      • PMDA-ODA 폴리이미드의 합성 및 특성에 관한 연구

        Pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) 와 Oxydianiline(ODA)를 N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc)에 녹여 Polyamic acid(PAA)를 2단계 열이미드화법으로 제조하였다. 제조된 폴리이미드 막의 이미드화도는 FT-IR에 의하여 분석되었다. 또한 PAA의 농도를 10~30wt%로 변화시키며 합성하여 열이미드화 시킨 후 농도에 따른 단면의 상태를 SEM사진을 통하여 관찰하였다. 농도 변화에 따른 밀도와 T_g의 변화는 혼합액체부상법과 DSC로 분석되었다. 열처리 온도를 증가시킬수록 이미드화도는 증가되었고 PAA의 농도가 증가할수록 필름의 단면이 치밀해짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 제조된 PMDA-ODA 폴리이미드의 T_g는 215℃ 이었다. Polyamic acid(PAA) was synthesised with Pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) and Oxydianiline (ODA) in N, N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc). PMDA-ODA polyimide membranes were obtained by two step thermal imidization, and the degree of imidization of polyimide membranes was observed by the FT-IR. After the thermal imidization through the concentration of varied synthesis of PAA, 10~30wt%, SEM photographies of section state were observed. The density and glass transition temperature on the varied concentration were replace with investigated test of density and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). With increasing thermal treatment temperature, the degree of imidization was increased. While the concentration of PAA increases, the section of membrane was densed. The glass transition temperature was maintained to be constant(215℃) within the PAA concentration range.

        Uses of bonded dissimilar materials which have different kinds of properties to improve the strength and light weight, are very important. It is required to establish evaluation method of bonding strength by applying fracture mechanics. In this paper, it was analyzed about the problems of an interface crack in bonded dissimilar materials by using boundary element method(BEM) with 2-dimensional elastic program. Effects of stress intensity factors were confirmed by computing them for the various bonded dissimilar materials. The results of BEM analysis about some typical models were obtained with high accuracy and good efficiency compared with theoretical analysis. And it was also investigated about variations of stress intensity factors by changes of Young's modulus of dissimilar materials and thickness of bonded layer.

      • 청소년 사이버 성상담에서 나타난 임신, 피임에 대한 질문 분석

        본 연구는 사이버 성상담 중 임신과 피임에 대한 질문내용을 분석하고 상담자 반응의 일치도를 알아봄으로써, 청소년 사이버 성상담을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 가족 아카데미아에서 운영하는 WWW.ahsex.org의 e-mail 상담 중 2001년, 2002년의 임신/피임 영역 질문 1,687건을 인지적 측면, 정서적 측면, 의사결정유형, 상대에 대한 평가, 자신에 대한 평가, 성경험 빈도 등의 범주로 나누어 분석하고, 상담자 답변 100건을 분석하여 상담자의 반응이 이용자의 질문에 어느 정도 부합하는지 알아보았다. 첫째, 임신/피임 영역의 이용자는 고등학생, 대학생, 중학생 순이었다. 여학생이 남학생보다 이용률이 높았으며 남학생 질문자의 비율은 고등학생보다 대학생이 높았다. 둘째, 임신/피임 영역 질문내용의 인지적 측면을 분석한 결과 성관계 후 임신여부, 임신테스트 약의 구입과 사용법, 낙태방법, 피임방법의 순으로 관심이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 정서적인 측면에서는 질문자의 반 이상이 ‘불안과 두려움, 살기 힘틀다’고 호소해, 성관계 후 청소년들의 정서상태가 매우 불안정함을 알 수 있었다. 자신에 대한 평가는 주로 ‘부끄럽다, 후회스럽다, 바보 같다’ 등의 표현이 많이 나왔고, 상대에 대한 평가는 원망보다는 걱정이 많이 나왔다. 성경험 빈도에서는 첫 경험보다 두 번 이상의 성경험이 두 배 이상 많았다. 셋째, 임신/피임에 대한 상담자의 반응분석에서, 인지적인 측면에서의 반응 일치도는 아주 높게 나용 반면 정서적 표현, 의사결정유형, 자신에 대한 평가, 상대에 대한 평가 부분의 상담자 반응 일치도는 낮게 나왔다.

      • CFRP 적층 복합재료의 처짐특성

        In order to apply to design of structures with the laminated carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) composite materials, the investigation about their characteristics of deflections are necessary and especially the characteristics are very important factors in the safety strength design forthe composite materials. In this paper, the specimens of the laminated CFRP composite materials with fiber orientation of 0。 adn -45。/0。/45。 were prepared for the static and bending tests, and the mechanical properties and deflection characteristics were measured for the fiber orientation. And the deflection characteristics were investigated through the theoretical and experimental procedures using the laminated CFRP composite materials and homogeneous aluminium specimens.

