        Korean Clinical Practice Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Insomnia in Adults

        Objective We aim to present a clinical guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia in adults by reviewing and integrating existing clinical guidelines. The purpose of this guideline is to assist clinicians who perform evidence-based insomnia treatment.Methods We selected literature that may be appropriate for use in guideline development from evidence-based practice guidelines that have been issued by an academic or governmental institution within the last five years. The core question of this guideline was made in sentence form including Patient/Problem, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome (PICO) elements. After searching PubMed, EMBASE, and medical guideline issuing agencies, three guidelines were judged to be the most appropriately reviewed, up-to-date, and from trusted sources.Results The Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE) II tool was used to evaluate the quality of the three clinical guidelines. The final outcome of the guideline development process is a total of 15 recommendations that report the strength of the recommendation, the quality of evidence, a summary of content, and considerations in applying the recommendation.Conclusion It is vital for clinical guidelines for insomnia to be developed and continually updated in order to provide more accurate evidence-based treatments to patients.

      • Hardware-assisted energy monitoring architecture for micro sensor nodes

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>In this paper, we present a hardware-assisted energy monitoring architecture, HEMA, which provides power information for individual system components in micro sensor nodes. HEMA gives information on how the system components of sensor nodes spend energy while applications are running. To develop a practical runtime monitoring system we used a power monitoring technique based on a battery monitor IC (Integrated Circuit) which is typically used in embedded systems. HEMA uses a software technique to monitor device usage patterns, and combines it with hardware-assisted power information in runtime. However, the battery monitor IC has problems in monitoring individual devices. In this paper, we developed a software technique to supplement its drawbacks. To evaluate the proposed system, we built a micro sensor node with battery monitor IC. We operated real applications on the sensor node and conducted a comparative analysis with a dedicated power monitor. Our experiment results show that HEMA indeed provides a suitable architecture for runtime power analysis with low overhead.</P>

      • 데침 조건과 냉해동 방법에 따른 쑥(Artemisia sp.)의 품질 특성

        The conditions of mugwort such as blanching, freezing and thawing were studied to optimize them to improve its quality during frozen storage. The washed mugwort was blached at 100oC with hot water for 10, 20, 30, and 40sec. respectively, and then, soaked in cold water. Their physicochemical properties of these samples such as pH level, texture, color value, and total viable cell were analyzed. The mugwort blanched for 30 sec. was frozen and thawed with several conditions and analyzed its phys-icochemical characteristics. There was nat a significant difference in pH level between raw and blanched mugwort. In the color values of mugwort,L* value increased and a* value descreased during blanching. Considering the microbial level, especially total coliform, it was determined that 30 minutes blanching was the optimal pre-treatment for minimizing quality deterioration of mugwort for freezing. Regarding its color change and microbial safety, faster freezing and thawing method had the lowest changes on quality of frozen mugwort. Therefore, it was concluded that immersion freezing and thawing with running water were the best methods.

      • CMOS 기반 회로 설계 자동화 시스템

        대부분 Layout의 DRC(Design Rule Check) Verification 과정은 Circuit Designer 들의 설계 시간을 증가시키는 Critical 한 요인이 된다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 Design Rule을 보장하고 있는 Template 사용하고 추상 좌표계에서 Grid를 기반으로 하는 배치 및 배선을 사용해서 Python 코드 기반 Layout 설계 자동화시스템을 제안한다. 본 방법을 사용해 Transmission Gate D flip-flop의 Layout을 Cadence Virtuoso Tool에서 Python 기반 코드를 설계해 직접 생성하면서 해당 Tool에서 설계한 Layout의 DRC 보장 여부를 확인한다. 또한, 코드 기반 Layout 도면과 직접 생성한 Layout 도면을 통해 면적을 비교하거나, Post Simulation을 진행하여 timing specification 값들을 비교함으로써 자동화 시스템을 기반으로 생성된 Layout의 성능을 확인한다. In most cases, Layout’s Design Rule Check (DRC) Verification process is a critical factor that increases the design time of Circuit Designers. To improve this problem, we propose a Python code-based Layout design automation system using a template that guarantees a Design Rule and a Grid-based layout and wiring in an abstract coordinate system. Using this method, we design and generate Python-based code directly from the Cadence Virtuoso Tool for the Layout of the Transmission Gate D-flip-flop to determine whether the Layout designed by the tool is DRC guaranteed. In addition, the performance of the generated layout based on the automation system is verified by comparing the area through the code-based layout drawing and the directly generated layout drawing, or by performing Post Simulation and comparing the timing specification values.

