        It is recently to increase the interest of service quality. Nevertheless, it is the level in difficult to evaluate the service quality for its special feature. In this study, it was practiced form grasping the factors for which evaluating the service quality of bank and it was tried to examine how much these factors is affected of on service quality. Though this study, we'll derive the factors of service quality from factors analysis which based on the T-test of making the consumer and the staff of bank. And then, I will account the different position between consumer and supplier by questionaire in relation to consumer and supplier.

        백화점의 성공적인 CRM을 위한 전략적 접근방법에 관한 연구

        The business's paradigm is rapidly changing from product-out to market-in due to Open-door, intensive competitiveness, the variety of the customer's need. Starting from this needs of the times, CRM based on the understanding which company's value coming from the customers is in everyone's mouth. But it can said that it stay in the immature level at the understanding of this importance, strategic approach Therefore, the basic objective of this study is to grope the strategic approach that can stand out basic competitive power of department store during the construction of CRM in department store. To achieve the objective of this study, first, we will find out the general error which companies commit during the construction of CRM, second, we will consider the grafting possibility with e-CRM in the case of the CRM's construction in department store. Finally, we will exhibit the conceptual model of department store's CRM which apply the membership card for effectiveness of the Customer Relationship Management.

        Microscopic observation of frost behaviors at the early stage of frost formation on hydrophobic surfaces

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Microscopic seed behavior in the early stage of frost formation was experimentally observed with different fin surface contact angles from bare to superhydrophobicity under air-source heat pump operating conditions. The seed average height, radius, number, and frost density at the early stage of frost were analyzed. As the surface contact angle increased, the seed average height and number increased, while the seed radius and frost density decreased. A correlation with a Fourier number was proposed from the measured data. With the correlation, the large and small frost retardation effect regions were identified.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Frost formation in early stages is observed with different surface contact angles. </LI> <LI> The reasons of frost retardation with hydrophobic surface treatments are analyzed. </LI> <LI> Fourier number map for evaluating the effectiveness of the surface treatments is proposed. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • Sensor-Instrumented Scaffold Integrated with Microporous Spongelike Ultrabuoy for Long-Term 3D Mapping of Cellular Behaviors and Functions

        <P>Real-time monitoring of cellular behaviors and functions with sensor-instrumented scaffolds can provide a profound impact on fundamental studies of the underlying biophysics and disease modeling. Although quantitative measurement of predictive data for <I>in vivo</I> tests and physiologically relevant information in these contexts is important, the long-term reliable monitoring of cellular functions in three-dimensional (3D) environments is limited by the required set under wet cell culture conditions that are unfavorable to electronic instrument settings. Here, we introduce an ultrabuoyant 3D instrumented scaffold that can remain afloat on the surface of culture medium and thereby provides favorable environments for the entire electronic components in the air while the cells reside and grow underneath. This setting enables high-fidelity recording of electrical cell-substrate impedance and electrophysiological signals for a long period of time (weeks). Comprehensive <I>in vitro</I> studies reveal the utility of this platform as an effective tool for drug screening and tissue development.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

      • Experimental investigation of frost retardation for superhydrophobic surface using a luminance meter

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We experimentally investigated the phenomena of frost retardation in terms of the heat exchanger fins with various water contact angles under normal air-source heat-pump operating conditions. We first introduced a new experimental method using a luminance meter, which measured the light intensity from the surface, and determined the phase-change time, for quantitatively defining the frost stages. The phenomena of frost retardation was analyzed for 10 samples with different water contact angles (75°–160°) at different refrigerant temperatures. When the refrigerant temperature was −10°C or −12°C, the effect of frost retardation increased remarkably with superhydrophobic surfaces. However, when the refrigerant temperature was −8°C, the effect of superhydrophobicity diminished at water contact angles greater than 150°.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> This study investigated the phenomena of frost retardation. </LI> <LI> A novel experimental method using a luminance meter is introduced. </LI> <LI> This experimental method is able to define the frost stages quantitatively. </LI> <LI> The 10 different water contact angle were used to analyze the frost retardation. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • Three-Dimensional Hetero-Integration of Faceted GaN on Si Pillars for Efficient Light Energy Conversion Devices

        <P>An important pathway for cost-effective light energy conversion devices, such as solar cells and light emitting diodes, is to integrate III-V (e.g., GaN) materials on Si substrates. Such integration first necessitates growth of high crystalline III-V materials on Si, which has been the focus of many studies. However, the integration also requires that the final III-V/Si structure has a high light energy conversion efficiency. To accomplish these twin goals, we use single-crystalline microsized Si pillars as a seed layer to first grow faceted Si structures, which are then used for the heteroepitaxial growth of faceted GaN films. These faceted GaN films on Si have high crystallinity, and their threading dislocation density is similar to that of GaN grown on sapphire. In addition, the final faceted GaN/Si structure has great light absorption and extraction characteristics, leading to improved performance for GaN-on-Si light energy conversion devices.</P>

