The purpose of this study is to evaluate perceived discomfort of working postures in terms of upper body (back, shoulder, and elbow) flexions when an external load varies. Eighteen subjects participated in an experiment of appraising perceived discomfort of varying upper body postures with three levels of external loads given. The ANOVA results showed that the perceived discomfort of upper body postures was significantly affected by the external load. It was also apparent that the interactions between external load and upper body posture were significant (p< 0.001). The result implies that a new posture classification scheme for workload assessment methods may be in need to reflect such interactions between external load and upper body posture. In order to support the statement, a regression model of perceived discomfort of upper body postures obtained from the experiment was developed and compared to that of perceived discomfort of seven work-related postures found in automobile assembly operations. The correlation coefficient between predicted and actual values of perceived discomfort was about 0.96. It is expected that the result help to properly estimate the body stress resluting from worker's postures and external loads and can be used as a valuable design guideline on preventing work-related musculoskeletal diseases in industry.

The aim of this study was to suggest the Community dwelling house that is suitable in agriculture village. That will have to be preserve rural environmental and consider behavior of rural residents. For this reason, When house is planed that it need to be considered ecological think and character. One of basic examination to reflect ecological character that this study investigated the present established Community dwelling house and housing lifestyle. As a result, awarded that the planing of Community dwelling house is considered the external living facilities, also awarded rural residents $quot; s wants element and needs element.
Nanopatterning Proteins with a Stamp Tip for Dip-Pen Nanolithography

The fabrication of a nano-porous polyoxazoline stamp tip for scanning probe nanolithography has been reported, and the patterning of nanometer scale high-molecular weight proteins at ultra-fast speed demonstrated using the stamp tip. A nanoporous polymer-coated silicon tip was constructed using ring opening polymerization of 2-methyl-2-oxazoline on the surface of the tip employing a simple solution polymerization method. Because polyoxazoline is a hydrophilic and biocompatible polymer, these tips can easily absorb and release water-based biomolecules via their pores. Using dip-pen nanolithography, the patterning of Human IgG and PSA proteins using these stamp tips has been demonstrated. The results showed that protein nano-patterns can be generated at least five times faster with this method than with a conventional silicon tip.
