      • 12주간의 웨이트트레이닝과 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 태권도선수의 대퇴근력에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate isokinetic strength of knee joint in Taewondo player's, this study selected 60 subjects from college soccer players. The muscular strength of Taekwondo players' knee joints was measured after 12 Weeks' weight training and plyometric training Cyber 770 Was used to measure the extensor and fluor torque of 60 Taekwondo players at 60 dge/sec, 180 dge/sec and 240 dge/sec. There were significant differences in the power-efficiency of both extensor and flexor at 60 dge/sec and 180 dge/sec between before and after training. There Was no significant difference in the average power of both extensor and flexor at 60 dge/sec between before training and after 12 weeks' training. But There was a significant difference in the average power of both extensor and flexor at 180 dge/sec between before training and after 12 weeks' training. There was a significant difference n the total work of both extensor and flexor at 240 dge/sec between before training, after 8 weeks' and after 15 weeks' training. There was no significant difference in muscular endurance ratio of both extensor and flexor at 140 dge/sec between the groups. So far various training methods for Taekwondo players have been developed but they had too much attention on simple physical fitness. To satisfy the requirements of Modern Taekwondo, combining necessary elements for Taekwondo from various training methods helps improve physical fitness and muscular strength. Such training may advance players' performance.

        대두 단백질 및 배아를 이용한 Bifidobacterium lactis BL740의 균체성장 및 이소플라본 비배당체 생산을 위한 통계적 배지 최적화

        In order to maximize the growth of Bifidobacterium lactis BL 740 and soy isoflavone agycones production, we investigated the optimization of a culture medium containing soy hypocotyls, which are the byproducts of the soy manufacturing process, and soy proteins. The ingredients of the medium containing soy materials (S-medium) were selected by fractional factorial design (FFD) and central composite design (CCD) within a desirable range. The FFD was applied by six factors: glucose, cellobiose, fructooligosaccharide, soy peptone, soy protein, and soy hypocotyl. Soy protein, soy peptone, and soy hypocotyl were found to be significant factors from the result of FFD for both the growth of B. lactis BL 740 and aglycone production. The CCD was then applied with three variables found from FFD at five levels each and the optimum values were determined for the three variables: soy peptone, soy protein, and soy hypocotyl. In the case of the growth of B. lactics BL740, the proposed optimal media contained 12.73 g/L of soy protein, 29.55 g/L of soy peptone, and 130.67 g/L of soy hypocotyl. To produce isoflavone aglycones, optimized media was composed of 2.06 g/L, soy protein, 1.25 g/L of soy peptone, and 60.02 g/L of soy hypocotyl. 대두가공공정 중 발생하는 부산물인 대두배아 및 대두 단백질을 이용하여 Bifidobacterium lactis BL740의 생균수 및 대두 이소플라본 비배당체 생산 최대화를 위한 배지최적화를 수행하였고 이를 위하여 통계적 방법인 fractional factorial design(FFD) 및 central composite design(CCD)를 이용, 대두 유래 성분들이 포함된 배지(S-medium)의 최적 조성물을 확인하였다. FFD의 경우 glucose, cellobiose, fructooligosaccharidde, soy peptone, soy protein, 대두배아를 이용 총 6가지 요소를 2수준에서 적용하였으며 이 중 soy protein, soy peptone 그리고 대두 배아가 B. lactis BL740의 균성장 혹은 대두 이소플라본 비배당체 전환에 중요 인자로 확인이 되었다. FFD에서 확인된 3가지 인자를 CCD에 적용하였으며 이를 통해 균성장의 경우 최적의 배지조성함량이 soy peptone 29.55 g/L, soy protein 12.73g/L, 대두 배아 130.67 g/L로 확인되었으며 비배당체 전환의 경우 soy peptone 1.25 g/L, soy protein 2.06 g/L, 대두 배아 60.02 g/L로 최적화 되었다.

        한국 태권도 연맹 발전사: 여성, 실업연맹에 대하여

        This study specifically examines the development history of Women's Federations and Industry Federations among the five federations that have had a significant impact on the development of Taekwondo. This study was conducted with the goal of finding out through this and leaving a documentary trace on the development history of Taekwondo. Through the study, the following results were confirmed. First, the establishment of the Korean Women's Taekwondo Federation provided an opportunity to have a wider perspective on women's sports participation in Korea, and based on the establishment of the Women's Federation, it served as an opportunity for further development of Korean Women's Taekwondo. Second, the establishment of the Korea Industry Taekwondo Federation was established to help Taekwondo players continue their activities after graduating from college and discharged from the military. This is thought to be a stepping stone for diversification of the age group of Taekwondo players.

