할로아세틸시코닌 유도체의 합성 및 항암성 평가 : Synthesis and Evaluation of Antitumor Activity
鄭相國,金光洙,송규용,조훈,안병준 충남대학교 약학대학 의약품개발연구소 1998 藥學論文集 Vol.14 No.-
The secondary hydroxy group at side chain of shikonin structure was selectively acylated with various haloacetic acids in presence of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-dimethylaminopyridine to produce haloacetylshikonin derivatives. The cytotoxicity of monohaloacetylshikonin derivatives against L1210 cells increased in the following order: monochloroacetylshikonin (ED_50, 0.142 ㎍/㎖) nonobromoacetylshikonin (ED_50, 0.158㎍/㎖)>monoiodoacetylshikonin (ED_50, 0.173 ㎍/㎖). Introduction of larger halogen atoms decreased the cytotoxic activity, presumably due to steric hinderance. The cytotoxicity of chloroacetylshikonin derivatives was dependent on the number of chlorine atom, thus increasing in the following order : trichloroacetylshikonin (0.032 ㎍/㎖)>dichloroacetylshikonin (0.059 ㎍/㎖)> monochloroacetylshikonin (ED_50, 0.142 ㎍/㎖). Thus, the electron-withdrawing effect seems to be important for the cytotoxicity of chloracetylshikonin derivatives. Consistent with the above, dichloracetylshikonin (T/C, 182%) and trifluoroacetylshikonin (195%) showed higher T/C values than monochloroacetyl-(T/C, 122%), monobromoacetyl-(T/C, 154%) and monoiodoacetylshikonin (T/C, 117%) derivatives. Haloacetylshikonin derivatives showing lower cytotoxic activities against L1210 cells exhibited lower T/C values. It seems that there is a relationship between the cytotoxicity of haloacetylshikonin and their antitumor activity.

The rs2273535 polymorphism in the AURKA gene had proven to be associated with breast carcinoma susceptibility. Nevertheless, the results of different studies remain contradictory. A meta-analysis covering 28, 789 subjects from eleven different studies was here carried out in order to investigate the association in detail. The random effects model was used to analyze the pooled odds ratios (ORs) and their corresponding 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs). A significant relationship between the rs2273535 polymorphism and breast tumors was found in an allelic genetic model (OR: 1.076, 95% CI: 1.004-1.153, p=0.040, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.002). No significant association was detected in a homozygote model (OR: 1.186, 95% CI: 0.990-1.423, P=0.065, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.002), a heterozygote model (OR: 1.016, 95% CI: 0.959-1.076, p=0.064, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.000), a dominant genetic model (OR: 1.147, 95% CI: 0.992-1.325, p=0.217, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.294) and a recessive genetic model (OR: 1.093, 95% CI: 0.878-1.361, p=0.425, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.707). A significant relationship between the rs2273535 polymorphism in the AURKA gene and breast tumor in Asian group was found in an allelic genetic model (OR: 1.124, 95% CI: 1.003-1.29, p=0.044, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.034), a homozygote model (OR: 1.229, 95% CI: 1.038-1.455, p=0.016, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.266) and a recessive genetic model (OR: 1.227, 95% CI: 1.001-1.504, p=0.049, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.006). A significant association was thus observed between the rs2273535 polymorphism in the AURKA gene and breast cancer risk. Individuals with the rs2273535 polymorphism in the AURKA gene have a higher risk of breast cancer in Asian populations, but not in Caucasians.