        초등 실과 교사에게 필요한 자질의 교육 요구도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to determine the educational needs of the competences of practical arts subject teachers for elementary school. The needs of teachers were calculated by using the Borich's Needs Assessment Model. The population for the study was elementary school teachers in Taegu and Kyoung-Puk areas, and a sample of 190 teachers were drawn randomly. To collect the data, a questionnaire was developed by researcher. The mail survey method was used to collect data and the return rate was 96.8%. The SPSS 7.5 for Windows was employed to calculate statistics. The reliabiability of the instruments was 0.9798 for the needs scale of the competences and was 0.9734 for the current competences scale calculated by Cronbach's homogeneity coefficient alpha. Based upon the findings of the study, the most needed competences for the practical arts subject teachers were various teaching planning, using teaching method, using assessment results, developing and inputting of learning materials, and effective learning surrounding. And the general competences for elementary school teachers were 6higher than the practical arts subject teachers. The most needed competences for practical arts subject teachers were using computer and career education.

      • 시골 지역 청원에서 관측한 이산화황 농도의 변동 경향 특성

        We analyzed hourly integrated measurements of SO₂ concentrations obtained from a rural monitoring site located in Chongwon, Korea to investigate the characteristics of temporal variations during the period from 1994 to 2001. The annual, seasonal, and diumal variations of observed SO₂ concentrations are discussed and the characteristics of rural concentration variations are addressed associated with the effects of meteorological variables such as wind speed, wind directions and temperature. The results indicate that the annual variation of mean SO₂ concentrations show a significantly decreasing trend and the amplitude of monthly variations are also found to decrease with time. The diumal variations of SO₂ concentrations show maximum in the morning around at 0800-1000 LST and secondary maximum at around 1900-2100 LST, but the amplitude of diumal variation of SO₂ concentration has decreased. Although the urban and industrial cities such as Chongju are located in the eastern part of Khangnae, Chongwon, the analyzed result in association with wind directions shows that relatively lower SO₂ concentrations are found in the directions of ENE rather than WSW cases. This is implying the importance of topography located in south-north direction over the eastern Chongwon area where a blocking of air pollutants from the eastern emission area plays a certain role on the characteristics of SO₂ levels in Chongwon. On the other hand the SO₂ concentrations from the WSW-W area (i.e., Daejun and Chochiwon) are found to be relatively higher than from other directions due to more effective medium and large scale transport of pollutions from upstream regions.

        외국의 사례를 통한 농업관련 단원의 학교 현장 적용방안

        The purpose of the study was to find the application methods of general agricultural education in elementary schools by investigating the agricultural education methods in Canada and in US. The contents of the agricultural subjects and the agriculture related subjects in both foreign countries were somewhat more in depth, and were more varied in specific topics in agricultural subjects. In US, also, there were many choices of agricultural education courses for students and schools to take. In result, therefore, the general agricultural education contents should be widened in Korea. Also, the materials for the general agricultural education should be developed, so that the agricultural teachers would be able to utilize the variety of teaching methods including multi-media, which can bring the curiosity and the attention of students in classes.

      • 國內藥草의 抗癌成分硏究 (1) : 馬兜鈴, 石蒜, 三稜, 無花果皮, 碧梧桐皮, 人參 등 70餘種에 對하여

        Alcohol, water, ether, and petroleum ether extracts of 75 species Korean medicinal plants have been tested for their antitumor activity. Most of the extracts had slight activity only. Some extracts had more pronounced acitivity. For antitumor activity, ddD-Mice of weighing 18-25g were used. 0.2 ml of cell suspension in 0.9% saline-glucose solution containing 10?? ascites tumor cells of either Sarcoma 180, Ehrlich carcinoma was transplanted intraperitoneally into each mouse. The control group animals in a given experiment consisted of 14 mices and the experimental group, 7 mices. The materials to be tested were administered once a day by intraperitoneal injection, commencing the day after tumor transplantation until the test animal died, and then the control group was received only 0.5% carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC). The mean survival time of each group was calculated according to the formula indicated in the protocols of the Cancer Chemotherapy National Service Center. In the antitumor activity screening, extracts had pronounced greater prolongation of survival time (50%-100%) were Aristo-lochia contorta, Lycoris radiata, Scirpus maritimus, Ficus carica, Firmiana platanifolia, Panax ginseng, Piper nigrum among the 75 species. The antitumor screening result were tabulated in Table II.

        The application of bonded dissimilar materials to such indurstries as automobiles, aircraft, rolling stock, electronic devices and engineering stuctures is increasing gradually because these materials, compared to the homogeneous materials, have many advantages for material properties. In spite of such wide applications of bonded dissimilar materials, the evaluation method of fracture toughness on interface crack in the bonded components has not been established clearly. In this paper, the stress intensity factors were analyzed by boundary element method(BEM) for the bonded scarf joints with a crack, respectively. From static fracture experiments of the bonded scarf joints, an evaluation of fracture toughness on interface crack in the bonded components was proposed and discussed.
