        正常齒의 Lamina dura 厚徑에 關한 X線學的 硏究

        The study was performed to investigate the thickness of lamina dura of the human teeth in normal condition, which obained from the intraoral roentgenograms of the 1200 cases taken by bisecting technique. All films were divided into the different ages, the different sexes, and the different location of the different teeth. The obtained results were as follows: 1. With advancing age in both sexes, the lamina dura tends to become thinner as following. Average thickness of the whole cases. Male Mx. teeth Mn. teeth 21-30 yrs. grp. 0.379mm 0.375mm 31-40 yrs. grp. 0.350mm 0.324mm 41-61 yrs. grp. 0.364mm 0.299mm Female Mx. teeth Mn. teeth 21-30 yrs. grp. 0.386mm 0.372mm 31-40 yrs. grp. 0.381mm 0.369mm 41-60 yrs. grp. 0.323mm 0.292mm 2. Generally, the alveolar crest is the thickest among the root surfaces, and apex, midroot followed, and the average thickness of the posterior teeth is thicker than that of the anterior teeth. 3. The mean value of the whole maxillary teeth is larger than the one of the whole mandibular teeth. 4. On the whole cases, the differences of male and female is about 0.019mm, which is not a significant differences.

        암퇘지에 있어서 체성장에 따른 혈청 성 Hormone 의 농도변화에 관한 연구

        The present study was carried out to study the serum concentrations of peptide and steroid hormones from birth to 110㎏ in growing pigs. Six crossbred female pigs at diestrus were used for collection of blood samples at different weight. FSH, LH, prolactin, estradiol, progesterone and cortisol were assayed by radioimmunoassay methods. Serum FSH concentrations did not change from birth to 110㎏ body weight and were not detected below 1.3 mIU/㎖. LH concentrations ranged from 1.6 to 2.3mIU/㎖. They increased at 50㎏ body weight and remained quite constant thereafter. Prolactin concentrations ranged from 2.4 to 3.0 ng/㎖. Estradiol concentrations were significantly high (250.2 pg/㎖) at birth and then rapidly dropped at 15㎏ body weight and remained fairly constant (from 27.2 to 29.7 pg/㎖) thereafter. Progesterone concentrations ranged from 0.8 to 2.7 ng/㎖. They were 1.5ng/㎖ at birth and 0.8ng/㎖ at 15㎏ body Weight, and then increased to 2.4 ng/㎖ st 30㎏ body weight and remained fairly constant thereafter. Cortisol concentrations ranged from 26.8 to 65.2 ng/㎖. They rose from a low of 26.8 ng/㎖ at birth to high of 51.2 ng/㎖ at 50㎏ of body weight and then gradually increased to 65.2 ng/㎖ at 110㎏ body weight.

      • The Customer Relationship Management Marketing of Hospital in the Medical Welfare Program : focusing on the conscious of employees of university hospitals in Busan areas

        Presently, the management of hospitals is getting worse due to the ever-serious environmental factors of the inside and outside, and the competition between hospitals which are suppliers of medial service is getting keener and keener especially in the low income customers. Under this circumstance, medical industry is now keeping on trying to gain the ascendency in the struggle for existence by implementing a marketing differentiated from other hospitals, and attempt to use a new marketing technique, recognizing patients as customers, especially preparing for the introduction of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system centering on maintaining the existing low income customers rather than attracting new ones and increasing the degree of customer loyalty. Indeed, some medium and small hospitals are implementing this system rapidly in their medical care programs. Thus, this paper is a narrative study investigating the relationship between the introduction of the CRM in hospitals and the request degree of employees of its introduction, their satisfaction degree of the real condition of medical care customer management system, the degree of recognition of its necessity and the extent of whether they reuse a hospital in case they become an object of customer management conducted by the hospital. The study subject was 169 employees working in four university hospitals located in Busan areas, and its term of collecting data was until April 17, 2006. In conclusion, the hospital employees did not know the CRM well. Moreover, the lower the satisfaction degree of the actual condition of the low income customer management, the higher the recognition degree of its necessity and the higher the degree of intention of whether they reuse a hospital if they become an object of the customer management of the hospital, the higher the degree of request for the introduction of the CRM in the medical care customers.

