        최근 신재생 분산전원의 투입 확대로 배전계통 내 변동성이 커짐에 따라서 안정적인 배전계통 운영에 대한 우려가 커지고 있는 상황이다. 미래 배전계통의 효율적인 관리를 위해서 새로운 시각화 기술을 이용한 배전계통 운영시스템의 개선이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 배전분야의 GIS 도입 현황과 관련 기술 동향을 기술하고, 배전계통 운영을 위해 GIS시스템의 필요성과 GIS기술 도입 시 해결해야할 문제점을 분석한다. Recently, as the renewable distributed energy resources has increased, the variability within the electrical power distribution system has increased, so that there is a growing concern about the stable electrical power distribution system. For efficient management of future electrical power distribution system, it is necessary to improve the electrical power distribution system operation using new visualization technology. In this paper, we describe the current status of GIS introduction and related technology trends in the field of electrical power distribution, and analyze the necessity of GIS system for electrical power distribution system operation and problems to be solved when introducing GIS technology.

        ICT융복합 기술을 이용한 차세대 배전계통 운영 시스템 설계 및 검증

        Recently, with the rise of environmental issues and the change of government policy (Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan), a large amount of renewable energy such as solar and wind power is connected to the power system, and most of the renewable energy is concentrated in the power distribution network. This causes many problems with the voltage management and the protection coordination of the grid due to the its intermittent power generation. In order to effectively operate the distribution network, it is necessary to deploy more intelligent terminal devices in the field to measure the status of the distribution network and develop various operation functions such as visualization and big data analysis to support the power distribution system operators. In addition, the failover technology must be supported for the non-stop operation of the power distribution system. This paper proposes the system architecture of new power distribution management system to cope with high penetration of renewable energy. To verify the proposed system architecture, the functional unit test and performance measurement were performed.

        지역화로 재생산된 셰익스피어

        The world-wide significance of Hamlet is evident that Shakespeare is regarded as a classic indispensable to the repertoire in the theatre of Korea. In fact, Hamlet is the most frequently produced play in Korea during the last two decades. Some productions recorded great box-office success localizing the play with ‘tradapted’ versions in various ways. Among them, four most controversial productions during 1990’s are selected to be analyzed in which Lee Yun-taek’s Hamlet (1996) and The Trouble-maker, Yonsan (1995), Lim Jae-chan’s Invitation. 1997 Spring, and Kim Ah-rah’s Hamlet 1999 were included. Lee’s The Trouble-maker, Yonsan is a certain kind of ‘tradapted’ production in which the Brechtian and the Artaudian theories as well as the ritual and the expressionism fused with Korean traditional elements were found during the play. Lee put a tyrant, Yonsan from Chosun dynasty into the position paralleled with Hamlet in terms of the theme of revenge. As in Hamlet, a ghost enters in the opening scene dancing a slow movement, a shamanic rite, Gut is performed under the direction of Yonsan as the play-within-the-play in Hamlet, and at the end, Yonsan kills all major characters who are connected with the death of his mother. Compare this to Kurosawa Akira’s Ran, it would be considered as one of the qualified tradaptation of the localized Hamlet. Lee’s Halmet is an another example of the tradaption, which make a great box-office success in front of the local audience as well as of the global audience in Russia. In this production, Lee keeping the authenticity of the source text tried to create an intercultural performance mixing some Western elements with their Korean counterparts: rearranged the sequence of scenes and non-verbal elements; used Korean mask dance, percussion quartet, Young-nam Deotboigy dance, the local mise-en-scene composed of the inside of Cheon-ma-chong, Budhist monk garment, and mixed the sound and music of the Korean instruments with piano and violin. This production would be a good attempt to expand our contemporaries through deconstructing Christian tradition with Korean shamanism. Lee’s intercultural production would begin to interchange between the East and the West expanding Shakespeare’s authenticity for all global/local audience. Lim Jae-chan’s Invitation. 1997, Spring transformed the blood-shedding revenge tragedy into a trial play. It is Fortinbras who is a judge in this trial. The scenes of the source text were rearranged according to the process of the trial, and just sitting their seats in the auditorium, the audience spontaneously took a part in that trial as the jury. This trial format, of course, reflects the contemporary socio-political milieu of the Korea. Kim Ah-rah’s Hamlet, 1999, on the other hand, shows another way of tradaptation. Using the confucian ideology of ‘hyo’(filial duty) and ‘choong’(loyalty) instead of Christian counter part, Kim transformed melancholy Hamlet in meditation to unrestrained popular one of an elaborate action. Shakespeare often serves as a touchstone to test not only the potentiality of local culture in their integration with the global, but also the localizability of the global. The outstanding and somewhat puzzling innovations of the selected productions in this essay would be awkward to the Western audience because of their local settings or names, metatheatrical frames and tradaptation. However, as Bharucha argues, “It is only by accepting that the translation process is constantly being interrupted, reversed, and questioned from multiple angles, not just between theatre cultures but within the intercultural differences of these cultures, that we can begin to embrace the joyous difficulties of working on Shakespeare in ‘foreign’ contexts” (278).

