Onsite monitoring of asbestos in indoor air is necessary to maintain good quality of air and secure safe environment to workers or residents in buildings. With the aid of wireless network technology, sensing data can be the key source of smart air quality monitoring system. For the selective detection of asbestos fibers from other particulate matters, water and refractive index liquids were used with several color filters for optical sensing by spectral sensor. Effect of each reagent was analyzed in terms of chrysotile concentration. It is suggested that standardized optical data of asbestos would be applicable to the ICT based smart indoor air controlling system.

Nowadays for enhancing driving convenience and safety, radar has been installed in the car. Automotive radar has to detect a velocity and distance of target with accuracy. In this paper for reliable target detection in multitarget environment common CFAR algorithm has been discussed Model based design is a efficient and cost-effective way to develop embedded systems. Model based design has been more stable in many aspect. So many automotive applications have been developed with model based design. In this paper, CFAR algorithm that is applied for our automotive radar has been developed by using model based design. And also source code of CFAR algorithm is generated with code generation tool.

OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode) 제조에서 에이징(aging) 공정은 제조 효율을 높이고 에이징 보정을 위한 보정 값을 측정한다. OLED의 에이징 보정을 위한 보정 값은 구동 신호에 적용할 수 있다. OLED 에이징 공정은 미리 설정된 구동신호와 온도에 의해 정해진 시간 동안 빛을 출력한 후 전류를 측정한다. OLED 제조 공정에서 증착 및 기온에 의해 균일하지 않은 것에 대해 에이징을 가하는 것이다. 이 시간이 OLED 효율 감소에 미치는 영향은 거의 없다. 에이징을 위해 필요한 조건을 만들기 위해 가열장치와 신호 생성 시스템이 요구된다. 가열장치와 신호 생성 시스템에 의해 측정된 결과값은 OLED 제조에서 전력 요구사항, 균일성, 효율성을 평가하는 근거로 사용할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 실용적인 OLED 에이징 보정을 위한 구동 신호 생성 및 가열 시스템의 연동을 위한 구성을 제안하고 이를 구현하였다. In OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) manufacturing, the aging process increases the manufacturing efficiency and measures the correction value to correct the aging. The correction value for correcting the aging of the OLED can be applied to the driving signal. The OLED aging process measures the current after outputting the light for a predetermined time according to the preset driving signal and temperature. In the OLED manufacturing process, aging is applied for non-uniformity by deposition and temperature. This time has little effect on OLED efficiency reduction. Heating devices and signal generation systems are required to create the conditions necessary for aging. The results measured by the heating system and signal generation system can be used as a basis for evaluating power requirements, uniformity and efficiency in OLED manufacturing. In this paper, we propose and implement a configuration for interlocking the driving signal generation and heating system for practical OLED aging correction.

최근 디스플레이 기술 발전과 함께 AMOLED(Active Matrix OLED) 패널(Panel)의 생산과 수요가 급증하고 있다. AMOLED 패널은 기본적으로 LCD와는 다르게 백라이트(Backlight)를 필요로 하지 않아 적은 소비전력으로 선명도 있는 영상의 출력이 가능하다. 따라서 세계적으로 AMOLED 시장이 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 생산에 필요한 검사 장치의 수요도 확산되고 있다. AMOLED 패널 에이징(Aging) 시스템의 검사 장치는 MES(Manufacturing Execution System), MIS(Management Information System)와 연동하여 운영되며, 네트워크 환경을 구축하는 것이 효율적이다. 패널 에이징에 사용되는 검사 장치는 다중 신호를 출력하는 기능을 가진 신호 생성기(Pattern Generator)이다. 다수개의 신호 생성기를 운영하기 위해서는 효율적인 설계가 필요하다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 신호 생성기를 원격으로 통합 제어하기 위한 방법과 AMOLED 패널을 구동시키기 위한 방법을 제안하고 이를 구현하였으며, 이에 따른 타이밍과 전원 설정 결과를 제시하였다. Recently, with the development of display technology, AMOLED(Active Matrix OLED) panel production and demand are increasing. Unlike LCD, AMOLED panel basically does not need backlight, so it can output clear images with low power consumption. Therefore, the AMOLED market is growing globally. Accordingly, the demand for inspection devices required for production is also expanding. The inspection device of the AMOLED panel aging system operates in conjunction with MES(Manufacturing Execution System) and MIS(Management Information System), and it is efficient to construct network environment. The inspection device used for panel aging is a pattern generator capable of outputting multiple signals. Efficient design is required to operate multiple signal generators. To solve this problem, the proposed system proposed a method for remotely controlling the signal generator remotely and a method for driving the AMOLED panel. And the timing and power setting results are presented.
Skin and Eye Irritation of a Bioherbicide, F40362, Isolated from Trifolium repens L.

The market for biopesticide is small but fast growing and large pest control companies are beginning to participate. The biopesticides replace conventional chemical pesticides in the foreseeable future. F40362 strain was selected by the screening of herbicidal activity on Trifolium repens L. and Zoysia japonica and was showed selective activity between Trifolium repens L. and Zoysia japonica. But, there is absolutely nc information on the mammalian physiology and toxicology of F40362. In view of a lack of information on its toxicity profiles, the present study performed the primary skin and eye irritation test in rabbits. F40362 was showed mild skin irritant under the conditions of this study and conjunctival redness and slight opacity on cornea appeared from 1 hour after application. The relevance of these irritation tests to evaluation of irritation in biopesticide remains to be further investigated.

Bioherbicides are potential alternatives to chemical herbicides. F40362 strain was showed a good herbicidal activity on Trifolium repens L. and Zoysia japonica, and was identified as Penicillium species which are potentially toxigenic. Therefore, from a safety point of view to technological evaluation, isolates must be tested for potential toxicity. These studies provide more information about the potential toxicological risk of Penicillium spp, and are to get a more comprehensive understanding on the acute toxicity of biopesticide. In the present study, the LD_50 value of F40362 was above 2500 ㎎/㎏ for the oral route and above 2000 ㎎/㎏ for the dermal route. F40362, Penicillium spp, isolated from Trifolium repens L. is considered to have low acute oral and dermal toxicity based on the findings of the present studies.
