Because of the change of market and intense competition between enterprises, open innovation has been on the rise. Also the necessity of open innovation is magnified in the dimension of national scientific technique innovation. Nevertheless, research on the relationship between the open innovation and national innovation system is insufficient state so far. Therefore, in this research we want to derive the implication about open policy in the dimension of national innovation by analyzing the Warring State period as the historic case. We analyzed concretely the cases divided into Inbound and Outbound type. We expect that this research can help the establishment of national innovation policy in future.

It is recently to increase the interest of service quality. Nevertheless, it is the level in difficult to evaluate the service quality for its special feature. In this study, it was practiced form grasping the factors for which evaluating the service quality of bank and it was tried to examine how much these factors is affected of on service quality. Though this study, we'll derive the factors of service quality from factors analysis which based on the T-test of making the consumer and the staff of bank. And then, I will account the different position between consumer and supplier by questionaire in relation to consumer and supplier.

과학기술의 발전에 따라 첨단과학기술 산업인 항공우주산업도 발전하고 있으며, 항공우주산업 분야에서의 산업간 융합이 증가하는 추세이다. 항공우주산업은 대표적인 첨단과학기술산업으로써, 원자재 투입대비 고부가가치를 가지고 있으며, 항공우주기술은 자동차, 조선, 전자·통신분야뿐만이 아닌 타산업의 비약적인 발전을 가져오는 선진국형 지식기반사업이다. 국내의 경우 항공우주산업의 활성화를 위하여 국가 차원의 항공우주산업의 육성과 발전을 위해 각종 지원 조치를 마련하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 항공우주산업의 융합 활성화를 위하여, 항공우주 논문을 사용하여 연구분야의 동향분석을 통해 연구자들이 관심을 가지는 주요 연구주제를 살펴보고, 연구분야의 연관관계에 대한 분석을 실시하고자 한다. 분석을 위해 2002년부터 2016년까지 한국항공우주학회, 한국항공진흥협회, 한국표면공학회 등 166개의 저널에서 등재한 항공관련 논문자료 1,169개를 수집하였으며, 수집된 논문은 Topic modeling과 Network analysis을 통해 기술을 추출하고 산업간 연관성을 분석한다. 이를 통해 기술 전략 수립 시 참고자료로 사용함으로써 시간 및 비용 낭비를 막을 수 있으며, 국가차원에서도 기술 정책 수립에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Advances in scientific technology have also led to the development of the aerospace industry, the aerospace industry, and the increasing convergence of industrial space in the aerospace sector. The aerospace industry is a leading high-tech technology industry that has a high value added value for raw materials, and aerospace technology is an advanced country in the advanced world, which brings about rapid development of other industries, including automobiles, shipbuilding, electronics and telecommunications. In Korea, various support measures are provided for the promotion and development of the aerospace industry in order to facilitate the activation of the aerospace industry. Therefore, the study aims to determine the research trends in the aerospace industry. The collection of theses for analysis is collected, and the collected paper extracts topic techniques through topic modeling and network analysis and analyzes the cooperation between industry and industry. This is expected to contribute to the establishment of the invigoration of the aerospace industry.

신제품 개발을 위한 통합 고객만족도 평가모델에 관한 실증적 연구 : 자동차 산업을 중심으로 Focused on Automobile Industry

Customer satisfaction is becoming an increasingly salient topic in many firms and in academic research. One main rationale behind this interest is that customer satisfaction is believed to be associated with fruitful customer re-visit from the firm's point of view. Some country already had index models which can measure the degree of customer satisfaction. But, such models are ordinary models which used generally the scope of nation-wide /industry. Therefore, we needs some modifications to measure customer satisfaction for specific product & service and to provide the valuable feedback to specific firms. In this perspectives, this study will evaluate the customer satisfaction index about automobile company and analyze it's result for valuable feedback. This study will present a model for an integrated customer satisfaction evaluation system which used structural equation modeling. Through this study, we anticipate that it will offer the measuring method about customer satisfaction and some guideline for product design process.
Novel Design of Haptic Devices for Bilateral Teleoperated Excavators Using the Wave-variable Method

As many high-rise buildings have been dismantled or demolished, researchers have developed many new deconstruction methods and devices. Among these, excavators equipped with attachments such as crushers or breakers have been most widely used on many deconstruction sites. This paper introduces a novel design and control algorithm of haptic devices that can be used to control excavators from a remote site. The newly designed remote control device is well matched with the excavator kinematics, so that it can be intuitively controlled by even a novice operator. The device also provides haptic sensation to the operator through forcefeedback from the excavator. This grants the operator a better feeling of the tele-operated excavator and helps to avoid dangerous situations. In order to develop the tele-operation algorithm, this paper analyzes the force-feedback mechanism based on excavator kinematics and dynamics. A bilateral tele-operation control is then derived using the wave-variable method. The feasibility of this haptic device is verified through field tests.
