멸치를 보다 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 일련의 연구로서 각종 조리재료나 식품가공용 중간소재로 이용할 수 있는 냉동멸치조미육의 가공조건을 구명하고 본 시제품의 화학성분을 분석하였다. 냉동멸치조미육제품을 가공하기 위하여 채육, 세절한 멸치육에 대해 분리대두단백:물:대두유(1:5:2)로 만든 유화커어드 12.8%, 식염 0.5%, 설탕 2.0%, sodium bicarbonate 0.4%, 중합인산염 0.2%, MSG 0.2%, 분리대두단백 3.05, 양파가루 0.3%, 생강가루 0.1%, 후추가루 0.1% 및 항산화제로서 sodium erythrobate를 0.2% 첨가하여 멸치육 알맹이가 붕괴되지 않도록 혼합한후 -35℃에서 급속동결시켜 carton box로 포장하여 -25±2℃에 동결 저장하는 것이 가장 좋았다. 냉동멸치조미육제품의 수분함량은 73.0%, 조단백질 19.1%, 조지방은 5.0%였으며 생균수는 1.5~1.6x 10^5/g, histamine 함량은 70.6mg/100g이었다. 유화커어드를 첨가함으로써 제품의 지방함량 조정 및 조직감을 개선시킬 수 있었다. 제품의 주요구성 지방산은 linoleic, oleic, palmitic, docosahexaenoic, linolenic, palmitoleic, eicosapentaenoic acid 등으로 고도불포화지방산이 많이 함유되어 있었고, Glu, Asp, Leu, Lys, Als 등이 주요 구성아미노산이었다. 멸치조미육제품의 정미성분은 IMP(160.9mg/100g)와 같은 핵산관련물질 및 Glu(179.4mg/100g), His(85.7mg/100g), Ala(54.4mg/100g), Leu(37.9mg/100g) 등 유리아미노산이 정미성 및 약적으로 보아 주체를 이루고 있었고, 이 외에 total creatinine (158.3mg/100g), 미량의 TMAO, betaine 등으로 이루어져 있었다. Processing conditions and food components of frozen seasoned anchovy meat products were investigated. The separated anchovy meat was chopped, mixed with 12.8% emulsion curd, 0.5% table salt, 2.0% sugar, 0.4% sodium bicarbonate, 0.2% polyphosphate, 0.2% monosodium glutamate, 0.3% onion powder, 0.1% garlic powder, 0.1% ginger powder, 3.0% soybean protein, and 0.2% sodium erythorbate by remodeled stone mortar. This seasoned anchovy meat was frozen with contact freezer, packed in a carton box and then stored at -25±2℃. The major fatty acids of product were linoleic, oleic, palmitic, docosahexaenoic, linolenic, palmitoleic, eicosapentaenoic acid. Amino acid composition of product were mainly consisted of Glu, Asp, Leu, Lys and Ala. The taste compounds of product were IMP 160.0 mg/100g; free amino acids such as Glu, His, Ala, Leu 503.7 mg/100g; total creatinine 158.3 mg/100g and small amounts of betaine, TMAO.

<P>A simultaneous quench has been one of challenging issues in a development of a superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) as long as series-connected superconducting materials are not identical each other. This paper deals with a parameter determination of a condition for simultaneous quench in series-connected YBCO coated conductors (CC), as a preliminary step to develop its faculties for high voltage CC applications. An electrical and thermal analysis based on the finite element method (FEM) showed that decisive parameters were critical current and n-value. For verifying the analysis, two sets of series-connected samples from a batch of AMSC 344S, which is clad on stainless steel, were short-circuit tested. One set has quite different critical current, whereas the other similar ones. The analysis estimated the quench initiation characteristics among the samples in both cases. After the verification, the condition for simultaneous quench, i.e. allowable deviation of critical current and n-value, has been obtained.</P>

<P>This paper deals with characteristics of quenches in series-connected YBaCuO coated conductor (CC) samples to gain design parameters of non-inductive superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL). The extremely rapid superconductor-normal transition and inhomogeneous superconducting material cause the uneven quenches in series-connected CC samples. For this experiment, four stabilizer-free CC samples with 200 mm length had been connected in series to investigate the characteristics of quenches and voltage distribution in series-connected CC samples, and the short-circuit test was performed in the case of having shunt resistors of 363 mOmega in parallel with each CC sample and not, respectively. As the result of the experiment, the use of shunt resistors in parallel with CC wires enables to increase in the uniformity of quenching characteristics and parity of voltage distribution. The test results had been compared with the theoretical predictions by using finite element method (FEM).</P>

