 인공발을 2주간 착용한 후, 본인 소유의 기존 인공발과 개발된 인공발에 대하여 총 12문항의 설문을 통한 주관적 만족도를 조사하였다. 양하퇴절단자 및 대퇴절단자군 모두 개발된 인공발의 만족도가 더 높게 나타났으며, 특히 울퉁불퉁한 험지나 계단, 경사로 보행에서 좀 더 높은 만족도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. The characteristic of conventional energy storage artificial feet is that they are designed to minimize the energy consumption of the body even when walking for a long time by utilizing the energy obtained from deformation of foot structures by their weight for the walking propulsion. In the case of below-knee amputee, the elastic energy can be utilized well and it is possible to achieve a natural motion. But in the case of above knee amputee, the elastic energy is not fully used and they can’t walk naturally because they walk with fully extended knee during stance phase due to the passive mechanism of the knee prostheses most of them using. In this paper, we developed the prosthetic foot with metatarsophalangeal joint and ankle joint simulating anatomical body structures for the purpose of improving the roll-over characteristics and the terrain adaptabilities which leads the above-knee amputees’ walking ability. We evaluated the usability of the developed foot by the 2 weeks of ADL tests of 3 bilateral transtibial amputees and 3 unilateral transfemoral amputees. The questionaries with 12 items were performed after using the developed feet during 2 weeks. The individual satisfaction about the developed and their own feet were investigated. Both of transfemoral and transtibial amputees satisfied more with the developed foot in most of questions and much more with it in the stair, uneven terrain, slope environments specially.
[論文] SM45C강의 피로 균열 성장에 미치는 미세조직의 영향

To determine the effects of microstructure on the fatigue crack propagation behavior in SM45C steel, experimental investigations have been carried out with the specimens of different grain sizes and different spacings between the Fe₃C particles. Fatigue and tensile tests were conducted and the quantitative analysis of the relations between the threshold stress intensity range and grain size, interparticle spacing and yield stress were carried out. Some of the conclusions obtained are as fallows; (1) △Kth was observed to increase with grain size and the spacing between the Fe₃C particles. (2) In both pearlite and spheroidite microstructures, △Kth was increased when yield stress was decreased.
