        한글문서분류에 SVD를 이용한 BPNN 알고리즘

        리청화(Chenghua Li),변동률(DongRyul Byun),박순철(Soon Choel Park) 한국산업정보학회 2010 한국산업정보학회논문지 Vol.15 No.2

This paper proposes a Korean document categorization algorithm using Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN) with Singular Value Decomposition(SVD). BPNN makes a network through its learning process and classifies documents using the network. The main difficulty in the application of BPNN to document categorization is high dimensionality of the feature space of the input documents. SVD projects the original high dimensional vector into low dimensional vector, makes the important associative relationship between terms and constructs the semantic vector space. The categorization algorithm is tested and compared on HKIB-20000/HKIB-40075 Korean Text Categorization Test Collections. Experimental results show that BPNN algorithm with SVD achieves high effectiveness for Korean document categorization.

Cloning and characterization of hemerythrin gene from Sipuncula Phascolosoma esculenta

        Yan Liu,Chenghua Li,Xiurong Su,Mengqian Wang,Yanyan Li,Ye Li,Taiwu Li 한국유전학회 2013 Genes & Genomics Vol.35 No.1

Hemerythrin is a non-heme respiratory protein involved in oxygen storage and transport in invertebrates. In the present study, the hemerythrin cDNA was cloned from Phascolosoma esculenta (denoted as PeHr) by PCR and rapid amplification of cDNA ends approaches. The full-length PeHr consisted of 770 bp containing of a 50-terminal untranslated region (UTR) of 83 bp, a 30-terminal UTR of 327 bp, and a coding domain sequence of 360 bp encoding a polypeptide of 120 amino acids with estimated molecular mass of 13.6 kDa and theoretical isoelectric point of 5.78. The expression profiles of PeHr were evaluated by real-time RT-PCR under blood loss stress. The expression level of PeHr was significantly up-regulated from 45 to 48 h, then slightly recovered to its original level. The coding sequence of the PeHr was cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) for antibodies preparation. Western blotting analysis conformed that the generated antibodies could specifically identify not only recombinant product, but also native protein from the total protein extraction. Our results indicated that PeHr might be involved into haemocytes regeneration, and its function roles should be further investigated by the generated antibodies.

MiR-34a, miR-21 and miR-23a as potential biomarkers for coronary artery disease: a pilot microarray study and confirmation in a 32 patient cohort

        Hui Han,Chenghua Han,Yu-Hong Wang,Ting-Ting Sun,Feng-Qing Li,Junxiao Wang,Shan-Shun Luo,Guang-Jin Qu 생화학분자생물학회 2015 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.47 No.-

The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of circulating microRNAs (miRNAs) in apolipoprotein E (apoE) knockout mice (apoE− / −) and to validate the role of these miRNAs in human coronary artery disease (CAD). Pooled plasma from10 apoE− / − mice and 10 healthy C57BL/6 (B6) mice was used to perform the microarray analysis. The results showed that miR-34a, miR-21, miR-23a, miR-30a and miR-106b were differentially expressed in apoE− / − mice, and these expression changes were confirmed by real-time quantitative reverse-transcription PCR. Then, miR-34a, miR-21, miR-23a, miR-30a and miR-106b were detected in the plasma of 32 patients with CAD and of 20 healthy controls. Only miR-34a, miR-21 and miR-23a were significantly differentially expressed in the plasma of CAD patients (all Po0.01). In conclusion, miR-34a, miR-21 and miR-23a were elevated in CAD patients, which means that these miRNAs might serve as biomarkers of CAD development and progression.

      • Spectral Analysis of the Moving System with Multi-object Based on V-system

        Ruixia Song,Chenghua Li,Xiaochun Wang,Yena Wang,Yanqing Xu,Dongxu Qi (사)한국CDE학회 2013 한국CAD/CAM학회 국제학술발표 논문집 Vol.2010 No.8

Based on an orthogonal function system over triangular domain, V-system, decomposing orthogonally a moving system with multiple moving objects into V-series, motion state of this moving system at different moment can be expressed in the frequency domain. To make full use of the advantage of the V-system, the capability to precisely express a 3D object group, each moving object is represented by a triangular mesh model, and then the energy curve data for the moving system is calculated by determining the coefficients of the V-series. The energy curve can be applied to the state analysis of the moving system. The relationship of energy curves of a moving system with different triangular mesh resolutions is analyzed. The experiment results show that there exist no strong dependence between energy curve and the resolution of 3D model, so when performing spectral analysis for a moving system, we can choose the model with low resolution, so that the computation can be reduced and the analysis efficiency can be improved. Finally, the mathematic relationship between energy of a moving system and some related variables is obtained by processing a large number of experimental data using the linear regression method. The characteristic of this study is reflected in the whole expression of a 3D model group, and the objects in the group are in motion.