      • 병원관리자의 리더쉽 유형과 직무공헌도와의 상관관계에 관한 연구

        As an intentive organization of labor and technical, a hospital aims to provide quality medical service for the patients by focusing on human life and health. It is also a public organization with the purposes of making its own profits and achieving the self-realization of its members. Henceforth, personnel management counts more than any other commercial or public organization. As the progress of the hospital depends on the quality of medical treatment and service by its members, each individual's job performance is vitally important. In other words, the members' job satisfaction is reflected on their job performance, which determines the prospects of the hospital. At present, the main type of managerial leadership in hospitals tends to be somewhat premodern and conservative. It is inappropriate to deal with various crises happening in hospital organizations and insufficient to improve the workers' job satisfaction and job performance for the development of each hospital. The leader's role to help the members do their best in their jobs is required. The cooperative type of leadership, anticipating the future and making autonomous directions, is a must. Se far, the leadership styles related with job satisfaction and job performance have been studied a lot, but very little in hospital situations. In this respect, the present research aims at analyzing the hospital members' job satisfaction and job performance in relation with the leadership patterns of hospital managers, while examining the present situations of the hospital structure and suggesting sorne directions for efficient workforce management. This research is to empirically analyze the effects of leadership styles on job satisfaction and job performance and to provide some basic data for organizational and personnel management in hospitals. For this analysis, five general hospitals with more than 400sickbeds in Pusan were chosen as the subjects. The questionnaire materials were statistically processed by way of the program called SPSS and empirically analyzed by the χ2 -test. The analytic results of this research are as follows: 1.The recognition of leadership styles has nothing to do with sex, age, educational background, post, job type, and career. 2.Job satisfaction has nothing to do with sex and educational background, but jpb satisfaction has something to do with age, post, job type, and career. 3.Job performance has nothing to do with sex, age, job type, and career, but job performance has something to do with educational background and post. 4.The recognition of leadership styles has nothing to do with the recognition of situations. 5.Job satisfaction and job performance has something to do with leadership styles. In consequence, While the most effective style is one of a patriarchal warmhearted type, most hospital managers show either democratic or dictatorial leadership style. The case of medical technologists and assistants, holding the lowest job satisfaction and regarding the leadership style as a dictatorial one, is an evident example. Therefore, the hospital managers are required to adopt a leadership style which is like an affectionate patriarch. These analytical results, I hope, will lead to even more research for the efficient management and progress of hospital organizations.

        The purpose of this study is to seek for the improvement of financial structure in domestic hospitals by analyzing the financial statements of hospitals and other industries. The result of this study were summarized as followings. Through financial analysis, it was confirmed almost indexes, such stability, profitability, activity, productivity, become worse and worse than the other industries during the past five years( 1996-2000), thus each faced a crisis in hospital management. to cope with the crisis situation, each hospital itself should pursuit stability financial structure, urging government to the supporting policy for hospital. for example, a subsidy, a political finance, a tax reduction and so on.