        레몬과 크랜베리즙이 닭 다리육의 저장품질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 레몬즙과 크랜베리즙에 닭 다리육을 침지하여 저장성 증진 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 실시하였다. 처리구는 닭 다리육을 멸균수에 침지한 대조구(CON), 1% 레몬즙에 침지한 처리구(LJ), 1% 크랜베리즙에 침지한 처리구(CJ), 0.5% 레몬즙과 0.5% 크랜베리즙을 혼합하여 침지한 처리구(LCJ)이었다. 닭 다리육을 레몬즙과 크랜베리즙에 20분간 침지시킨 후 4±1℃ 냉장실에서 0, 3, 6, 9일 동안 저장하면서 pH, 총균수, 육색, 관능적 특성, 지방산패도, 휘발성 염기태질소, 전자코를 이용하여 향기패턴의 변화를 분석하였다. 저장 3일차부터 모든 처리구는 대조구보다 유의적으로(P<0.05) 낮은 총균수를 나타내었으며, 또한 종합적 기호도는 저장 3일차부터 대조구보다 유의적으로(P<0.05) 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 또한 지방산패도와 휘발성 염기태질소 함량도 저장 3일차부터 처리구가 대조구보다 유의적으로 낮은 값을 나타내어 레몬즙과 크랜베리즙의 처리가 저장기간 동안 닭 다리육의 부패를 억제시킨 것으로 사료되며 이는 저장 3일차부터 처리구의 분포가 대조구와 구분되는 전자코 향기분석 결과와 유사하였다. 결과적으로 1% 천연 레몬즙과 크랜베리즙의 처리는 저장기간 동안 닭 다리육의 지방 산패와 단백질 부패를 억제하여 관능적인 특성의 감소를 지연시켜 저장 품질을 향상시키는 것으로 사료된다. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of lemon and cranberry juice on meat quality of chicken thighs during cold storage. Experimental groups were chicken thigh meat dipped into distilled water (CON), 1% lemon juice (LJ), 1% cranberry juice (CJ), and a mixture of 0.5% lemon juice and 0.5% cranberry juice (LCJ). The meat quality traits were determined at day 0, 3, 6, and 9 during cold storage at 4℃. The pH value of all treatments was lower than that of the control (P<0.05). Total microorganisms of CJ and LCJ at day 9 was 6.94 and 6.76 log CFU/g, respectively, whereas that of the control was 7.51 log CFU/g. The a* value of CJ and LCJ was higher than that of CON and LJ during storage (P<0.05), whereas the b* value of LJ, CL, and LCJ was lower than that of CON at day 6 and 9 (P<0.05). Overall acceptability of all treatments was significantly higher than that of CON after day 3. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and volatile basic nitrogen values were lower than those of the CON after day 3 (P<0.05). Principle component analysis (PCA) of the aroma pattern of all treatments was closer together, whereas PCA of the CON was scattered with the increase in storage days. This result suggests that dipping the chicken thigh meat into the lemon and cranberry juice could be beneficial to enhance chicken thigh meat quality by retardation of total microbes, lipid oxidation, and protein decomposition.

