        장성탄광(長省炭鑛)의 갱내출수(坑內出水)가 생산량(生産量)에 미치는 영향(影響)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        A various kinds of harmful gases in the gallery and the increasing quantity of in-flow water are the important factors causing mainly the decline in production. In this thesis, the increase and decrease of in-flow water which effects the out put have been investigated and analysed in the statistical method. Through the results obtained together with the stastistical data some typical interreation formula between the quantity of in-flow water and production have been induced and the productive percentage in season was examined with special reference to Changsung Coal Mine. The formulas are as fallows: (1) Underground in-flow water to production; $Y=-5.74x^2+108.9x+6,346.6$ where, Y: production(tons/day): x:in-flow water($m^3/min$), (2) Rain and Snow fall to production; P=6.555-1.591 R+1.282S where, P;production(tons/day); R:rain fall(mm); S : snowfall(cm), (3) Productivity ratio in season compared with the average annual production; 1st quarter of year:100.1%, 2nd quarter of year: 100.3%, 3rd quarter of year: 97.2%, 4th quarter of year: 102.4%.

      • 한국재래간장 발효균 Bacillus subtilis K7 유래의 혈전용해 Protease의 정제 및 특성

        한국재래간장으로부터 혈전용해효소를 강하게 생산하는 균주를 선발하고 이를 Bacillus subtilis K7로 동정하였다. B. subtilis K7이 생산하는 혈전용해성 protease를 정제하여 분자량을 확인한 결과 21,500 Da이었다. 정제된 효소의 최적반응조건은 $40^{\circ}C$와 pH 9.0이었으며 pH 5.0라서 12.0까지 안정하고 $50^{\circ}C$에서 20분간 열처리한 후에도 50%이상의 효소활성을 가지며 EDTA, CDTA 및 iodoacetat에 실활하는 효소이었다. 이 효소의 fibrin에 대한 Km 값은 $1.8{\times}10^{-2}$ M이었다. An alkaline fibrinolytic protease-producing bacteria was isolated front Korean traditional soy sauce and identified as Bacillus subtilis K7 from the results of analyses of its morphological and physiological properties, $API^{\circledR}$, and Biolog system. The enzyme was purified by 75% ammonium sulfate fractionation, QAE-Sephadex anion and SP-Sephadex cation exchange column chromatography and Sephadex G-100 gel filtration. The specific activity of the purified enByme was 233.9 unit/mg protein and the yield of enzyme was 3.8%. The homogeneity of the purified enzyme was confirmed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Molecular mass of the enzyme was estimated about 21,500 Da by SDS-polyacrylamide get electrophoresis and gel chromatography. The optimum temperature and pH for the enzyme activity were $40^{\circ}C$ and 9.0, respectively. The enzyme was stable in a pH range of 5.0 to 12.0, and 60% of its activity was lost on heat treatment at $50^{\circ}C$ for 20 min. The activity of the purified enzyme was inhibited by the presence of $Fe^{2+},\;Ag^{2+},\;Cu6{2+}$, iodoacetate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), and trans-1,2-diaminocycloheane-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid (CDTA). The results indicates that the enzyme requires a metal ion for its enzymatic activity.

        감성리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 임파워먼트를 매개로

        This study suggests the intervention strategy for social welfare organization to have effective organizational achievements in social welfare facilities. Specifically, the aim of the study is to provide the policy in the social welfare facilities and the efficient information necessary to develop the program. We analyzed the structural relationships among emotional leadership, empowerment, and organizational commitment based on a 41-item questionnaire composed of a total of 4 areas - motional leadership 18 questions, empowerment 12 questions, organizational commitment 4 questions, general features 7 questions - completed by 327 social workers in Daegu. The result shows that there is the relationship between emotions in individuals and competence. Also, emotions in relationship are slightly significant to factors such as meaning, competence, and organizational commitment. Meaning and impact have an influence on organizational commitment. We also confirmed that emotional leadership has an indirect impact on organizational commitment through empowerment. In the view of the previous studies that empowerment is required to provide various services, the data gives indication that it is crucial that emotional leadership has an important role in improving the achievement of organization.

      • Titanium, Tantalum, Niobium 및 Zirconium 금속의 양극산화에 관한 연구

        The films of metal oxide of some transition metals were fabricated by anodic oxidation on it`s surface, by varying the anodic voltage from 5V to 150V in different electrolyte solutions. The experimental results are as follows. 1. Electrochemically anodized method gave more uniformed film than thermally anodized. 2. The thickness of the oxide film varied proportionately with the electrolysis time. 3. Titanium was less satisfactorily colored than niobium, tantalum and zirconium. 4. The film thickness was more accurately controlled by voltage and electrolysis time. 5. Anodized zirconium oxide film seemed to get large resistance in sulfuric acid.

