        광고디자인의 선호도와 감성요소의 연관성에 관한 연구

        광고디자인에 있어 소비자의 인식인 감각과 지각 등 감성적 측면에 소구하는 감성 커뮤니케이션은 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 소비자의 광고 정보에 대한 추상적인 개념을 시각적이고 구조적으로 파악하기 위해서 실증연구를 진행하였다. 현재 출판되고 있는 인쇄매체의 광고 자극물 100개를 수집하여 진행한 1차 실험결과, 높은 선호 감성요소의 자극물은 낮은 선호 자극물의 감성요소보다 자극물로서 추출되는 감성요소가 전체적으로 많았으며, 자극물의 성격에 따라 추출되는 항목들에 차이가 있었다. 또한, 신뢰성 항목의 경우 높은 선호 감성요소의 자극물보다, 낮은 감성요소 자극물의 경우가 관련성이 높게 나타났다. 1차 실험결과, 높은/낮은 광고 자극물에 대해서 감성요소의 평가 결과가 차이를 보이고 있으며, 1차 실험만으로는 결론을 도출되지 않아 광고 감성요소의 연관성과 상관관계를 분석한 2차 실험결과에서는 높은 선호 자극물의 경우 심미성, 독특성, 과장성, 현대성, 신뢰성, 자극성, 유머성, 상상력이 서로 간의 상관관계를 가지고 있었으며, 신뢰성은 관계성이 없는 것으로 조사되었다(유의확률 P≤.05). 또한, 낮은 선호 자극물의 경우 심미성, 과장성, 현대성, 유머성, 상상력은 항목 간에 관계성을 가지고 있지만, 독특성, 과장성, 신뢰성, 자극성은 항목 간의 상관관계가 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 1, 2차 실험과 분석 결과 광고디자인과 소비자가 선호도 관계는 감성 항목과 항목 간의 연관성의 정도에 따라 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있었고, 항목 간의 연관구조와 특성이 검증되었다. Approaching to the feeling and consciousness stratification plane of the consumer cognition is very important in the perceptual exchange aspect of advertisement design. In order to make the consumer grasp the abstract concept of advertizing information from the visual and constructive angle, this research has conducted the empirical study on the advertizing information. In the result of the first experiment, as the whole, the extraction of the emotional elements of the advertising which has the high preference degree is more than the extraction of the emotional elements of the advertising which has the low preference degree. According to the sample character, the elements which are extracted are different. Among the reliability elements, the sample which has the low preference has the higher related relevance than the sample which has the low preference. In the result of the second experiment, among the samples which has the high preference degree, there is intimate connection among the aesthetic quality, unique, exaggeration, modernity, irritation, humor, imagination elements and the reliability related connection is low. (P≤0.5). Among the samples which the preference degree is low, there is intimate connection among the aesthetic quality, exaggeration, modernity, humor, imagination elements and the connection of the unique, reliability and irritation is low. In the results, the advertisement design and the consumer preference relations are such situations. Along with the related degree of the perceptual essential factor high or not, the fondness also changes along with it. We also have carried on the confirmation for the connection structure and the characteristic of every essential factor.

      • TV-CM디자인에서의 수묵화적 표현에 관한 연구

        현대사회는 산업의 다양화로 디자인 영역은 다각화로 확장되어 가고 있으며 여러 학문들과 통합과 통섭 등을 통하여 여러 가지 새로운 기능성을 제시하고 있다. 사람들의 사고방식, 감성의 변화, 그리고 행동양식에도 큰 변화가 일어나 새로운 표현방식과 미적 가치를 추구하다. 그러함 속에서 전통에 대한 새로운 인식 혹은 새로운 소재로서 수묵화 표현이 늘어나고 있다. 본 고에서는 수묵이 나타나게 된 역사적, 사회적 배경을 기초하여 그 표현방식과 분석을 중심으로 고찰하였고 동양적 전통미와 정서적 감성에 부합되는 미적 가치로서 수묵화적 표현을 제시하였다. TV-CM디자인에 나타난 수묵표현의 활용에 대해 연구하는 것으로 수묵의 개념, 특징, 분류, 표현방식을 분석하고 새로운 수묵기법 혹은 동양적 표현을 통하여 디자인 영역을 확대하고자 한다. The field of design is expanding and diversified in modern society while several new functions are presented by converging a variety of fields of knowledge. There are changes happening in people's way of thinking, sensitivity and behaviors as they are seeking for a new way of expression and aesthetic values. Accordingly, the black and white drawings are increasing as a new way of recognition of tradition or new materials. This paper is to make a study of the expression methods and their analysis of the black and white drawings, based on their historical and social background, and has suggested black and white expression methods as an aesthetic value consistent with the traditional oriental beauty and emotional sensitivity. This paper is also aimed at studying practical usage of the expression of black and white drawings shown in the TV-CM design, and expanding the scope of design by analyzing the conception, features, and classification of the black and white drawings and searching for a new technique or an oriental expression method.