      • 선박용 3 차원 서라운드뷰 학습모델을 위한 사용자평가 기반의 학습 데이터 합성

        Surround View Monitor (SVM) 시스템은 차량에 장착된 카메라 영상으로 차량 주변 영상을 재구성하는 시스템이다. SVM 은 차량 주차 시 필요한 영상 정보를 하나의 뷰로 제공하며, 이는 선박의 정박에도 유용하게 사용된다. 그러나, 기존 SVM 시스템은 고정된 수평면을 가정한 호모그래피에 기반하므로 지형 정보가 왜곡된 주변영상을 제공하는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 선박의 정박상황에 특화된 SVM 을 목표로 하며, 기존 SVM 시스템의 한계를 극복하기 위해 장면재구성 (scene reconstruction) 및 영상완성 (image completion) 학습모델을 블록빌딩으로 하는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안 프레임워크를 구성하는 학습모델을 위한 효과적인 학습데이터 획득 및 학습모델 설계를 위해 정박 상황의 시뮬레이션 영상을 활용한다. 또한, 선박 정박 상황을 몰입형 가상현실로 구현하여 선박운항 전문가가 고난도 정박 상황을 경험하게 하고 제안한 시스템에서 생성한 SVM 을 경험하게 한다. 최종적으로 이를 통해 획득한 사용자 평가데이터를 제안한 SVM 시스템의 학습데이터 생성 및 학습모델 설계에 활용한다.

        제주 재래마와 더러브렛종과의 교잡종인 한라마 사골추출물과 효소분해물의 항산화 효과

        본 연구는 제주 재래마와 더러브렛(Thoroughbred)종 교잡종인 제주산 마(한라마) 사골 추출분말(HLBE)과 효소분해물의 항산화 효과를 DPPH, ABTS 라디칼 소거능, FRAP, ORAC 방법을 이용하여 확인하기 위해 실시하였다. 말 사골 추출물은 열수로 8시간씩 3회 추출하여 혼합한 후 동결 건조하여 분말로 이용하였다. 동결 건조된 말 사골 추출물은 식품효소인 multifect PR 6L (MP), pepsin (PS), pepsin+ pancreatin 혼합효소(1:1, PSPC)를 첨가 하고 4시간 동안 각 효소의 최적활성 온도인 60, 50, 50℃에서 분해하였다. 분해 후 3 kDa 이상의 분획과 이하의 분획으로 분리하였다. 말 사골추출물의 수율을 100%으로 고정하였을 때 각 효소에 의해 분해되어 분리한 3 kDa 이상의 크기의 분획의 수율은 각각 10.86%, 3.26%, 8.00%이었다. 단백질 함량은 말 사골 추출물보다 3 kDa 이하의 저분자 분획에서 유의적으로 감소하였다. MP와 PSPC처리군의 3 kDa 이하의 저분자 분획은 말 사골추출물과 3 kDa 이상의 효소분해물에 비해 유의적으로 높은 DPPH와 ABTS 라디칼 소거능과 ORAC 활성을 나타내었다. 그러나 PS처리군 내 3 kDa 이하의 저분자 분획은 MP처리군 보다 유의적으로 높은 FRAP 활성을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 말 사골 추출물 자체 보다는 효소를 이용하여 분리한 3kDa 이하의 저분자 펩타이드가 더욱 강한 항산화 효과를 갖는 것을 제시하는 것으로 특히 pepsin에 의해 생성된 저분자펩타이드 보다는 multifect와 pepsin+pancreatin 혼합효소(1:1)에 의해 생성된 분해물이 더욱 높은 항산화 효과를 나타내었다. 그러므로 말 사골추출물을 multifect와 pepsin+pancreatin 혼합효소(1:1)를 이용하여 효소 분해하여 얻은 3 kDa 이하의 저분자 펩타이드 분획은 항산화제로서 식품산업계에서 이용될 수 있을 것으로 예상되며 이를 뒷받침하기 위해 in vivo 테스트가 추후 진행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to evaluate the antioxidation activity of Jeju crossbred horse (Jeju native horse × thoroughbred) leg bone extracts (HLBE) and its enzyme hydrolysates by determination of 1,1-diphenyl-2picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzo thiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt (ABTS) radical scavenging activity, ferric reducing/antioxidant power (FRAP), and oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC). HLBE was extracted with hot water for 24 hr and lyophilized. The lyophilized HLBE was hydrolyzed using multifect PR6L (MP), pepsin (PS), and a pepsin and pancreatin mixture (PSPC) for 4 hr at 60, 50, and 50℃, respectively. The hydrolysates were separated by a molecular weight of 3 kDa more or less. When the yield of HLBE was 100%, the yield of hydrolysates less than 3 kDa of MP, PS, and PSPC was 10.86, 3.26, and 8.00%, respectively. Enzyme hydrolysates with low molecular weight less than 3 kDa in MP and PSPC showed significantly higher DPPH, ABTS radical scavenging activity, and ORAC compared to HLBE and its hydrolysates with more than 3 kDa. However, the FRAP of the hydrolysates less than 3 kDa in PS was significantly higher than in MP. These results suggest that low molecular weight enzyme hydrolysates less than 3 kDa have more powerful antioxidation activity, especially when they are hydrolyzed by MP and PSPC rather than PS. Therefore, low molecular weight enzyme hydrolysates of HLBE hydrolyzed with MP and PSPC have significant potential as antioxidants in the food industry. Further in vivo studies are required to support the antioxidation activities of the hydrolysates in vitro.

