        중국 쓰촨성 자웅 마나이 궈좡춤 전승방안

        The Jiarong Manai Guozhuang Dance reflects the strong cohesion and potential centripetal force of the Tibetans, and fully demonstrates the life style and era of the Jiarong Tibetan people. Therefore, it was designated as Chinas 2nd National Non-material Cultural Heritage in 2008 and is recognized as one of the three major folk dances of Tibetans. However, due to the aging of the heirs, the performance ability began to decline, and the method of systematic and feasible transmission was not established, and it is in danger of disconnection. Therefor, this study identified the problem that the Guozhuang Dance in Jiarong Manai, Sichuan Province was put in danger of break off, and find out the way to solve it and pass it on. First, It is proposed to establish a record information service to overcome the cut off transmission due to lag transportation facilities and geographical location. second, It is proposed to establish a transmission system to overcome the transmission disconnection due to the aging of the transmission and the selection conditions of the successor. Thrid, It is proposed to establish a legal protection system to overcome the cut off transmission due to a poor transmission environment. Forth, It is proposed to establish a school education system to overcome the cut off transmission due to the governments insufficient policy.

      • Rapid preparation and characterization of methacrylate-based monoliths for chromatographic and electrophoretic separation.

        <P>Butyl-methacrylate-based porous monoliths were rapidly prepared in the fused-silica capillary with a 10-cm stripe of polyimide removed from its exterior. The photopolymerization could be carried out in 150 s using ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross-linking agent; 1-propanol, 1,4-butanediol, and water as tri-porogenic solvents; and Irgacure 1800 as a photo-initiator. The effect of different morphologies on the efficiency and retention properties was investigated using pressure-assisted CEC (p-CEC), CEC, and low pressure-assisted liquid chromatography modes (LPLC). Baseline separation of the model analytes was respectively achieved including thiourea, toluene, naphthalene, and biphenyl with the lowest theoretical height up to 8.0 microm for thiourea in the mode of p-CEC. Furthermore, the influence of the tri-porogenic solvents on the morphology of methacrylate-based monoliths was systematically studied with mercury intrusion porosimetry and scanning electron microscopy.</P>

        Enhancing Cellulase Production in Thermophilic Fungus Myceliophthora thermophila ATCC42464 by RNA Interference of cre1 Gene Expression

        The role of CRE1 in a thermophilic fungus, Myceliophthora thermophila ATCC42464, was studied using RNA interference. In the cre1-silenced strain C88, the filter paper hydrolyzing activity and β-1,4-endoglucanase activity were 3.76-, and 1.31-fold higher, respectively, than those in the parental strain when the strains were cultured in inducing medium for 6 days. The activities of β-1,4-exoglucanase and cellobiase were 2.64-, and 5.59-fold higher, respectively, than those in the parental strain when the strains were cultured for 5 days. Quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction showed that the gene expression of egl3, cbh1, and cbh2 was significantly increased in transformant C88 compared with the wild-type strain. Therefore, our findings suggest the feasibility of improving cellulase production by modifying the regulator expression, and an attractive approach to increasing the total cellulase productivity in thermophilic fungi.

      • Fulvestrant 250mg versus Anastrozole 1 mg in the Treatment of Advanced Breast Cancer: a Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

        Objective: Most patients with advanced breast cancer experience resistance to endocrine treatment and eventual disease progression. This meta-analysis was designed to compare the efficacy and tolerability of fulvestrant 250mg with anastrozole 1mg in postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer. Methods: Electronic literature databases (Cochrane Library, Medline, and Embase) were searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published prior to August 2013. Only RCTs that compared fulvestrant 250mg to anastrozole 1mg in postmenopausal women with advanced breast cancer were selected. The main outcomes were time to treatment failure (TTF), time to progression (TTP), duration of response (DOR), clinical benefit rate, and tolerability. Results: Four RCTs covering 1,226 patients (fulvestrant, n=621; anastrozole, n=605) were included in the meta-analysis. Fulvestrant increased the DOR compared to anastrozole (HR =1.31, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.13-1.51). There was no statistically significant difference between fulvestrant and anastrozole in terms of TTF (HR=1.02, 95%CI 0.89-1.17), complete response (RR=1.79, 95%CI, 0.93-3.43), and partial response (RR=0.91, 95%CI 0.69-1.21). As for safety, there was no statistical significance between the two groups for common adverse events. Conclusion: Fulvestrant 250mg is as effective and well-tolerated as anastrozole 1mg treatment for advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women whose disease progressed after prior endocrine treatment. Thus, fulvestrant may serve as a reasonable alternative to anastrozole when resistance is experienced in breast cancer cases.

        A New Triterpenoid Saponin from Pulsatilla cernua

        A new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponin together with six known saponins were isolated from the roots of Pulsatilla cernua. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, including 2D NMR spectra and chemical evidence. Compounds 1 and 6 are reported from this genus for the first time.