      • Preparation of 5-fluorouracil-loaded Nanoparticles and Study of Interaction with Gastric Cancer Cells

        Aims: To prepare 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) nanoparticles with higher encapsulation efficiency and drug loading, and then investigate interaction with the SGC-7901 gastric cancer cell line. Materials and Methods: Prescription was optimized by orthogonal experiments, the encapsulation efficiency and loading capacity were tested by high-performance liquid chromatography, and inhibition of proliferation by 5-Fu nanoparticles and 5-Fu given to cells for 24, 48 and 72 hours was investigated by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay (MTT). In addition, 5-Fu nanoparticles were labeled by fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and absorption into cells was tested by flow cytometry. Results: The optimal conditions for preparation were concentrations of 5-Fu of 5mg/ml, of $CaCl_2$ of 60 mg/ml and of chitosan of 2 mg/ml. With a stirring speed of 1200rpm, encapsulation efficiency of 5-Fu nanoparticles was $55.4{\pm}1.10%$ and loading capacity was $4.22{\pm}0.14%$; gastric cancer cells were significantly inhibited by 5-Fu nanoparticles in a time and concentration dependent manner, and compared to 5-Fu with slower drug release, in a certain concentration range, inhibition with 5-Fu nanoparticles was stronger. 5-Fu nanoparticles were absorbed by the cells in line with the concentration. Conclusions: 5-Fu nanoparticles can inhibit growth of gastric cancer cells in vitro to a greater extent than with 5-Fu with good adsorption characteristics, supporting feasibility as a carrier.

      • Inactivation of recombinant human brain-type creatine kinase during denaturation by guanidine hydrochloride in a macromolecular crowding system.

        <P>In this study, we quantitatively examined the effects of the macromolecular crowding agents, polyethylene glycol 2000 (PEG 2000) and dextran 70, on guanidine hydrochloride (GdnHCl)-induced denaturation of recombinant human brain-type creatine kinase (rHBCK). Our results showed that both PEG 2000 and dextran 70 had a protective effect on the inactivation of rHBCK induced by 0.5 M GdnHCl at 25 C. The presence of 200 g/L PEG 2000 resulted in the retention of 35.33 % of rHBCK activity after 4 h of inactivation, while no rHBCK activity was observed after denaturation in the absence of macromolecular crowding agents. The presence of PEG 2000 and dextran 70 at a concentration of 100 g/L could decelerate the k (2) value of the slow track to 21 and 33 %, respectively, in comparison to values obtained in the absence of crowding agents. Interestingly, inactivation of rHBCK in the presence of 200 g/L PEG 2000 followed first-order monophasic kinetics, with an apparent rate constant of 8??10(-5)?s(-1). The intrinsic fluorescence results showed that PEG 2000 was better than dextran 70 at stabilizing rHBCK conformation. In addition, the results of the phase diagram indicate that more intermediates may be captured when rHBCK is denatured in a macromolecular crowding system. Mixed crowding agents did not produce better results than single crowding agents, but the protective effects of PEG 2000 on the inactivation and unfolding of rHBCK tended to increase as the ratio of PEG 2000 increased in the mixed crowding agent solution. Though it is not clear which crowding agents more accurately simulated the intracellular environment, this study could lead to a better understanding of protein unfolding in the intracellular environment.</P>

        Optimized Transformation of Streptomyces sp. ATCC 39366 Producing Leptomycin by Electroporation