      • Synthesis of Needle-Like Aragonite Crystals in the Presence of Magnesium Chloride and Their Application in Papermaking

        Hu, Zeshan,Shao, Minghao,Li, Huayang,Cai, Qiang,Zhong, Chenghua,Xianming, Zhang,Deng, Yulin The Korean Society for Composite Materials 2009 Advanced composite materials Vol.18 No.4

PCC (precipitated calcium carbonate) and ground calcium carbonate have been widely used in alkaline papermaking. Unfortunately, although increasing filler level in papers can improve the paper properties such as brightness, opacity, stiffness gloss, smoothness, porosity, and printability, as well as decrease cost, some strength of the paper is negatively affected. In this research, needle-like aragonite was synthesized using $Ca(OH)_2$ and $CO_2$ as reactants in the presence of $MgCl_2$ and characterized with scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The physical and optical properties of the paper handsheets containing these needle-like aragonite fillers were evaluated. Results indicated that tensile strength, Z-direction tensile strength and folding endurance of the paper were improved by the needle-like aragonite crystals compared to the paper using commercial PCC (precipitated calcium carbonate) as filler. The stiffness of the paper handsheet on the machine direction was increased, but no evident difference in the cross direction was found. The improvement of paper strength mainly resulted from the twining effect between the aragonite whiskers and paper fibers. The optical properties of the paper were slightly decreased with the use of the needle-like aragonites compared to commercial PCC. These results suggest that paper cost can be decreased by increasing the content of needle-like aragonite filler while paper strength will not be decreased compared to PCC filler.

      • An Improved T/2 Fractionally Spaced Blind Equalization Algorithm with Coordinate Transform

Xiaoping Jiang,Hao Ding,Hua Zhang,Chenghua Li 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.9 No.12

To address the slow convergence and large residual error problems in the T/2 fractionally spaced equalization with constant modulus algorithm (T/2-FSE-CMA) for high-order QAM signal in wireless communication, we analyze the distribution characters of 16QAM signal constellations and propose an improved T/2 fractionally spaced blind equalization with coordinate transform and constant modulus algorithm (T/2-FSE-RCTCMA). In this algorithm, we equalize the real and imaginary parts of the input signal in the fractionally spaced equalizer separately. By using the coordinate transform the output signals are mapped into the same circle and the error function of constant modulus is achieved. Using the error function to adjust the weight vector of each sub-channel in the fractionally spaced equalizer, we may avoid the miss-detection caused by the T/2 FSE-CMA algorithm in multi-modulus high-order QAM signal equalization. The simulation results in wireless channel show that compared with T/2-FSE-CTCMA and T/2- FSE-CMA, the proposed algorithm has a faster convergence speed and a smaller residual error.

Gallium(III) Nitrate Inhibits Pathogenic Vibrio splendidus Vs by Interfering with the Iron Uptake Pathway

( Tongxiang Song ),( Xuelin Zhao ),( Yina Shao ),( Ming Guo ),( Chenghua Li ),( Weiwei Zhang ) 한국미생물생명공학회(구 한국산업미생물학회) 2019 Journal of microbiology and biotechnology Vol.29 No.6

It is well known that iron is critical for bacterial growth and pathogenic virulence. Due to chemical similarity, Ga3+ competes with Fe3+ for binding to compounds that usually bind Fe3+, thereby interfering with various essential biological reactions. In our present study, gallium(III) nitrate [Ga(NO3)3] could repress the growth of V. splendidus Vs without complete inhibition. In the presence of Ga(NO3)3, the secretion of homogentisic acid-melanin (HGAmelanin) in V. splendidus Vs cells could be increased by 4.8-fold, compared to that in the absence of Ga(NO3)3. HGA-melanin possessed the ability to reduce Fe3+ to Fe2+. In addition, HGA-melanin increased the mRNA levels of feoA and feoB, genes coding Fe2+ transport system proteins to 1.86- and 6.1-fold, respectively, and promoted bacterial growth to 139.2%. Similarly, the mRNA expression of feoA and feoB was upregulated 4.11-fold and 2.71-fold in the presence of 640 μM Ga(NO3)3, respectively. In conclusion, our study suggested that although Ga(NO3)3 could interfere with the growth of V. splendidus Vs, it could also stimulate both the production of Fe3+-reducing HGA-melanin and the expression of feoA and feoB , which facilitate Fe2+ transport in V. splendidus Vs.

Transcriptome-based identification of the optimal reference genes as internal controls for quantitative RT-PCR in razor clam (Sinonovacula constricta)

        Xuelin Zhao,Jianping Fu,Liting Jiang,Weiwei Zhang,Yina Shao,Chunhua Jin,Jinbo Xiong,Chenghua Li 한국유전학회 2018 Genes & Genomics Vol.40 No.6

Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) is a standard method to measure gene expression in function exploring. Accurate and reproducible data of qRT-PCR requires appropriate reference genes, which are stably expressed under different experimental conditions. However, no housekeeping genes were validated as internal controls for qRT-PCR in Sinonovacula constricta. In this study, we classified the transcriptome data of two tissues for Vibrio infection and Cd2+ stress into ten clusters based on the gene expression patterns. Among them, cluster 5 had the most stable gene expression patterns regardless of tissues and treatments as the database for candidate reference genes. A total of 55 orthologs of classical housekeeping genes in the clam transcriptome were annotated. Combined the expression profiles and housekeeping genes in S. constricta, we chose eight candidate reference genes and validated their expression in Vibrio-infected samples and different tissues by qRT-PCR. Their expression stability was analyzed by three different algorithms geNorm, NormFinder and BestKeeper. Although the rank of the eight candidate reference genes is different in different treatments using different software, RS9 could be the best reference genes for normalization of qRT-PCR expression data in S. constricta under various treatments considering the above analysis. Meanwhile, the ranking of genes based on the CV values of transcriptomic data was similar to the validation results. This study provides for the first time a list of suitable reference genes for S. constricta and a valuable resource for further studies of clam immune defense systems.
