본 연구는 부산광역시 방재공원 7곳의 공간입지, 공간구성 및 시설 현황을 분석하였다. 일본의 방재공원계획 및 설계 가이드라인을 기초로 한 분석의 틀로 문제점을 분석하였고 개선방향을 제안하였다. 향후 새로운 방재공원 조성에 있어 입지계획과 공간구성 및 시설 계획의 부문에 바탕이 되는 기초자료로서 그 목적이 있다. 방재공원의 공간구성 요소를 분석한 결과, 모든 대상지는 공원의 중앙에 위치하고 있는 피난광장의 조건에 적합하였으며 방재관련 시설공간도 피난광장과 인접하게 설치되어 있어 공간구성의 평가요인에 적합하였다. 또한 평상 시 공원 이용에 활용되는 퍼걸러와 안내판, 조명시설은 대부분의 방재공원에 설치되어 있었다. 도출된 문제점은 첫째, 급경사 및 좁은 골목의 공간입지로 인해 접근성이 결여되며, 진입구의 계단 및 높은 경계석과 펜스 설치로 인해 대피 시 신속성이 떨어질 것으로 예상된다. 둘째, 공원의 외곽에 방화수림대를 식재할 수 있는 공간이 부족하며, 방화수종을 고려하지 못한 일반적인 수종을 식재하였다. 셋째, 자가발전시설물, 내진성 수조, 기능형 및 가변형 시설물 등의 방재관련 시설물이 설치되지 않았다. 이를 통해 개선방향을 제안함으로써 향후 조성될 방재공원의 계획 및 설계에 있어 도움을 제공하는데 의의가 있다. This study analyzed the location, spatial composition, and facility status of seven disaster prevention parks in Busan. This study found problems with an analysis framework based on Japan’s plan and design guidelines for disaster prevention parks, and proposed improvements. The purpose of this study is to create a new disaster prevention park as a basic data base on the location, spatial configuration, and facility planning areas. Based on the analysis of spatial components in the parks, all sites were well suited to the conditions of the evacuation plaza, which should be located in the middle of the park; the area related to disaster prevention facilities was also installed in close proximity to the evacuation square, making it suitable for the evaluation factor of spatial composition. In addition, the pergola, sign board and, lighting facilities used in the park as usual were installed in most disaster prevention parks. The issues identified are as follows: First, accessibility is lacking due to the location of steep slopes and narrow alleys, and the speed of evacuation is expected to be reduced due to the entry stairs, the high seats and the installation of the fence. Second, there was not enough space to plant fire-prevention beds on the outside of the park, and generally some water plants were planted without be considered for fire protection. Third, self-powered facility, Intrapersonal tank, disaster-related facilities, such as functional or variable types were not installed. Through this, it is meaningful providing assistance in the planning and design of disaster prevention parks that will be created in the future by the suggestion of improvements.

TheraCal LC, a new light-cured, resin-modified calcium silicate-filled base/liner material, has been introduced as a pulpotomy agent. The aim of this study was to evaluate the capacity of hard tissue formation and pulpal response after pulpotomy with TheraCal LC. Twenty-two 9-week-old male rats were anesthetized, cavities were prepared in maxillary first molars and pulps were capped with formocresol (FC), mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA), and TheraCal LC. Specimens obtained from rats were scanned using a high-resolution micro CT system. The specimens were prepared and evaluated histologically, and immunofluorescence assay was performed to assess the dentin matrix protein-1 (DMP-1) expression. On micro CT analysis, the MTA and TheraCal LC groups showed thicker hard tissue formation than the FC group. On hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining, MTA and TheraCal LC groups showed dentine bridge formation with vital pulp beneath the materials. On immunofluorescence analysis, DMP-1 was highly expressed in the TheraCal LC group compared to the FC group. TheraCal LC showed similar capacity to form hard tissue as MTA when it was used as a pulpotomy agent. Because of its good manipulation and faster setting time compared to MTA, TheraCal LC could be considered as a good alternative to MTA.