<P>Two-dimensional (2-D) and three-dimensional (3-D) diamond-like carbon (DLC) stamps for ultraviolet nanoimprint lithography were fabricated with two methods: namely, a DLC coating process, followed by focused ion beam lithography; and two-photon polymerization patterning, followed by nanoscale-thick DLC coating. We used focused ion beam lithography to fabricate 70 nm deep lines with a width of 100 nm, as well as 70 nm deep lines with a width of 150 nm, on 100 nm thick DLC layers coated on quartz substrates. We also used two-photon polymerization patterning and a DLC coating process to successfully fabricate 200 nm wide lines, as well as 3-D rings with a diameter of 1.35 <I>μ</I>m and a height of 1.97 <I>μ</I>m, and a 3-D cone with a bottom diameter of 2.88 <I>μ</I>m and a height of 1.97 <I>μ</I>m. The wafers were successfully printed on an UV-NIL using the DLC stamps without an anti-adhesive layer. The correlation between the dimensions of the stamp's features and the corresponding imprinted features was excellent.</P>
2007년 개정 통합교과 실험용 교과서의 현장 적합성 검토

2007년 개정 통합교육과정에 따라 통합교과의 실험용 교과서가 개발되어 전국 5개 초등학교에서 현장적합성 검토를 위해 1년간 실험 적용되었다. 교육과정을 구현하는 핵심적인 매체로서 교과서는 매우 중요하며 교수학습활동의 핵심인 교사들의 적합성에 대한 인식을 분석할 필요가 있다. 특히, 현장 교사들이 인식하는 교과서의 현장 적합성은 개정 교과서의 성패에 결정적 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 이를 위해 2008학년도 교과부지정 통합교과를 적용한 실험학교 4개교의 1,2학년 담임교사에 대한 설문조사와 실험학교 운영보고서를 분석하여 실험용 교과서의 현장 적합성에 대한 교사들의 인식을 분석하였다. 조사 내용은 현장 적합성 검토지침에 따라 적합성, 정확성, 연계성, 참신성, 기타 등의 관점에서 분석을 시도했으며, 그 결과 실험학교의 교사들은 2007년 개정 통합교과서에 대해 대체적으로 적합하다고 인정하나 그 평가는 그리 높지 않다. 분석관점 중 기타, 참신성, 연계성에는 비교적 적합하나 적합성, 정확성의 영역에서는 다소 낮은 평가를 하고 있다. Integrated textbook which developed the 2007 revised national curriculum based to, has concurrently been implementing at five elementary schools for last one year for examination of practical fitness. Textbook is very important learning and teaching material for realize the national curriculum. So the grade first and second classroom teacher have to analysis the fitness of them. Because classroom teacher`s assessment about textbook would be conclusively influenced the success or failure of the textbook. In view of this study, teachers analysis as the viewpoint fitness, accuracy, connection, and originality. And they evaluated the new integrated textbook is appropriate roughly. However they evaluate it is not so good. Especially, they evaluate the assessment fitness and accuracy of the new textbook lowly.

Objective : Preoperative autologous blood donation aims at avoiding the risks associated with exposure to allogenic blood and transfusion related diseases such as AIDS and hepatitis. While its use is frequent in adult patients with elective surgery, it is still uncommon in pregnant women because its safety has not been established for mother and fetus. The aim of this study is to determine the safety and utility of autologous blood donation in the third trimester of pregnancy. Methods : In this study, sixteen pregnant women with placenta previa, Rh negative or huge myoma underwent 24 phlebotomies according to an autologous transfusion program. Phlebotomies were performed at an average gestational age of 36+4 weeks (range 34-41 weeks). Maternal vital sign and fetal heart rate were monitored before, during and after phlebotomy. Hematocrit was statistically evaluated by paired t-test. Results : During the phlebotomy, there was no remarkable change in fetal heart rate except one case with temporary fetal tachycardia. Furthermore, changes in mean maternal diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate were not noted except one case with mild dizziness and diaphoresis. Change in mean maternal hematocrit between the initial donation and admission day for delivery was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The average interval from last donation to delivery was 9.8 day (2-20 day). Fetal outcomes were good in all cases. Conclusion : We concluded that preoperative autologous blood donation in pregnant woman in third trimester is safe for mother and fetus. So, if pregnant woman do not want to receive allogeneic transfusion, autologous blood transfusion might be the alternative method.
