휴대인터넷(WiBro)의 Max-Log-MAP 알고리즘을 이용한 채널 코덱 VLSI 설계

WiBro 는 3세대 통신에서 4세대 통신으로 넘어가는 단계의 이동 중 통신이 가능한 무선광대역 인터넷으로 무선랜(LAN) 과 휴대폰의 중간 영역에 위치한다. 인터넷 자료를 주고 받으며, 높은 속도에서도 안정정을 보장해야 되므로 채널에 강한 ECC(Error Con-ecting Code)의 중요성이 커지게 되었다. 이에 WiBro에서는 Convolution urbo Code(CTC)을 사용하고 있으며, Hybrid-ARQ와 같은 유동적 재전송 Code 을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Powerful 한 Channel Codec 과 TDD 방식의 WiBro 규격을 만족하기 위해서 기존의 SOVA algorithm을 변형하되, H/W complexity을 줄여, Low power을 가능하게 하는 구조를 제안한다.

와이브로(WiBro) Model frame mapper Hardware 구조 설계

WiBro는 하향 링크와 상향 링크를 시간으로 구분하는 TDD방식이 사용되며 다중접속 방식으로는 OFDMA가 사용된다. WiBro 서비스의 특징들은 frame Mapping 과정에서 잘 나타난다 frame은 하나의 frame당 42개의 symbol 단위로 mapping 되며 TFFT Block에서는 하나의 symbol 단위로 frame mapper에서 Data를 불러와 처리한 후 CP insertion, windowing 과정을 거쳐서 단말에 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 WiBro 서비스를 위하여 TTA에서 제정한 표준안을 토대로 모뎀부분을 VHDL 언어를 이용하여 하드웨어로 설계 하였고 Xilinx Vertex 8000을 Target Device로 이용하였다.

BPMS(business process management system) facilitates defining new processes or updating existing processes. However, processing of exceptional or nonroutine task requires the intervention of domain experts or introduction of the situation specific resolution process. This paper assumes sufficient amount of business process exception handling cases are stored in the process repository. Since the retrieval of the best exception handling process requires a good understanding about the exceptional situation, context awareness is an important issue. To facilitate the understanding of exceptional situation and to enable the efficient selection of the best exception handling process, we adopted the ‘situation variable’ and ‘decision variable’ construct. A case example for exception handling in the e-commerce delivery process is provided to illustrate how the proposed construct works. Application of the C5.0 algorithm guarantees the construction of an optimum search tree. It also implies that an efficient search path has been identified for the context aware selection of the best exception handling process.

베넷 리머의 음악 교육 철학에 관한 소고

Bennett Reimer established the philosophy of music education as an aesthetic education (MEAE) by writing a book titled `A philosophy of music education` in 1970. Although the book was translated in Korea, we need more studies on his philosophy in order to develop our own philosophy of music education. Why do we need a philosophy of music education? Reimer suggested three reasons. First, music educators can make other people have confidence in the importance of music education through well developed philosophy. Second, music teachers are able to teach music with firm self-confidence through their own philosophy. Lastly, the refined philosophy provides the music teachers with self-satisfaction in doing their tasks. Reimer used some key concepts in his philosophy: Feeling, insight, and aesthetic experience. Music, according to Reimer, deals with human s feeling that is an important part of human`s thinking. He insisted that it was unreasonable to focus too much on logical/mathematical thinking in the school education, neglecting the aesthetic thinking. Reimer contended that a kind of insight existed in the music. Therefore, Reimer says, we can acquire musical insight through experiencing various music. The meaning of musical work is not completed in itself. The musical meaning could be individualized and diversified whenever each human being has interaction with the music. It means that music exists as an open form. Thus, whoever wants to explore musical meaning can get it by personal experience in music. Reimer called such characteristic as `exploratory aspect of music.` Reimer`s philosophy provides some implications for Korean music education. First, the philosophy of music education should be emphasized in the teacher-education program. Second, Korean music educators should examine the philosophy of school music education in terms of it`s foundation and history. Third, music educators should study the practical meaning of the feeling and insight in music, and try to apply the theory about the feeling and insight to general class rooms. Fourth, music-listening class could be advanced by encouraging the aesthetic experience. Fifth, Korean music educators should examine whether the musical concepts could be main objectives or not. Reimer clearly said that musical concepts were only the means of music teaching, not the objectives. Lastly, music educators should investigate the relationship between Joyful life and the Music in the elementary school curriculum. Some educators` assertion, that is, the Joyful life is totally different subject from the Music, should be re-examined by music educators.

전략적 중요도를 고려한 연관규칙 탐사

A new association rule mining algorithm, which reflects the strategic importance of associative relationships between items, was developed and presented in this paper. This algorithm exploits the basic framework of Apriori procedures and TSAA(transitive support association Apriori) procedure developed by Hyun and Choi in evaluating non-frequent itemsets. The algorithm considers the strategic importance(weight) of feature variables in the association rule mining process. Sample feature variables of strategic importance include: profitability, marketing value, customer satisfaction, and frequency. A database with 730 transaction data set of a large scale discount store was used to compare and verify the performance of the presented algorithm against the existing Apriori and TSAA algorithms. The result clearly indicated that the new algorithm produced substantially different association itemsets according to the weights assigned to the strategic feature variables.

국악분야 학교 예술강사의 효율적인 교과 운영방안

본 연구는 문화예술교육 활성화에 목적을 두고 시행되고 있는 학교 예술강사 지원사업에 따른 국악분야 예술강사들의 효율적인 교과 운영방안을 제시한 것이다. 이에 따른 내용으로 첫째, 국악 예술강사의 효율적인 교과 운영을 위해 현재 적용되고 있는 음악 관련 교과서의 내용과 비중을 바탕으로 학교급별 및 학년군별에 따른 국악수업 적정시수를 제시하였다. 둘째, 학교 예술강사 수업운영 측면에서의 예술강사들의 전문성을 발휘할 수 있는 효율적인 학습형태 및 지원제도의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 한편, 이러한 운영방안 제시로 기대할 수 있는 효과로는 첫째로, 교육과정 및 교과서 내용에 근거한 학교 음악교과 안에서의 국악수업이 차지하는 적절한 비중을 제시함으로써 국악분야 학교 예술강사 지원사업의적합성과 효율성을 확보할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째로, 학교 국악 예술강사의 예술적 전문성을 최대로 발휘할 수 있는 방법 및 교사-예술강사의 교육적 협력체제 구축에 시사점을 줄 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the optimum hour of teaching by analyzing the music curriculum, textbooks, and teachers` book and to examine the role of traditional music teachers in the schools. The supporting system of arts teachers for schools has begun in 2000. Traditional music teachers have highly contributed to the schools for 15 years. School teachers and traditional music teachers should recognize the optimum hour of traditional music in order to cooperate in teaching traditional music sufficiently in music classes. The co-teaching between school teachers and traditional music teachers is very important for students to learn traditional music pleasantly and sufficiently. If school teachers understand the specialty and experience of traditional music teachers, they could find the effective ways of music instruction. And if traditional music teachers understand the situation and context of school, they also find better ways of traditional music teaching. The supporting system of traditional music teachers for schools will be advanced through the intimate cooperation between school teachers and traditional music teachers.
