        가족건강성이 사회적 부모역할 인식에 미치는 영향에서 성인애착의 매개효과 검증 - 한중 대학생의 차이를 중심으로

        연구목적: 본 연구는 한중 양국 모두 출산율이 감소하는 상황에서 가임기 성인이 된 한중 대학생의 가족건강성, 성인애착, 사회적 부모역할 인식의 수준이 국적에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 비교하고 그들의 가족건강성이 사회적 부모역할 인식에 미치는 영향에서 성인애착(불안애착, 회피애착)이 병렬이중매개효과를 보이는지 검증하고자 실시되었다. 연구방법: 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 The PROCESS macro for SPSS 3.4 Model 4를 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, Cronbach’s α 계수, 평균 및 표준편차를 산출하였고, Pearson의 적률상관관계분석 및 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 가족건강성의 하위요인 중 ‘경제적 안정과 협력’에 대한 인식은 한국 대학생이 중국 대학생에 비해 더 높았으며, ‘가족문화 참여’에 대한 인식이 더 낮았다. 한국 대학생의 불안애착, 회피애착, 사회적 부모역할 인식의 수준 역시 중국 대학생보다 더 낮았다. 둘째, 한국 대학생의 경우 가족건강성과 사회적 부모역할 인식의 관계에서 회피애착에 의해서만 완전매개효과를 보였고, 중국 대학생의 경우에는 회피애착의 부분매개효과만 있었다. 논의 및 결론: 첫째, 사회적으로 요구되는 부모역할이 복잡해지고, 젊은이들이 결혼·출산을 포기하고자 하는 상황에서 언제든지 부모가 될 가능성이 있는 대학생에게 가족을 이루고 부모가 된다는 것은 개인에게 어떤 의미가 있는지, 자녀를 가지는 것은 어떠한 보람이 있는지를 알려주는 것은 중요하므로 대학교에서는 예비부모교육을 필수과목으로 전환할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 안정 애착의 세대간 전이를 통해서 건강한 가족관계로 이어질 수 있기 때문에 부모가 될 가능성이 있는 대학생을 대상으로 미래의 자녀와 안정애착을 형성할 수 있는 방법과 그 중요성을 알리는 교육을 제공할 필요가 있다.

        Preparation of Monascus-fermented ginkgo seeds: optimization of fermentation parameters and evaluation of bioactivity

        In this study, a high monacolin K yield was achieved through solid-state fermentation of Ginkgo biloba seeds. Monascus purpureus suspension made from red yeast rice was used as spore inoculum. Fermentation conditions in solid-state fermentation were optimized using response surface methodology, and the optimal conditions for the maximum monacolin K yield (17.71 ± 1.57 mg/g) were 0.22% ammonium sulfate, 0.34% ammonium chloride, 0.05% magnesium sulfate, fermentation time of 12 days, inoculation volume of 11%, and temperature of 27 °C. The total phenolic content of Monascus-fermented ginkgo seeds attained 9.67 mg GAE/g, 4.88-fold higher than that of unfermented ginkgo seeds. The scavenging abilities of DPPH and ABTS free radicals increased to 9.79 mg TE/g and 13.92 mg TE/g, respectively. These findings highlight the importance of investigating the optimal fermentation conditions for maximum monacolin K yield and the utilization value of ginkgo seed as fermentation substrate for higher bioactivities.

        Mechanical and Creep Properties of Concrete containing Apricot Shell Lightweight Aggregate

        In this study, the mechanical and creep properties of the apricot shell (AS) as a replacement for the coarse aggregate were investigated. The alternative volume ratio of the coarse aggregate was set as 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, respectively. The results showed that the coarse aggregate was completely replaced by the AS, the compressive strength, splitting tensile and flexural strength, and modulus of elasticity of apricot shell concrete (ASC) were 26.1 MPa, 1.85 MPa, 3.18 MPa, and 9.3 GPa, respectively, and decreased by 32.6%, 30.7%, 24.8%, and 34.5% compared to the concrete without AS, respectively. However, the oven dry density of AS100 mixture was 1,762 kg/m3, which fulfilled the density requirement of structural lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC). The creep strain of concrete increased by increasing AS content. When the coarse aggregate was replaced by 100% AS, the strain of AS100 mixture at 380 hours was 16.84 × 10−4. The results indicate that LWAC with an acceptable performance can be produced by using AS as coarse aggregates in concrete.