The interleukin-18 promoter -607C>A gene polymorphism may be related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) risk but the results of individual studies remain conflicting. A meta-analysis including 1,886 subjects from five individual studies was therefore performed to provide a more accurate estimation. Pooled odds ratios (ORs) and their corresponding 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) were evaluated by fixed- or random-effects models. A significant relationship between interleukin-18 promoter -607C>A gene polymorphism and NPC was found in a dominant genetic model (OR: 1.351, 95% CI: 1.089-1.676, P=0.006, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.904), a homozygote model (OR: 1.338, 95% CI: 1.023-1.751, P=0.034, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.863), and a heterozygote model (OR: 1.357, 95% CI: 1.080-1.704, P=0.009, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.824). No significant association was detected in either an allelic genetic model (OR: 1.077, 95% CI: 0.960-1.207, 0.207, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.844) or a recessive genetic model (OR: 1.093, 95% CI: 0.878-1.361, P=0.425, $P_{heterogeneity}$=0.707). In conclusion, a significant association was found between interleukin-18 promoter -607C>A gene polymorphism and NPC risk. Individuals with the C allele of interleukin-18 promoter -607C>A gene polymorphism have a higher risk of NPC development.
Partial Pole Assignment via Constant Gain Feedback in Two Classes of Frequency-domain Models
Guo-Sheng Wang,Guo-Zhen Yang,Guang-Ren Duan 대한전기학회 2007 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.5 No.2
The design problem of partial pole assignment (PPA) in two classes of frequency-domain MIMO models by constant gain feedback is investigated in this paper. Its aim is to design a constant gain feedback which changes only a subset of the open-loop eigenvalues, while the rest of them are kept unchanged in the closed-loop system. A near general parametric expression for the feedback gain matrix in term of a set of design parameter vectors and the set of the closed-loop poles, and a simple parametric approach for solving the proposed problem are presented. The set of poles do not need to be previously prescribed, and can be set undetermined and treated together with the set of parametric vectors as degrees of design freedom provided by the approach. An illustrative example shows that the proposed parametric method is simple and effective.
A novel method for identifying rotor-stator rubbing positions using the cepstrum analysis technique
Guo Chen,Yong-Quan Liu,Guang-Yi Jiang,Cheng-Gang Li,Guo-Quan Feng,De-You Wang 대한기계학회 2014 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.28 No.9
A novel method of aero-engine rubbing positions identification based on cepstrum analysis is proposed, and the transfer path characteristicswhich reflect the transfer characteristics information from rubbing points to casing measuring points are separated from the vibrationacceleration signals of casing by means of cepstrum analysis. Therefore, there is different transfer characteristics information atdifferent rubbing positions, and in view of this, twenty rubbing positions identification features from the cepstrum are extracted. A largenumber of rubbing experiments of different positions are simulated with the rotor experiment rig of aero-engine, and the characteristicanalysis of experimental samples at different rubbing positions is carried out, and the results indicate the consistency of features to thesame rubbing position and the difference of the features to the different rubbing positions. Finally, the aero-engine rubbing positionsidentification is carried out using the nearest neighbor classification method, the recognition rate reaches 100%, and the effectiveness ofthe method is full verified.

Shi, Guo-Zhu,Chen, Ruo-Fu,Chen, Kun,Shen, Ai-Hua,Zhang, Xiu-Ling,Chen, Jin-Da,Du, Cheng-Ming,Hu, Zheng-Guo,Fan, Guang-Wei Korean Nuclear Society 2020 Nuclear Engineering and Technology Vol.52 No.4
A position-sensitive CsI(Tl) crystal array coupled with the multi-anode position sensitive photomultiplier tube (PS-PMT), Hamamatsu H8500C, has been developed at the Institute of Modern Physics. An effective, fast, and economical readout circuit based on discretized positioning circuit (DPC) bridge was designed for the 64-channel multi-anode flat panel PSPMT. The horizontal and vertical position resolutions are 0.58 mm and 0.63 mm respectively for the 1.0 × 1.0 × 5.0 ㎣ CsI(Tl) array, and the horizontal and vertical position resolutions are 0.86 mm and 0.80 mm respectively for the 2.0 × 2.0 × 10.0 ㎣ CsI(Tl) array. These results show that the CsI(Tl) crystal array with low cost could be applied in the fields of medical imaging and high-resolution gamma camera.