        프로그램 논리모형의 개념과 유형화에 관한 소고(小考)

        프로그램 논리모형은 이론주도평가의 수단으로 관심과 활용도가 높아지고 있으나 개념적 혼란과 그에 따른 모형개발·활용상의 문제가 존재한다. 또한 우리나라에서는 학술적 연구가 부족하고, 평가 현장에서도 이를 하나의 템플릿으로만 이해하여 피상적이고 자의적으로 적용하는 경향이 있다. 본 연구에서는 개념적 혼란을 야기하는 두 주제-프로그램‘이론’의 의미, 논리모형과 프로그램이론의 관계-에 대해서 연구자들의 견해를 종합, 명료화하였다. 또한, 이론적 논의에 근거하여 프로그램 논리모형의 유형화를 위한 틀을 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 도출된 틀을 토대로 관련 연구들에 대한 실증분석을 통해 프로그램 논리모형 연구의 경향성을 파악하였으며, 우리나라의 현황과 연계하여 향후 연구의 필요성을 제기하였다. The program logic model has recently been getting more interest and widely used as a tool for the theory-driven evaluation. However, there exist some confusion on its concept, resulting problems in the development and usage of it. In Korea, academic researches are not sufficient and some evaluators tend to regard it as a simple template, which have caused superficial and arbitrary application of the tool. This paper explores and clarifies previous arguments about the two confusing themes -the meaning of program ``theory``, the relationship between logic model and program theory. We derived a framework for the typology of various logic models and applied it to the existing literature. The typological characteristics of Korean and foreign literature were reviewed and future research suggestions were offered in relation to them.

        정부보조금이 기업의 연구개발투자에 미치는 영향- 지역산업지원사업 수혜기업을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 정부보조금이 기업의 연구개발투자에 미치는 효과를 분석하기 위해 지역산업지원사업 중 지난 10년 간 가장 많은 지원을 받은 지역전략산업육성사업을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 분석 결과, 정부보조금이 기업의 연구개발투자를 증진시키는 유인효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 지역산업의 발전을 위해 대기업, 중기업 보다 소기업 위주로, 비제조업보다 제조업 위주로 지원을 확대해야 더 큰 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 짧은 시계열을 통한 기존 연구와 달리 10년의 기업데이터 자료와 수혜기업과 산업특성이 같은 비수혜기업 정보를 활용하여 정부정책 효과를 분석하였으므로 기존 연구들과 차별성이 있다고 볼 수 있다. This paper analyzes the effects of public R&D subsidies on corporate R&D investment. In particular, an empirical investigation is conducted on regional strategic industry promotion project that has been supported the most for the last ten years. The empirical results are summarized as follows: The government subsidies have the ‘crowding-in effect’ that increases R&D investment of beneficiary. Moreover, wider efficiency of regional industry development is delivered especially when the subsidies are focused more on small-scale enterprises and manufacturing industries rather than medium to large enterprises or non-manufacturing industries. This study is differentiated from previous studies by utilizing the data that has been accumulated for the last ten years and including the data of non-subsidy beneficiary corporates that have similar industrial character with beneficiary corporates.

      • Numerical characterization of micro-cell UO<sub>2</sub> Mo pellet for enhanced thermal performance

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Metallic micro-cell UO<SUB>2</SUB> pellet with high thermal conductivity has received attention as a promising accident-tolerant fuel. Although experimental demonstrations have been successful, studies on the potency of current metallic micro-cell UO<SUB>2</SUB> fuels for further enhancement of thermal performance are lacking. Here, we numerically investigated the thermal conductivities of micro-cell UO<SUB>2</SUB> Mo pellets in terms of the amount of Mo content, the unit cell size, and the aspect ratio of the micro-cells. The results showed good agreement with experimental measurements, and more importantly, indicated the importance of optimizing the unit cell geometries of the micro-cell pellets for greater increases in thermal conductivity. Consequently, the micro-cell UO<SUB>2</SUB> Mo pellets (5 vol% Mo) with modified geometries increased the thermal conductivity of the current UO<SUB>2</SUB> pellets by about 2.5 times, and lowered the temperature gradient within the pellets by 62.9% under a linear heat generation rate of 200 W/cm.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Thermal conductivities of micro-cell UO<SUB>2</SUB> Mo pellets were numerically studied in terms of their unit cell geometries. </LI> <LI> Numerical calculations qualitatively well agreed with experimental measurements. </LI> <LI> Optimizing the unit cell geometries of the micro-cell pellets could greatly enhance their thermal conductivities. </LI> </UL> </P>