      • 노인의 여가활동이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to research the degree of older people`s participation in leisure activities and improve their level of life satisfaction. The growing aging population has lately triggered lots of problems in association with the elderly. The loss of roles after retirement emerges as most serious problem. In other words, the challenge facing the elderly people is how to overcome this problem as their leisure time increases. Therefore this study aimed to identify what elements affect the old people`s level of life satisfaction and to suggest how their life satisfaction and quality of life could be improved. For this purpose, the researcher used the convenience or accidental sampling and the data were obtained from 298 older people aged 60 or older who live in Daegu from July 6, 2009 to July 25. The major findings of this study are as follows. 45.0% were old men while 55.0% were old women, and the Senior Welfare Center was tile highest with 48.0% among the organizations that offer leisure activity programs. As for tile paying form of participation in programs, ‘paying with their own money’ was the highest with 56.4% and at least one year was the highest as for the period of participation in programs with 44.6%. As for the motivation of participation in programs, ‘inquiring in person’ was the highest with 43.6%. As for taking part in leisure activities to pass time, 89.4% said that old people watch TV or listen to the radio. As for taking part in leisure activities to enjoy hobby, the degree of participation was higher when they got a high education and were healthier. As for participating in leisure activities with the form of the social community, the degree of participation was higher when they were healthier. As for the level of life satisfaction following general characteristics, it was higher when old people got a high education, were married, a married couple living together, healthier, and got more monthly income(including allowance). Regarding the degree of participation in leisure activities, old people used the Cultural Center(the Academy of Continuing Education) or the Senior Welfare Center more. The level of life satisfaction was higher when they paid with their own money. Regarding the level of life satisfaction by participating in leisure activities, it was higher when there were greater leisure activities. As for the variables that influence the level of life satisfaction, they are health condition, which exerted most influence, hobby activity, academic background, and monthly income(including allowance) in order. We studied the degree of older people`s participation in leisure activities and the effect on their level of life satisfaction. It is necessary to encourage the elderly people or those being aged to participate actively in leisure activities. What is more important is that the government or the welfare centers should take measures for the supporting of their active leisure activities as well as the financial preparation for old age life.

        장애인복지관 문화예술교육 담당자가 인식하는 관리자의 리더십이 직무태도 및 운영성과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of manager’s leadership perceived by the person in charge of cultural arts education of the welfare centers for people with disabilities on the job attitude and performance of the work. For the study, the questionnaire response data of 188 persons responsible for arts and culture education of the welfare centers for people with disabilities were analyzed. The main results of the study are as follows. As a result of analyzing the effect of manager s leadership on the job attitude, it was found that conditional reward, which is a sub - factor of transformational leadership, intellectual stimulation and transactional leadership, And the exceptional management, which is a subordinate factor of intellectual stimulation and transactional leadership, has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, the analysis of the influence of the manager s leadership perceived by the person in charge of cultural arts education of the welfare centers for people with disabilities on the operational performance showed that the intellectual stimulation, which is a sub - factor of transformational leadership, had a positive effect on the service quality. Therefore, managers should propose specific standards on objectives which organizations should accomplish in order to enhance job attitude and operational performance shown by workers in charge of edudation on cultural art at welfare center for the people with disabilities. If these objectives are accomplished, they need to be encouraged by suggesting financial rewards. In addtion, leadership that spurs constant efforts for addressing problems should be demonstrated. 이 연구는 평생교육기관으로서 장애인복지관의 문화예술교육 담당자가 지각하는 관리자의 리더십이 직무태도 및 운영성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 전국 장애인복지관 문화예술교육 담당자 188명의 설문 응답 자료를 분석하였으며, 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인복지관 문화예술교육 담당자가 인식한 관리자의 리더십이 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인인 지적자극과 거래적 리더십의 하위요인인 조건적 보상이 직무만족에, 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인인 지적자극과 거래적 리더십의 하위요인인 예외적 관리가 조직몰입에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인복지관 문화예술교육 담당자가 인식한 관리자의 리더십이 운영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인인 지적자극이 서비스 질에, 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인인 지적자극과 거래적 리더십의 하위요인인 예외적 관리가 재무적 성과에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 장애인복지관 문화예술교육 담당자의 직무태도 및 운영성과를 제고하기 위해 관리자는 조직이 달성해야 할 목표에 대한 명확하고 구체적인 기준을 제시하고, 이를 달성했을 경우에는 금전적 보상 등을 제시하여 동기를 부여할 필요가 있으며, 담당자의 합리적인 사고, 문제해결을 위한 지속적인 노력을 유발하는 리더십을 발해해야 할 것이다.