        『햄릿』의 영상 텍스트 분석

        Elizabethans, who read Ovid, Horace, Cicero, and Quintillan in their schools, acknowledged the rhetorical effectiveness of words, as Sir Philip Sidney argued: "oratio next to ratio." Fully awaring that "violent delights have violent ends" as well, Shakespeare often includes Sidney's axioms in his plays. In Hamlet, for example, Shakespeare demonstrates the efficacy of this axioms by strategic 'dumb-show' & 'play-within-the-play' sequence. Of course, this tautological pattern of 'dumb-show' & 'play-within-the-play' is one of the theatrical convention at that time, so to speak, as we can see in A Midsummer Night's Dream. In Hamlet, however, Shakespeare takes a step further showing his strategy in his own way. He switches the murderer during the play-within-the-play from king's brother to his nephew, implying the fact that he will revenge by himself in the same way as Claudius did. In addition, all these acts take place in the meta-dramatic space of the stage-within-the-stage. The murderer in the play-within-the-play is identified king's nephew by Hamlet verbally, while he is identified non-verbally during the dumb-show. The major film auteurs usually abridge or omit either 'dumb-show' or 'play-within-the-play'. And they usually ignore the Fortinbras subplot at the end of the play. It is not surprising that, since the running time is extremely important in producing films, they should employ this abridgement in their own works. In his Hamlet, which is significant not only because of its historical primacy but also because of its obvious auteurial reliance on the power to control audience response Olivier uses voice-over technique. He omits, however, the play-within-the-play shifting the moment when the Claudius arises, from the moment of the poisoning to the moment of wooing of the murderer. On the other hand, Branagh omits the dumb-show, and Branagh's Hamlet rushes into the stage at the moment of the poisoning. Snatching a poison bottle from the murderer's hand, he stares at Claudius, while the dying image of the old King superimposes into his face. These filming interpretations are fair enough. They are, however, re-examined in full scale. The major rhetorical strategy used by Shakespeare to manipulate audience response in early-modern England should be preserved today just as effectively to reshape that response. This is a critical study of films of Hamlet by famous directors, including Sir Laurence Olivier, Rodney Bennett, Franco Zeffilelli, and Kenneth Branagh.