      • Identification of crystal variants in shape-memory alloys using molecular dynamics simulations

        Shape-memory alloys (SMA) have interesting behaviors and important mechanical properties due to the solid-solid phase transformation. These phenomena are dominated by the evolution of microstructures. In recent years, the microstructures in SMAs have been studied extensively and modeled using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. However, it remains difficult to identify the crystal variants in the simulation results, which consist of large numbers of atoms. In the present work, a method is developed to identify the austenite phase and the monoclinic martensite crystal variants in MD results. The transformation matrix of each lattice is calculated to determine the corresponding crystal variant. Evolution of the volume fraction of the crystal variants and the microstructure in Ni-Ti SMAs under thermal and mechanical boundary conditions are examined. The method is validated by comparing MD-simulated interface normals with theoretical solutions. In addition, the results show that, in certain cases, the interatomic potential used in the current study leads to inconsistent monoclinic lattices compared with crystallographic theory. Thus, a specific modification is applied and the applicability of the potential is discussed.

        Does H3K27M Mutation Impact Survival Outcome of High-Grade Spinal Cord Astrocytoma?

        Objective: To evaluate the impact of H3K27M mutation in the prognosis of histological high-grade intramedullary astrocytoma. Methods: A total of 78 patients who were diagnosed with high-grade spinal cord astrocytoma were included. Clinical data consisting demographic, radiological, molecular features and treatment data were recorded. Univariate and multivariate Cox analysis were performed to investigate variables associated with survival outcome of histological high-grade spinal cord astrocytoma. Results: Median survival time was 21 months. Overall survival (OS) at 1 and 3 years was 65.7% and 40.7%, respectively. Sex, location, and tumor span did not present significant association with OS. Patients with H3K27M mutation showed significant shorter duration of symptom than patients with H3K27 wild-type. As respect to adjuvant treatment, adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy were associated with favorable OS (both p = 0.01). Younger patients (age ≤ 18 years) had shorter OS (p = 0.008) than adult patients (age > 18 years). Of note, H3K27M mutation did not show significant impact on the survival outcome, regardless of histology grade 3 or grade 4 (p = 0.3). Conclusion: Histological high-grade spinal cord astrocytoma has dismal prognosis. Our study demonstrated that H3K27M mutation did not show significant impact on survival outcome of histological high-grade spinal cord astrocytoma.

