<P>Two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) at the complex oxide interfaces have brought about considerable interest for the application of the next-generation multifunctional oxide electronics due to the exotic properties that do not exist in the bulk. In this study, we report the integration of 2DEG into the nonvolatile resistance switching cell as a bottom electrode, where the metal–insulator transition of 2DEG by an external field serves to significantly reduce the OFF-state leakage current while enhancing the on/off ratio. Using the Pt/Ta<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>5–<I>y</I></SUB>/Ta<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>5–<I>x</I></SUB>/SrTiO<SUB>3</SUB> heterostructure as a model system, we demonstrate the nonvolatile resistance switching memory cell with a large on/off ratio (>10<SUP>6</SUP>) and a low leakage current at the OFF state (∼10<SUP>–13</SUP> A). LED 조명 기구 개발시 설계 검증을 위한 시제품 제작에 쾌속 조형 방법을 이용한 사례를 들어 활용성을 설명한다. 재질과 색상, 조형 방식에 따른 각각의 공차를 적용함으로써 조명 기구 각 부품의 특성에 부합되는 부품의 제작이 가능해 빠른 시간과 저비용으로 기구의 구조적인 특성 및 광학적 특성을 검증할 수 있음을 보이고 사례연구를 위해 형광등 및 백열등 대체형 조명 기구, 20W 무접점 등기구를 보이고 장단점을 설명한다.

Purpose: To evaluate the outcomes of a hybrid prophylactic strategy to prevent cytomegalovirus (CMV) disease in pediatric liver transplantation (LT) patients.Methods: CMV DNAemia was regularly monitored by quantitative nucleic acid amplification test (QNAT) and was quantified in all children. CMV infection and disease were defined according to the International Consensus Guidelines. The hybrid strategy against CMV infection consisted of universal 3-week prophylaxis and preemptive treatment of intravenous ganciclovir regardless of the recipient’s serostatus. Results: A total of 143 children who underwent living donor LT were managed using the hybrid strategy. The overall incidence of CMV infection by QNAT was 48.3% (n=69/143). The highest CMV DNAemia positivity was observed in 49.2% (n=60/122) of children in the D+/R+ group, followed by 46.7% (n=7/15) in the D+/R− group. CMV disease was noted in 26.1% (n=18/69) patients. Forty-three (62.3%) children had undergone preemptive therapy consisting of intravenous ganciclovir. No symptomatic patients developed tissue-invasive disease, resulting in no CMV-asso-ciated mortality.Conclusion: The incidence of CMV infection was high in pediatric LT patients despite the hybrid strategy. However, tissue-invasive disease in pediatric LT did not occur.

LED 조명 기구에 적용하는 LED PKG의 모양과 특성에 따라 열전달 효과가 다름을 실험을 통해 증명한다. 다양한 형태의 조명기구에 PKG를 적용하기 위해서는 PKG 각 특성에 따른 열전달 구조를 확인하고 기구불과 결합시 열전달 효과가 변화하므로 이에 맞는 설계를 함으로써 방열 효과를 높이고 조명 기구의 효율과 신뢰성에도 효과적임을 설명한다.
한국형 기동헬기 내폭발성 만족을 위한 연료 벤트 시스템 설계개선

군용 헬리콥터는 적 지역에 침투 시 저공비행 및 침투비행으로 인해 적의 소형화기에 노출되면서, 피탄에 의한 항공기의 폭발 유발 가능성이 높다. 최근 군요구도에 있어서 피탄에 의한 폭발 환경에 대해서 생존성 확보를 위한 내탄 성능을 요구한다. 국내 최초의 군용 헬리콥터인 한국형기동헬기의 연료계통 요구도에도 적의 피탄에 대한 내폭발성을 요구하고 있으며, 요구도 충족을 위해 국내 최초로 탑재형 불활성 가스발생장치(OBIGGS)를 적용하였다. 개발단계에서 미흡하게 설계된 내폭발성과 연관된 Vent System을 개선하여 내폭발성 성능을 재평가하고 설계에 적합함을 입증하였다. Military helicopter is exposed to the enemy gun firing due to the low altitude flight of contour flight, hovering & nap of the Earth flight, therefore it has the high possibility to be exploded by the gun firing. Recently the Anti-ballistic requirement is required to get the high level of safety from gun firing in required operational capability. The first military utility helicopter of SURION has the Anti-ballistic requirement and explosion proof. In order to meet the requirement, OBIGGS is adopted for the first time in KUH. It is proven that Anti-Explosion capability is satisfied to requirement for improving vent system which was insufficiently designed in development period and related to Anti-explosion
