<P>Mammalian cells, including cancer cells, secrete extracellular vesicles. These vesicles are nanosized, bilayered proteolipids with diameters of 50-1,000?nm. It has been suggested that cancer cell-derived extracellular vesicles play diverse roles in cancer progression, which involve invasion, immune modulation, neovascularization, and metastasis. Moreover, their serum levels are significantly elevated in cancer patients compared with normal controls. Recent high-throughput proteomic and transcriptomic studies of these complex extracellular organelles have accelerated the discovery of cancer-specific biomarkers and the development of novel diagnostic tools based on extracellular vesicles. Although many vesicle-associated biomarker candidates have been reported for various types of cancer, few have been validated for clinical use due to preanalytical, technical, temporal, and financial problems. Here, we discuss the potential of extracellular vesicles as sources of biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and monitoring, as well as the limitations and obstacles to adoption of extracellular vesicle-based diagnosis.</P>

Recently, the crime rate in parking lot of apartments has being increased. The domestic research has found that under parking lot is one of the most fearful places and residents recognize under parking facilities as the most fearful place. other countries such as UK, US, Japan is preparing the certification initiative regarding safety from crime to resolve this problems. but Korea study a few of researches associated with crime prevention in under parking lot. This research found that what is the facts related to the fear of crime and weakness of crime in under parking lot. This research categorized crime prevention design methods through Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design(CPTED) and Routine Activity Theory. Important findings from categorization is activity support, surveillance, legibility, and maintenance. This research studied four apartments placed in seoul using questionnaire survey, observation survey methods. the questionnaire survey has been archived during one month that has a criteria. the results of questionnaire surveys were analyzed by description statistic. we have to develop the CPTED guidelines about parking lot in apartments for Designer, planner, political officer or other people.
경상북도 연안지역의 관광자원개발을 위한 주민 및 내방객의 친수환경평가에 관한 연구

This study is a survey of opinion of residents and visitors about water-friendly environment, water-friendly image and water-friendly behavior of four ports on the northern coast of North Gyeongsang Province, Jukbyeon port and Hupo port of Uljin-gun, and Chuksan port and Ganggu port of Yeongdeok-gun, and its analysis that have been conducted to provide basic data for environmental improvement of the region. In this study are included an investigation of environment conducted by residents, environmental perception of visitors to the region and their desire for water-friendly environment. Based on the data, this study made an improvement plan in terms of use, environmental ecology, landscape, disaster prevention/coast maintenance and tourism.

The aim of this study was to suggest the Community dwelling house that is suitable in agriculture village. That will have to be preserve rural environmental and consider behavior of rural residents. For this reason, When house is planed that it need to be considered ecological think and character. One of basic examination to reflect ecological character that this study investigated the present established Community dwelling house and housing lifestyle. As a result, awarded that the planing of Community dwelling house is considered the external living facilities, also awarded rural residents $quot; s wants element and needs element.

The KSTAR Magnet Power Supply (MPS) was dedicated to the SC coil commissioning and $1^{st}$ plasma experiment as a part of the system commissioning. Although many efforts to develop large-current power supplies that are useful for high power electronic devices have been made in various application fields, such as for large metal-plating devices, there were clear discrepancies between conventional power supply technologies and that for the SC coils due to the special SC coil load conditions. Therefore, most of the power supply technologies for the SC coils were a challenge in the domestic research area due to their limited application. However, the MPS commissioning result showed that all of the hardware and controlling software operated well, and this result finally led to the success of SC coil commissioning and the KSTAR $1^{st}$ plasma experiment. This paper will describe key features of KSTAR MPS for the $1^{st}$ plasma experiment, and will also report the commissioning results of the magnet power supplies.
