강도별 운동 전·후 혈청 LDH, 및 CK의 활성도 변화
임용택,송분도,이충영,박명수 한국스포츠리서치 2005 한국 스포츠 리서치 Vol.16 No.2
The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of Creatine Kinase(CK) and Lactate Dehydrogenase(LDH) activity following different exercise intensities. Each subject(N=G) performed 30min's running with different exercise intensities- 10% VO₂max, 60%VO₂max, 80VO₂max - using treadmill. To measure the blood concentration of CK and LDH, we collected blood three times - pre-exercise, post-exercise and 30min after cessation of exercise. Using this experimental method. following results were obtained; First, There was significant difference between pre- and post-exercise CK concentration in 40%VO₂max exercise group and 60%VO₂max exercise group(p<.05), but no significant difference in 80%VO₂max exercise group. Second, There was no significant difference between pre- and post-exercise LDH concentration in 40%VO₂max exercise group and 60%VO₂max exercise group. but significant difference in 80%VO₂max exercise group. This result suggested that the concentration of CK and LDH following exercise depend on exercise intensities.

The objective of this study was to investigate the managing realities of EVD and provide a descriptive survey with the attempt to obtain basic data needed for the standardization of EVD management. For that purpose, 220 questionnaire copies were distributed to those nurses who were working with intensive care units at university hospitals, general hospitals, semi-general hospitals in Seoul, Kyongki-de and local areas. Of 158 returned questionnaire copies, 139 were used for analysis. Data were collected during the term of academic seminars of Neurosurgery Nursing Committee and KICA (Korea Intensive Care Association), ranging from Oct. 26 through 27. 2000. The tools utilized a structured questionnaire form consisting of 21 questions on general characteristics, the level of understanding, the level of work performance, standard management guidelines, etc. The data collected were analysed with frequency, percentage, mean vague, chi -square test using the SPSS 10.0 program Findings were revealed, as follows: For managing the prevention of EVD infection, aseptic technique was found to be of the most importance (48.9%),'the technique should be carried out at an operation room'(92.8%), but it was actually performed at intensive care units (over 51.5%). 'The term of antibiotics use should be less than 7 days' (81.8%), while it was actually executed for less than 7 days (49.5%). 'The proper time of quittance from it should be within less than 7 days'(74.1%) but actual quittance was executed only by 51.1%. 'Set exchange is needed' by 54.0% but actual exchange was implemented merely by 28.1%. 'The subject of management should be nurses' was reflected by 40% but actually 52.0% were carried out. As a result of hating analysed the understanding of the management of EVD by general characteristics, a significant difference was found in the necessity for set exchange by hospitals, in the time of quittance of a catheter, and in ablution items by work experience. The result of hating analysed the work performance levels of EVD management by general characteristics revealed that a significant difference in administration facilities of medicine by the classification of hospitals, especially the use of antibiotics and the quitting time of a catheter by the classification of intensive care units, and in the use of antibiotics and ablution items by the standard management guidelines.

This study was designed to investigate the effect of a year aerobic exercise training on body composition, isokinetic knee and trunk muscular strength of elders. The subjects for this study were eighty healthy elderly people who were members of seniors tower at Song-Do Hospital and didn`t have any history of cardiorepiratory disease. Subjects have been trained three times a week for a year. The exercise program was made up of a 15-minute warm-up, cool-down. Stretching was performed every eight minutes for the prevention of injuries which could occur during the main exercise and quick recovery of the used muscle. Aerobic training was performed for each 15-20minutes using the treadmill and cycle ergometer at the intensity of 50-70% HRmax. For the data, all the measurements were represented by mean and standard deviation using SAS package(version 6.12). Statistical techniques for data analysis were paired t-test to determine the difference between pre and post exercise program. The 5% level of significance was used as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The following results were obtained from this study. 1. There is a statistically significant difference in the VO_2max, fat mass, lean mass and %body fat both old men and women after a year training. 2. There is not a statistically significant difference in the weight, WHR and thigh circumference both old men and women after a year training. 3. There is a statistically significant difference in the right knee flexor/extensor peak torque, peak torque % body weight, total work and total work % body weight both old men and women after a year training. 4. There is a statistically significant difference in the left knee flexor/extensor peak torque, peak torque % body weight, total work and total work % body weight both old men and women after a year training.
GOVERNMENT SIZE , DEMOGRAPHIC CHANGES , AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
LEE, BUN SONG,LIN, SHUANGLIN 한국국제경제학회 1994 International Economic Journal Vol.8 No.1
This paper examines the effect of government size on the growth rate of per capita output by incorporating demographic variables. Evidence from more than 86 countries suggests that the demographic variables not only affect economic growth, but also determine the size of government. Both the young and the old age dependency ratios were positively related to the size of government, while population density and population size were negatively related to the size of government. Moreover, when the demographic variables are included in the growth equations, the effect of government size on the growth rate of per capita output became insignificant rather than, as prior studies showed, significantly negative. This paper analyzes the influence of income distribution on fertility behavior using the Chinese provincial data mainly taken from the 1982 Population Census of China. The existing evidence on this important issue is inconclusive. In particular, our use of cross-province data for a single country improves upon the existing literature which employed either cross-country data or individual household data.
TESTING ALTERNATIVE SPECIFICATIONS OF RESERVE FLOW EQUATIONS : THE JAPANESE EXPERIENCE , 1959 - 1986
LEE, BUN SONG,WOHAR, MARK E . 한국국제경제학회 1991 International Economic Journal Vol.5 No.1
Using annual data for Japan spanning the period 1959-1986, alternative reduced form equations are derived and various monetarist propositions are tested against their Keynesian alternatives. Employing specification and exogeneity tests in order to choose between restricted and unrestricted model specifications-concerning purchasing power parity and exchange market pressure-we find evidence of deviation from purchasing power parity. The results also indicate that the monetary approach is favored over the Keynesian alternative. Finally, the results suggest that foreign disturbances are transmitted to the exchange market pressure variable by foreign money supply growth, controlling for real foreign income growth, rather than through foreign inflation.