        Rapid recycling of waste salt core materials in foundry industry using fractional crystallization

        The water-soluble composite salt core materials have attracted increasing interest in the manufacture ofhollow castings with complex structures due to their high strength and excellent water solubility, whilethe treatment of waste brine generated from the salt core represents a major pain point for its large-scaleapplication. To change the above situation, the recycling technology of the waste brine from compositesalt core materials was developed using cooling crystallization combined with solvent-driven crystallization. The influences of dissolution temperature and solvent content on the recovery rate of the compositesalt core materials, including inorganic salt and fortifier, were investigated. In addition, the mechanicalproperties and microstructures of the composite salt core with multiple cycles were compared and analyzed. The results show that the fortifier material of corundum powder exhibits excellent chemical andthermal stability with a 100% recovery rate, and the recovery rate of inorganic salt material can reach79.31% with a 40 C dissolution temperature and a 1.0 mass ratio of methanol to brine. The microstructures,phase compositions and mechanical properties of the multi-recycled composite salt core have notchanged, demonstrating that the recycling of the water-soluble composite salt core is feasible, and favoringthe green development of the foundry industry.

        Controlled Synthesis of CeO2 Microstructures from 1D Rod-Like to 3D Lotus-Like and Their Morphology-Dependent Properties

        Monodisperse 3D lotus-like CeO2 microstructures have beensuccessfully synthesized via controlling the morphology ofCeCO3OH precursors under hydrothermal condition as wellas subsequent calcination. The reaction time wassystematically investigated. XRD, FT-IR, SEM, TEM, XPS,Raman scattering and Photoluminescence (PL) spectra wereemployed to characterize the samples. The lotus-like CeO2hierarchical structures with an average of 4-6 μm arecomposed of many nanoplates of 100-200 nm in thickness asthe petals stacking together to form open flowers and have a fluorite cubic structure. Based on the time-dependent morphologyevolution evidences, a nucleation-dissolution-recrystallization mechanism has been proposed to explain the transformation fromrod-like structures to lotus-like CeO2 hierarchical structures with the increase of reaction time. It is found that there are Ce3+ ionsand oxygen vacancies in surface of samples. The magnetic and photoluminescence measurements indicated that all CeO2samples exhibit excellent ferromagnetism and optical properties at room temperature, and while increasing the reaction time, theferromagnetism and optical properties increase more, which can be reasonably explained for the influences of the differentmorphology of the particles and the concentration of oxygen vacancies and Ce3+ ions.

        Effect of Supports on Soot Oxidation of Copper Catalysts: BaTiO3 Versus Fe2O3@BaTiO3 Core/Shell Microsphere

        Copper catalysts prepared using two kinds of supports (BaTiO3 and Fe2O3@BaTiO3) have been tested for soot combustion. Perovskite-type oxide BaTiO3 shows excellent properties as support but has small specific surface area. Fe2O3@BaTiO3 core/shell microspheres, as improved support of BaTiO3 support, were fabricated by a hydrothermal-annealing approach. Fe2O3@BaTiO3 support has large specific surface area, which optimizes the contact condition of the gassoot-catalyst three-phase reaction. Due to the Cu-Fe2O3@BaTiO3 interaction, the redox properties of copper are improved. Soot combustion is tested under O2 gas flow and NOx/O2 gas flow, and Fe2O3@BaTiO3 supported copper catalyst (Cu/Fe2O3@BaTiO3) all shows higher catalytic activity and CO2 selectivity than BaTiO3 supported copper catalyst (Cu/BaTiO3).

        Responses of Antioxidant Enzyme Activity to Different Fertilizer and Soil Moisture Conditions in Relation to Cold Resistance in Zanthoxylum armatum

        Zanthoxylum armatum, known as green prickly ash, is a major condiment species planted on a large scale in southwest China. However, its limited cold tolerance has been a significant disadvantage for its cultivation in low-temperature regions. To better understand the antioxidant enzyme activities related to cold resistance, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) activities as well as malondialdehyde (MDA) content were investigated under 16 fertilizer and soil moisture treatments to explore the cold resistance response mechanism in Z. armatum. The results showed that low temperatures could significantly affect antioxidant enzyme activities in the leaves of Z. armatum seedlings. The antioxidant enzyme activities of seedlings treated with soil moisture and fertilizer treatments were significantly higher than those without fertilizer. Furthermore, the comprehensive evaluation index (CEI) was positively correlated with SOD, POD, and CAT activities but negatively correlated with MDA content. Meanwhile, the treatment T12 (60% field water capacity + 300 kg·ha-1 nitrogen + 30 kg·ha-1 phosphoric anhydride) had the highest CEI value, whereas T1 (20% water capacity) had the lowest. Based on the regression equation for CEI improvement, the predicted optimal levels for field water capacity (FWC), nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium were 59.6%–63.4% FWC (average 61.5%), 114.2–248.8 kg N/ha (average 181.5 kg N/ha), 40.1–108.5 kg P2O5/ha (average 74.3 kg P2O5/ha), and 200.2–254.4 kg K2O/ha (average 227.3 kg K2O/ha), respectively. The present study provides the optimal soil moisture and fertilizer concentration required to enhance protective enzyme activity and low-temperature tolerance, which is crucial for improving cold resistance in Z. armatum.