      • 부산의 항만관련산업이 영도발전에 미치는 영향 및 발전방안

        Developments on the regional level are accelerating in Korea as the era of local autonomy begins. Under the current situation, is it possible for the autonomous system to contribute to balanced regional developments? It does not seem that such autonomous system of Korea makes much accomplishment due to excessive controls by the central government and policies in electing local government commissioners. In this situation, the 16 basic autonomous local government of Pusan have the financial independence level of 47.2%, 0.6% down from 47.8% of late 1998. Among these governments, Youndgo-Gu(District) is the lowest at 30.5%. The purpose of this study is to provide ways of developing Youngdo district by determining fundamental reasons why the district has the lowest financial independence level and by evaluating the importance and effects of the harbor business one of the 10 major strategic businesses in Pusan. The proposals made in this study are summarized below. In order to establish an urbsan area around a harbor and in order to build up PD information system, a network is required among similar businesses in a short term and then among different businesses in a long term. Developing shipbuilding and related equipment industries requires to activate businesses which provide boarding supplies. oil and ship repairing. It is necessary to establish the port system of free passage. relieve regulations on tariff. support the standardization of boarding supplies. and designate a bonded area for the supplies in Youngdo district. Storage facilities for ship oil to fuels should be installed. Youngdo district Office should give an administrative help to business owners to have various financial loans. In addition. the Pusan International Marine Products Exchange should be set up at Namhangdong. Youndgo district to promote marine and marine processing industries and make the district the center for marine products distribution to northeastern Asia. Since Chakalchi Market is near the Namhang Port off Youngdo district. promoting live fish business and forming a commercial area around the future Namhang Bridge will help the district be a truly independent autonomous local government.

      • WTO 가입 이후 중국의 채소수출 전략

        중국은 세계 최대의 채소 생산국이자 소비국이다. 중국의 채소산업은 다양한 재배품종과 막대한 생산량을 기반으로 가격 경쟁력 측면에서는 우위를 점하고 있지만 대내외적으로 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 대외적으로는 중국이 WTO 에 가입하였지만 여전히 국제무역에서 차별대우를 당하고 있으며, WTO 가입 당시 이행키로 약정한 사항 때문에 채소 수출에 일정한 제한을 받고 있다. 한편 대내적으로 중국의 채소산업은 식품안전성의 미흡, 가공기술의 낙후, 품질관리체계의 미정비 등으로 인해 수출 확대를 낙관할 수만은 없는 상황에 처해 있다. 따라서 WTO 협정과 중국의 채소산업 실태에 대한 면밀한 분석과 함께 대응전략을 수립함으로써 채소산업의 경쟁력과 수출 확대를 도모해 나가야 할 것이다.

        육용종웅계 정자의 동결보존에 관한 연구

        Artificial insemination of cryopreserved semen is not practiced in broiler breeder industry although its benefit has been recognized for years. Thus, the present study explored the possibility of artificial insemination with cryopreserved semen in Ross broiler breeders. Sixty Ross female broiler breeders were artificially inseminated either with fresh or with cryopreserved semen pooled from five male Ross broiler breeders. On.e hundred eighty eggs were collected from each semen treatment and hatched. Fertility and hatchability of fertilized eggs collected from hens artificially inseminated with cryopreserved semen were 68.0 and 47.1%, respectively, compared to 88.3 and 87.2% with fresh semen. Both unfertilized eggs and dead embryos during hatch were significantly (P<0.05) higher in the cryopreserved semen­treated group by approximately 2.7­ and 3.2­fold than the fresh semen­treated counterparts. the moderately low fertility and markedly low hatchability of fertilized eggs obtained from cryopreserved semen observed in this study may be of practical interests in broiler breeder industry and deserves further study. 본 시험은 육용종웅계의 원정액과 동결정액을 이용하여 인공수정시 종란의 수정율에 미치는 영향을 비교ㆍ조사하여 동결정액의 산업화 적용 가능성에 대한 기초자료를 제공 하고자 실시하였다. 5 수의 로스 육용종웅계에서 얻어진 정액을 원정액 및 동결정액으로 처리하여 각각 30 수 씩의 육용종빈계에 인공수정하였다. 종란은 정액처리당 총 180개를 입란하였으며, 입란 후 10 일째에 검란하여 수정율 및 발육중지율을,21일째 부화율을 조사하였다. 동결정액에 의한 수정율 및 부화율은 68.0 및 47.1%로 이는 원정액처리구의 88.3및 87.2% 보다 유의하게 낮았다. 또한 동결정액을 이용하여 인공수정을 시켰을 때에 무수정란수는 원정액을 사용하였을 때 보다 2.7 배 유의적으로 높았으며 발생중지란수도 3.2배 높았다(P<0.05). 원정액과 비교하여 동결정액을 이용한 인공수정시 보여준 높은 무정란수와 발생중지란수를 개선하기 위한 더 많은 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.
