FM-VMS는 교통정보제공을 위해 구축한 가변전광표지(Variable Message Signs, 이하 VMS) 문자정보를 워터마킹 기술을 이용하여 음성신호와 같이 동시에 변조시켜 송출하는 시스템으로, 본 논문에서는 VMS에 제공되는 교통정보를 FM 주파수를 이용하여 이동차량에 대하여 실시간 교통정보를 제공하는 시스템을 설계하고 제작하여 특성을 평가하였으며, 가변전광 표지판으로부터의 VMS 정보와 연동한 교통소통정보를 오디오와 문자정보로 변환하여 FM방송을 통해서 자동차 운전자에게 전달하는 것이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. In this thesis, Traffic information which is provided to the VMS used a FM frequency and provides real-time traffic information about the mobile production unit system which designed and produced and a quality evaluated. Result of the research, we will be able to confirm converted audio and text information from traffic information is linked with VMS information, FM broadcast traffic information to motorists passing through it were found to be and as a result of this study, which sees raises the effectiveness of VMS users and using VMS to build low-cos transport infrastructure will be an opportunity.
Use of the Linear Placement Statistics for the Parallelism of Two Regression Lines

In this paper we propose a class of tests for the parallelism of two regression lines based on linear placement statistics. The results of a small-sample Monte Carlo study show that the proposed tests are reasonably good in level control and powers.

본 논문에서는 자체적으로 개발된 항공기의 적외선 열상표적 시스템의 모델링, 설계, 성능시험 결과 등에 대하여 기술한다. 개발된 시스템은 적외선 형상과 강도를 제어할 수 있도록 설계되어서 적외선 형상과 방사되는 강도가 실물 항공기와 유사하다. 본 논문에서 제시한 기술을 적용한 결과 완전가동 상태에서 실물항공기의 적외선열상 이미지와 같은 열상을 만드는데 오직 30㎾ 정도의 전력만을 소비됨을 확인 하였다. 성능실행시험 후에는 표적적응유도시험, 유도조종 로직시험 등과 같은 성능평가시험 단계를 통하여 본 논문에서 개발된 적외선 열상표적을 휴대용 대공유도무기의 표적으로 실용화 하였다. This paper describes modeling, design and performance test results of infrared thermal image target system which can generate infrared thermal image on aircraft. The system is designed to control image shape and intensity so that the infrared image shape and its emitting intensity are so similar to that of real aircraft. When applying the technique suggested in this paper, the system consumes only small electric power energy about 30[㎾] to generate infrared thermal image which is equivalent to that of real aircraft under full power operation. After verifying performance test, the system developed here has been used as a target for korean potable surface to air missile(KPSAM) at the stage of evaluation test such as target adaptive guidance test and auto-pilot logic test.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of storage temperature on short term (40 days) storage pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) fruit quality produced in Korea. The pomegranate fruit were stored at 1oC, 5oC, 10oC, and room temp. (20±2oC). The fruit quality at intervals of 10 days was measured 40 days. Fruit weight loss ranged from 8.7 to 10.7% on storage at 1, 5, and 10oC for 40 days, however room temperature-storage resulted in 19.2% of weight loss. Fruit soluble solids contents and acidity were not different according to storage temperatures for 40 days. Fewer decay fruit was observed at the lower storage temperature at any storage days. Decay fruit was not observed at 1oC for 40 days, however frequency of decay fruit was 60% in the room temperature. Fruit weight loss was not different between normal and dehiscent fruit, however the decay was increased by the dehiscent fruit as the storage period was advanced.
Problems Occurred with Histogram and a Resolution

In this article, several problems inherent in histogram estimate of unknown probability density function are discussed. Those include so called sharp comers and bin edge effect. A resolution for these problems occurred with histogram is discussed. The resulting estimate is called kernel density estimate which is most widely used by data analysts. One of the most recent and reliable data-based choices of scale factor (bandwidth) of the estimate, which has been known to be most crucial, is also discussed.