        은닉 마르코프 모델을 이용한 적응형 학습경로 생성에 관한 연구

        전 세계적인 COVID19의 영향으로, 비대면 학습에 대한 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 비대면 학습을 위해서는 효율성을 토대로 한 학습경로의 생성이 중요하다. 본 연구는 학생들이 수업에서 마주칠 수 있는 경험의 경로, 즉, 지식 개념(knowledge concept, KC) 을 순서대로 배열한 연결망으로 알려진 학습경로를 만드는 방법으로 hidden Markov model(HMM)을 소개하고, HMM을 이용하여 경로 예측의 정확도 향상을 목적으로 한다. 첫 단계로, 정확한 학습경로의 생성을 위하여 HMM 수행 전 least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO), random forest(RF)를 이용한 변수 선택(variable selection)을 수행한 후 변수 선택의 효과를 파악한다. 그리고 HMM을 이용해서 KC들의 그룹으로 만든 상위 개념들의 선후관계를 파악한 경우와 다른 후보 경로들과의 비교를 통하여 HMM을 활용하여 완성된 경로가 더욱 의미 있게 생성되었음을 입증한다. 실험을 위하여 AI-hub(https://aihub.or.kr/)에서 공유한 수학 학습데이터를 이용한 결과 LASSO, RF 등의 변수선택 방법을 이용하여 관계 쌍을 추려냈을 때 HMM의 성능이 월등히 좋아졌고, 상위 개념으로 이루어진 학습경로를 평가할 때 HMM을 활용한 경우가 다른 모형에 비해 모형적합도 면에서 훌륭하였다. Due to the global impact of COVID-19, the use of non-face-to-face learning is increasing. For non-face-to-face learning, it is important to create a learning path based on efficiency. This study introduces the hidden Markov model (HMM) as a method of creating a learning path known as a network in which knowledge concepts are arranged in order, that is, the path of experience that students may encounter in class. and it aims to improve the accuracy of path prediction by using a variable selection technique that includes least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO), and random forest (RF) before performing HMM. In addition, this study aims to show that the learning path based on higher-order concepts made of precedence relationships from HMM is more accurate than other candidate paths. As a result of using data shared by AI-hub (https://aihub.or.kr/), the performance of HMM when selecting relational pairs using LASSO, and RF was improved significantly, and the case of using HMM when evaluating the learning path consisting of higher concepts was excellent in terms of model goodness of fit compared to other models.

        포장 및 냉,해동 방법이 고구마 줄기의 품질 특성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 고구마 줄기 냉동 편이식 제조를 위한 고구마 줄기의 포장 방법 및 냉·해동 조건을 확립하고자 하였다. 데친 고구마 줄기를 각각 함기 및 진공 포장하였으며, 일반 냉동 -20oC 및 -40oC, 침지 냉동하였으며 해동방법으로는 상온(25oC), 유수(20oC), 전자렌지(2.45 GHz), 고주파(27.12 MHz) 해동을 진행하였다. 함기 포장한 시료는 진공 포장한 시료보다 색도, 전단력, 드립로스 측면에서 열수침지 직후 고구마 줄기와 유의적 차이가 적었으며, 이는 진공 포장시 고구마 줄기의 얇은 조직이 진공압에 의해 조직이 파괴된 것으로 생각된다. 냉동 방법의 경우, 포장 및 해동 방법과 관계없이 침지식 냉동한 고구마 줄기가 ΔE 값이 2.7-3.0으로 작았으며, 전단 력은 7,830.0-8,166.7 g/cm3으로 대조군의 8,437.5 g/cm3와 가장 유사하였다. 또한 침지식 냉동은 드립로스 6.5-24.3%으로 일반 냉동 -20oC 및 -40oC보다 적은 수치를 보였다. 침지 냉동한 고구마 줄기의 해동에 있어, 전자렌지 해동 및 고주파 해동은 색차, 전단력, 드립로스 측면에서 가장 효과적이었다. 특히 전자렌지 해동 및 고주파 해동의 전단력은 8,100 g/cm3 이상으로 대조군의 8,437.5 g/cm3와 가장 유사하였으며, 드립로스는 6.5-13.7%으로 유수 해동 및 상온 해동보다 최대 4배정도 적었다. 따라서 고구마 줄기 냉동 편이식 제조를 위한 최적 포장 방법 및 냉·해동 방법은 함기 포장, 침지식 냉동 및 전자렌지 해동 혹은 고주파 해동이라고 생각된다. Food freezing preservation is an important process due to its high quality and long shelf-life. In order to improve the quality of frozen sweet potato stem, the freezing rate, thawing, and packaging method was optimized by the determination of physical properties. There was no significant difference among the treatment of freezing rate. Further, the drip loss of sweet potato stem was higher at a relatively fast freezing rate (immersion freezing) than at slow freezing rate (natural convection freezing at -20 or -40oC). For the comparison of packaging methods, the aircontaining packaged sweet potato stem had the lowest significant differences from the result of color, pH, and hardness. From the result of the drip loss, the high frequency and microwave using thawing samples were more effective than room temperature and water thawing. Therefore, fast freezing and thawing rate with air-containing package were recommended to obtain the better quality of sweet potato stem.