        Streptomyces sp. ATCC 39366 produces leptomycin derivatives. Leptomycin B, a potent and specific inhibitor against the export of nuclear proteins, is the main product; however, the introduction of DNA into this strain is almost impossible, which has impeded its further use. We developed a Streptomyces sp. ATCC 39366 transformation protocol to introduce foreign DNA via electroporation. Various conditions were examined, including treatments of the cell wall with weakening agents, electroporation parameters, and DNA content. We found that only plasmid DNA isolated from a dam- ET12567 strain resulted in successful transformation. The mycelium growing in a yeast-peptone-dextrose medium supplemented with 1% glycine at 28°C on a rotary shaker (220 rpm) was more dispersed than those without supplementation and prone to electroporation. The maximum transformation efficiency of 8×102 CFU/μg plasmid DNA was obtained at a field strength of 13 kV/cm with a time constant of 13 ms (25-μF capacitor; parallel resistance, 600 Ω) using 1-mm electrocuvettes. The results of the transformations of two other Streptomyces species indicated that the optimized conditions established in this study might only be applicable to Streptomyces sp. ATCC 39366. However, this is the first report of successful transformation of Streptomyces sp. ATCC 39366, and will facilitate the construction of a gene knockout mutant in Streptomyces sp. ATCC 39366 to produce series of new leptomycin derivatives.

      • Association of MDR1 Gene Polymorphisms with Susceptibility to Hepatocellular Carcinoma in the Chinese Population

        Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the association of MDR1 gene polymorphisms with susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: A total of 689 HCC patients and 680 cancer-free subjects were enrolled. Human MDR1 gene polymorphisms were investigated by created restriction site-polymerase chain reaction (CRS-PCR) and DNA sequencing methods. Multiple logistic regression models were applied to estimate the association between MDR1 gene polymorphisms and susceptibility to HCC. Results: We detected a novel c.4125A>C polymorphism and our findings suggested that this variant was significantly associated with susceptibility to HCC. A significantly increased susceptibility to HCC was noted in the homozygote comparison (CC versus AA: OR=1.621, 95% CI 1.143-2.300, ${\chi}^2$=7.4095, P=0.0065), recessive model (CC versus AC+AA: OR=1.625, 95% CI 1.167-2.264, ${\chi}^2$=8.3544, P=0.0039) and allele contrast (C versus A: OR=1.185, 95% CI 1.011-1.389, ${\chi}^2$=4.4046, P=0.0358). However, no significant increase was observed in the heterozygote comparison (AC versus AA: OR=0.995, 95% CI 0.794-1.248, ${\chi}^2$=0.0017, P=0.9672) and dominant model (CC+AC versus AA: OR=1.106, 95% CI 0.894-1.369, ${\chi}^2$=0.8560, P=0.3549). Conclusions: These findings suggest that the c.4125A>C polymorphism of the MDR1 gene might contribute to susceptibility to HCC in the Chinese population. Further work will be necessary to clarify the relationship between the c.4125A>C polymorphism and susceptibility to HCC on larger populations of diverse ethnicity.

      • An Efficient Blind Detection Algorithm of Median Filtered Image

        Due to the significant advances of digital photography and the availability of many powerful photo editing tools, it becomes easier to create forgery images by non-professional users. Median filtering that is usually applied to erase the forensically significant fingerprints has recently received increased attention. In this paper, we present an effective blind forensic algorithm to detect the median filtering manipulation. First, the median filtered residual (MFR) is generated by computing the difference between a testing image and a median filtered version of itself. Then, three feature sets including histogram, autocorrelation and gradient are extracted from the median filter residual. Last, those features are fetched into support vector machine (SVM) for training and classification. Our experimental results demonstrate that our proposed forensic method achieves not only better detection rate but also lower computational complexity compared with other existing median filtering detection methods. Our proposed forensic method also can locate local median filtering of image effectively.

        Development and Application of High-density SNP Arrays in Genomic Studies of Domestic Animals

        In the past decade, there have been many advances in whole-genome sequencing in domestic animals, as well as the development of "next-generation" sequencing technologies and high-throughput genotyping platforms. Consequently, these advances have led to the creation of the high-density SNP array as a state-of-the-art tool for genetics and genomics analyses of domestic animals. The emergence and utilization of SNP arrays will have significant impacts not only on the scale, speed, and expense of SNP genotyping, but also on theoretical and applied studies of quantitative genetics, population genetics and molecular evolution. The most promising applications in agriculture could be genome-wide association studies (GWAS) and genomic selection for the improvement of economically important traits. However, some challenges still face these applications, such as incorporating linkage disequilibrium (LD) information from HapMap projects, data storage, and especially appropriate statistical analyses on the high-dimensional, structured genomics data. More efforts are still needed to make better use of the high-density SNP arrays in both academic studies and industrial applications.
