      • 私立大學生의 成長發育 및 營養狀態에 關한 硏究 : 中學校 入試有無過程을 通한 比較

        In order to ascertain any possible changes in the physical and the nutritional status of Korean high school students before and after the abolishment of college entrance examination system, an intensive survey was conducted on the physical conditions of the incoming freshmen students (9532 males and 3428 females) of Kyung Hee University from 1972 to 1980. The finding are as below. 1. Physical growth conditions In each of the average physical dimensions of body height, body weight, chest girth and sitting height, a remarkable improvement was recorded for all age groups after the matriculation was abolished. 2. Physical and nutritional indices Relative body weight showed constant values of 35.0 in male and 32.0 in female. Relative chest girth showed the normal chest girth style in all age groups of both sexes. Relative sitting height showed a constant value of 54 for both sexes. The values of vervaeck index of th nutritional status were shown to be between 86-87 in male and 83-94 in female, Pelidisi index 91 and 92-93, Rohrer index of physical status 121-125 and 130-132, and Kaup index 206-211 and 202-210, respectively.

      • 韓方看護師의 役割에 대한 硏究

        The goal of this study is to review and define the role of nurses who are engaged in Korea Oriental treatments in oriental medical hospitals. We think this study can contribute to the development of "Korea Oriental medical science & nursing science" and "Public health care". A large portion of nurses's role in Korea Medicine(KOM. 한방/한의학) is assistance to doctors treatment. But besides of these role, we think there are many things that are riskless for nurses to do alone. But in present situation, few nurses in KOM, have enough knowledge to treat these medical treatments alone. So we believe this study will provide a way for nurses to participate more actively in KOM public health care. So we believe this study will provide a way for nurses that have been practiced in oriental medical health care. With the goal of this study, we checked all medical treatments that have been practiced in oriental medical hospitals, and classified these treatments with some groups. And we organized a inquiry. At this inquiry, we ask "What is th adequate role of nurses in Korea Oriental medical treatment? & What kind of treatment can nurses do?" We got 58 responses from nationwide 121 hospitals. From these response, more than half of them said nurses can do following medical treatment in the oriental medical hospital: 1. starting and ending part of following treatments; External treatments by instrument, by hydrotherapy, by herb, by suction, moxibustion, Manipulative therapies on soft structure, Living and mind-body therapies. 2. pulling out Acupuncture. 3. boiling herb, judgement on dosing temperature, assisting in dosing, 4. assisting Diet. 5. operating from Living and mind-body therapies. 6. leading Physical training However, these results are coming out from present situation. So, after well-oriented instructions for nurses, this study will be need to carry out again. From this study, we suggest a desirable curriculum for students who study "Korea Oriental Nursing Science". That is to say, at basic course students take 4 subject for 6 credit. And at as an expert course, it should be dividend into Clinical Nursing Specialist in KOM,. Self-care Nursing Specialist and take 17credits per each course.

      • 파이프라인 프로세서 합성을 위한 그룹핑과 스냅샷 방법의 응용

        This paper shows a synthesis of Pipelined Instruction Set Processor using snapshot and pipeline grouping method. The pipeline grouping method which balances the stage times of the pipeline results in improvement of system throughput. The snapshot technique is used to consider a inter-instruction dependency. Apipelined processor using grouping method is composed of 5 stages, and the throughput of the synthesized processor enhances the speed by 3.75.

        This study is the score distribution in use of a art for 288 men excellent grade Judo platers who participated in the hoejanggi national Judo game. By analyzing the sore classified by the art and the score classified by the attack, I got the result as mentioned below. 1) Considering the result of each grade, except -66kg grade and limitless grade, in every grade there was IPPON most frequently.       • 네트워크 트래픽을 고려한 비디오 데이터 전송을 위한 버퍼 관리 기법의 개선

        There are smoothing, adaptable video transmission, and adaptable bandwidth allocation in techniques for transmitting VBR(Varaible Bit Rate) video. Among these methods, adaptable video transmission technique and adaptable bandwidth allocation technique consider network traffic to transmit frames. The advantage of simple buffer management technique which is included in adaptable video transmission is that it is easy to implement and understand. But in this method, server decides transmission of a frame by comparing size of a frame with the available bandwidth. Therefore, if frame sizes for transmission are larger than available bandwidth during a long period, many frames should be discarded. In this paper, we propose an improved simple buffer management technique using frame group for transmission. In order to show the performance, various evaluation factors such as minimum frame rate, average frame rate, frame variability, the number of discarded frame, and average of the number of successive discarded frame were used.