        중국 안지놀이(Anji Play)의 특징 및 한국의 놀이중심 유아교육과정에 주는 함의 탐색

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of Anji Play, a representative “play” based early childhood curriculum in China, to provide suggestions for Korea's early childhood education. Method: To achieve the purpose of the current study, a literaure review was conducted. Results: As a result of this research, first, to support children’s play Anji Play gave enough play time, integrated various spaces, and provided many play materials that can be combined indefinitely. Second, teachers maximize observations and records of play, and minimized interventions. Parents were reminded of their childhood play memories, given the opportunity to play in the nursery, and empathized with children’s play. And the Anji County government has innovatively implemented integrated management of nurseries, evaluating the level of development of early childhood education together with the local economy and other indicators, thus leading the development of early childhood education. Conclusion: It is necessary to provide sufficient play time, while creating various spaces for children to play more actively, and to provide risky play materials. It is necessary to consider parental education that provides parents with the opportunity to fall in love with real play and watch their children's play. The government and local governments expect to expand financial support along with their continued interest in early childhood education. 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 중국의 대표적인 놀이중심 유아교육과정인 안지놀이의 특징을 놀이특징 및 운영특징으로 나누어 살펴보고, 이를 통해 한국의 놀이중심 유아교육 실천에 대한 시사점을 얻는데 있다. 연구방법: 안지놀이를 소개하고 있는 중국 및 국외 논문 및 문헌 자료를 수집하여 내용분석 하였다. 연구결과: 놀이특징을 살펴본 결과, 안지놀이 유아원은 유아에게 충분한 놀이시간을 주고 다양한 공간의 통합을 이루며 무한의 조합이 가능한 인공재료 및 자연재료를 충분히 제공함으로써 유아들이 경계를 넘어 마음껏 놀 수 있도록 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 운영특징을 살펴본 결과, 교사교육 면에서는 교사가 놀이에 대한 관찰과 기록을 최대화하고 개입은 최소화하도록 하고, 부모교육 면에서는 부모들에게 자신의 아동기 놀이기억을 회상시키고 유아원에서 직접 놀이하는 기회를 제공함으로써 유아의 놀이를 공감시키고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 지방정부 지원 면에서는 유아원을 통합관리하면서 유아교육의 발전이 지역 경제, 의료 등 지표와 함께 하도록 평가하며 유아교육의 발전을 이끌어가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 논의 및 결론: 중국 안지놀이의 특징에서 한국의 놀이중심 유아교육에 주는 함의를 찾아보자면, 유아교육기관은 유아에게 놀이가 지속될 수 있는 충분한 시간을 제공해줌과 동시에 공간에 대한 고민과 함께 다양한 공간을 만들어주기 위한 노력이 필요할 것이다. ‘위험’을 감수하는 놀이자료 제공도 의미있게 고려해볼 부분이다. 교사에게는 다양한 형태의 유아 놀이지원에 대한 교육과 지속적이고 체계화된 현직교육이 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 부모에게는 실제 놀이에 푹 빠질 기회와 자녀 놀이를 지켜보는 경험을 제공해 줄 필요가 있다. 놀이중심 교육과정이 제대로 정착되도록 하기 위해서는 중앙정부와 지자체의 관심과 지원이 무엇보다 필요함을 인식해야 할 것이다.

        The existence theorem and continuous dependence property in $"L^2"$ sense for solutions of backward stochastic differential equation (shortly BSDE) with Lipschitz coefficients were respectively established by Pardoux-Peng and Peng in [1,2], Mao and Cao generalized the Pardoux-Peng's existence and uniqueness theorem to BSDE with non-Lipschitz coefficients in [3,4]. The present paper generalizes the Peng's continuous dependence property in $"L^2"$ sense to BSDE with Mao and Cao's conditions. Furthermore, this paper investigates the continuous dependence property in "almost surely" sense for BSDE with Mao and Cao's conditions, based on the comparison with the classical mathematical expectation.

      • Polarization-Independent Metamaterial Analog of Electromagnetically Induced Transparency for a Refractive-Index-Based Sensor

        <P>A polarization-independent metamaterial analog of electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) at microwave frequencies for normal incidence and linearly polarized waves is experimentally and numerically demonstrated. The metamaterial consists of coupled “bright” split-ring resonators (SRRs) and “dark” spiral resonators (SRs) with virtually equal resonance frequencies. Normally incident plane waves with linear polarization strongly couple to the SRR, but are weakly interacting with the SR, regardless of the polarization state. A sharp transmission peak (i.e., the transparency window) with narrow spectral width and slow wave property is observed for the metamaterial at the resonant frequency of both, the bright SRR and the dark SR. The influence of the coupling strength between the SRR and SR on the frequency, width, magnitude, and quality factor of the metamaterial's transparency window is theoretically predicted by a two-particle model, and numerically validated using full-wave electromagnetic simulation. In addition, it is numerically demonstrated that the EIT-like metamaterial can be employed as a refractive-index-based sensor with a sensitivity of 77.25 mm/RIU, which means that the resonance wavelength of the sensor shifts 77.25 mm per unit change of refractive index of the surrounding medium.</P>