        발달장애 자녀를 위한 부모의 평생계획에 관한 연구

        In this study, by examining parent’s recognition and preparing degree of life permanency planning for children with developmental disabilities, we aim to find out difference of neediness and preparing level of related variants and analyze effect each variance have impact on these difference. Socio-demographic characteristics of children with developmental disabilities and families, Children’s daily life ability, burden of raising children, family flexibility are related variants. For this study, we analyzed results of surveys which is done for children with developmental disabilities’s 571 parents. As a result of study, first, whereas parents know high needs for lifelong plan for children with developmental disabilities, making real plans and prepare by acting levels are very low. Second, in some cases likes both children and parents are young, high degree of disabilities, high burden of nurturing and low economic power, parents know the necessity of preparing well. However when there is low degree of disabilities, high economic power and high family flexibility, parents of this case execute lifelong plan better than parents of former cases. Third, about impact of variants to necessity and preparing level of lifelong plan, ages of children have a negative influence and parent``s nurturing stress have a positive influence to understanding necessity of lifelong plan. And types of disabilities, multiple handicapped or not, ability to daily life, family income, and family flexibility have influence.

        장애인야학 교사의 직무만족도 분석

        This study is to research and analyze job satisfaction which is aimed at whom teaches at the night schools for people with disabilities, and thus to provide with basic information with the purpose of development of the night schools for the people with disabilities. First of all, a survey was conducted targeting 189 teachers from 20 schools, which has been analyzed for the study. According to the result, first, 2.39 points on average are recorded for the job satisfaction, which show slightly higher than the normal level. By subcategory, the satisfaction points of the curriculum organization are estimated to the highest, otherwise, the ones of the budget support are estimated to the lowest. Second, as the result of the job satisfaction difference according to the demographic features of the teachers concerned, male teachers are estimated to be more satisfied with their jobs than female teachers by gender. By age, the ones under 40-year-old and the ones over 61-year-old show the highest satisfaction, and by academic ability, the ones with graduate school diplomas orthe ones who attend graduate schools show the most highest satisfaction relatively. Third, according to the organizations features of the night schools for the people with disabilities, the study by area shows the lowest satisfaction points of the teachers working in Yeongnam area in general. In case of Gangwon and Jeju areas, the teachers are most unsatisfied with the facilities, but are most satisfied with the maintenance operation at the same time. Additionally, by school scale, the satisfaction points are considerably lower in case of the ones who work for the schools with more than 11 classes. Based on the study as above, an efficient operation method has been discussed.

        With an overwhelming majority, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea(hereinafter “the UNCLOS”) was adopted in April 1982 in New York. Nevertheless the its future loomed uncertain until the late 1980s as advanced industrialized States were not ready to ratify it because of their dissatisfaction with the Part XI seabed regime. It is not until July 1994 when the Part XI Implementation Agreement was adopted through the informal consultations convened by the Secretary-General of the United Nations that the concerns of advanced industrialize States were addressed. Fisheries resources being rapidly depleted in the high seas was another issue which emerged after the adoption of the UNCLOS. This issue was dealt with through the adoption of the UN Fish Stocks Agreement which provides a basis for sustainable fisheries in the high seas. The UNCLOS entered into force in November 1994, the number of its States Parties staying at 168 including the European Union. States are primarily responsible for implementing the UNCLOS, while the International Seabed Authority, the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf created by the UNCLOS carry out their respective functions assigned to each of them under it. To date the Authority has drawn up three sets of exploration and prospecting regulations on deep seabed minerals, and one set of exploitation regulations is under preparation. The Tribunal has dealt with the disputes concerning the interpretation and application of the UNCLOS brought before it by the States Parties. Likewise, the annex VII arbitral tribunals and the International Court of Justice have handled the disputes concerning the interpretation and application of the UNCLOS submitted to them. The Commission has so far received 96 submissions and issued 35 recommendations. Over the last four decades the UNCLOS has played a critical role in establishing the rule of law in the oceans, thus making a great contribution to the promotion of international peace and security. Since 2015 the United Nations has been working to draw up an international legally binding instrument under the UNCLOS on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity of areas beyond national jurisdiction. The International Law Commission is considering the potential consequences of sea-level rise caused by the global warming such as moving landward of coastlines and disappearing islands. The International Maritime Organization is dealing with the issues relating to maritime autonomous surface ships(MASS) which are to be on service by virtue of the advancement in technology. In the 1990s the international community adopted two implementation agreements under the UNCOLS. In light of this precedent, the international community is expected to find appropriate solutions, under the UNCLOS, to the conservation and use of marine biodiversity beyond areas of national jurisdiction, the consequences of sea-level rise and the issues relating to maritime autonomous surface ships.