      • 점봉산 낙엽활엽수림의 숲틈 동태

        숲틈(forest gap)은 임관층을 이루고 있는 성숙한 교목이 죽거나 큰 가지가 부러질 경우 형성된다. 시간 경과에 따른 숲틈의 동태를 살펴보기 위하여 강원도 인제군에 있는 점봉산에서 5년 동안의 숲틈내의 유목의 출현, 숲틈형성목과 숲틈대체목의 종과 수, 숲틈의 크기, 숲틈의 나이 및 수관의 변화를 조사하였다. 점봉산의 숲틈은 강풍으로 인하여 줄기가 부러져서 형성되는 경우가 가장 많았으며 숲틈형성목은 오래된 숲틈과 새롭게 생겨난 숲틈 모두 신갈나무가 큰 비중을 차지하고 있었고 숲틈대체목으로서는 당단풍이 가장 많았다. 신갈나무, 거제수나무 및 피나무는 숲틈에서의 측면생장속도가 높았으며 반면에 귀롱나무와 꽃개회나무는 측면생장속도가 낮았다. 이러한 숲틈의 열림과 닫힘의 순환은 숲 속의 그늘진 곳에서 자라기 어려운 수목들이 정착할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 숲의 다양성을 촉진시켜 주고 있다. 이러한 숲틈의 동태에 관한 장기적 연구는 숲의 관리에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. Gap dynamics was studied in an old-growth deciduous hardwood forest of Mt. Jumbong located in Kangwondo Province. Five-year changes in size, age, and species composition of saplings and subcanopy trees of gaps, number and species of gap-makers and replacers, and crown area of gap-bordering canopy trees were monitored. Snap-off was the most frequent form of death of gap-makers in both old and new gaps in Mt. Jumbong. The most frequent gap-maker was Quercus mongolica, while the most frequent replacer was Acer pseudosieboldianum in both old and new gaps. Quercus mongolica, Betula costata and Tilia armurensis showed rapid lateral growth rate in gaps, while prunus padus and Syringa wolfii had the slowest lateral growth rate. The cyclic opening and closing of gaps can provide the opportunity for shade-intolerant trees to establish themselves in forests and increase the species diversity, and thus the long-term study of gap dynamics will be of help in the management of forests.

      • 트래픽을 고려한 비디오 전송 스무딩 알고리즘

        The methods for incorporation of bandwidth smoothing techniques and adaptable video transmission techniques have advantage of optimizing specific factors because of using video frame informations and considering available network transmission rate. The adaptable CBA algorithm that is one of above methods results in lower frame rate and may discard many frames in case a run size is large and the available transmission rate is small. In this paper, we propose a smoothing algorithm that run size is reduced to be satisfied with the available transmission rate in case a frame rate of run is smaller than the constrained frame rate in order to overcome the shortcomings of adaptable CBA algorithm. Experiments demonstrated that the proposed algorithm outperformed adaptable CBA algorithm. In order to show the performance, various evaluation factors such as frame rate changes, maximum frame rate, minimum frame rate, average frame rate were used.

        In handwriting a character, the size variations, distortions, and variations of stroke width due to handwriter make the character recognition difficult. A paper [3] shows a method for solving the above problems and a paper [5] shows a method of an automatic cluster decision. This thesis studies on the direction of the cluster decided by a paper [5].

      • 노드의 긴박도 분속에 의한 하드웨어 소프트웨어 분할

        Mixed hardware and software implementation is common in the design of digital systems such as communication systems, DSP applications, and embedded control systems. In general, software is easy to modify, maintain, and upgrade, though it is slow compared to hardware. On the other hand, hardware can be made faster than software but the cost for all hardware solution is usually too high. A design issue raised in designing such systems is to find the point in between all hardware solution and all software solution to improve the performance as much as possible at a minimum hardware cost. The hardware software codesign methodology enables us to design mixed hardware and software systems with optimum performance and cost. There are several different style of codesign, depending on what assumptions are made about the specification and the components and what elements of the system are synthesized. We introduced hardware software partitioning, which map a behavioral specification onto a hardware architecture consisting of a CPU and multiple ASICs. In this paper, we propose a partitioning algorithm for hardware software codesign. The new algorithm exploits the urgency that resides in the system to improve the performance maximally at a minimum hardware cost with low complexity of partitioning algorithm. The key of the new algorithm is the concept of node's probability that can run in parallel with each other candidate node in both hardware software distribution graph but, it may hardly be delayed. We calculate the cost function and select the node with max value and because, we can get low cost system and satisfy the constraints with low algorithm complexity. At present, this algorithm is incomplete. To obtain better results, it is necessary to introduce a communication model between hardware and software part, variety of Basic Scheduling Block's size, and so on.