      • 南江댐 上流 河中島의 初期遷移에 따른 植生構造와 上壤의 性質

        하증로의 초기천이에 따른 토양의 성질과 식생구조를 규명하기 위하여, 경남 진주시의 남강댐 상류에 위치한 하증도에서 1989년 10월부터 1991년 9월까지 토양의 이화학적 특성, 식물상, 식물군락의 구조 및 버들속의 분포 등을 조사하였다. 1. 토양의 유기물 함량은 0.79~6.22%, 총질소량은 0.1~2.4 mg g^-1, 유효인량은 7.3~39.6 ㎍ ㅎ^-1, pH는 5.24~6.79, 전기전도도는 14~210 ㎛ho cm^-1이었고 입경조성은 모래 50.0~95.0%, 미사 2.5~47.0%, 점토 1.0~6.0% 등으로서 계절적으로 조사지소에 따라 차이가 있었다. 토향깊이에 따른 유기물 함량과 총질소량은 상층부에서 높았으며 pH는 대체로 낮아졌다. 2. 하중도에서 조사된 관속식물은 38 과 94 속 129 종 20 변종 2품종으로 총151종류였다. 이중 양치식물이 2 종류 피자식물이 149 종류였고, 피자식물은 단자엽식물이 50 종류 쌍자엽식물이 99 종류였으며, 쌍자엽식물 중 목본은 17 종류였다. 3. 초본 중에서 우점종은 중요치가 26.3인 도꼬마리 (Xanthium strumarium)였고 여뀌 (Persicaria hydropiper)가 중요치 24.1로 아우점하였으며, 물억새 (Misconthus sacchariflorus), 세모고랭이 (Scirpus triqueter), 물잔디 (Pseudoraphis ukishaba)등의 순으로 중요치가 낮아졌다. 4. 초지식생의 군총분석 결과 양의 상관은 여뀌 (Persicaria hydropiper)가 8회로 가장 높고, 그 다음이 미국가막사리 (Bidens frondosa)와 도꼬마리 (Xanthium strumarium)가 각각 7회로 나타났다. 음의 상관은 세모고랭이(Scirpus triqueter)가 6회로 가장 많고, 쇠치기풀 (Hemarthria sibirica) 및 물억새 (Miscanthus sacchariflorus) 5회, 미국가막사리 (Bidens frondosa) 4회 등의 순으로 적었다. 5. 초지식생의 종다양도는 11월의 1.305부터 8월의 1.538까지 계절에 따라 차이가 있었다. 6. 본 하중도에서 조사된 12종의 버들류 (Salixspp.) 중 선버들 (Salix nipponica)이 우점종이었고 강계버들 (Salix kangensis)이 아우점하였는데, 이들 버들류는 하중도에서 초기천이의 개척식물로 추정되었다. Physico-chemical properties of soil, flora, plant community structure, and distribution of Salix spp. were investigated at the sandbar in the upper stream of the Namgang-Dam, near chinju city, Gyeongsangnam-Do, Korea from October 1989 to September 1991. 1. Ranges of the soil properties such as organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, pH, and conductivity were 0.79 ∼ 6.22%, 0.1 ∼ 2.4 ㎎ g^-1, 7.3 ∼ 39.6 ㎍ g^-1, 5.24 ∼ 6.79, and 14 ∼ 210 ㎛ho ㎝^-1, respectively. Percentages of the particle size for sand, silt, and clay were 50.0∼95.0%, 2.5∼47.0 %, and 1.0∼6.0 %, respectively. Those values were different along with seasons and stands. The values of organic matter and total nitrogen were high, and pH was low at the upper layer of the sediment. 2. The flora of the sandbar was composed of 38 families, 94 genera, 129 species, 20 varieties, and 2 forma or total 151 taxa. Among them, Pteridophyta was 2 taxa, and Angiospermae was 149 taxa including 50 taxa of Monocotyledoneae and 99 taxa of Dicotyledoneae. Dicotyledoneas was composed of 17 taxa of woody plants and 82 taxa of herbaceous plants. 3. Among herbaceous species, Xanthium strumarium was the dominant species by the importance value of 26.3, and those of Persicaria hydropiper, Miscanthus sacchariflous, and Scirpus triqueter were 24.1, 17.8, and 13.0, respectively. 4. As the result of the association analysis for the herbaceous species, the number of positive correlation for Persicaria hydropiper was highest as 8 times, and that of Bidens frondosa and Xanthium strumarium was 7 times. The number of negative correlation for Scirpus triqueter was highest as 6 times, and that of Hemarthria sibirica and Miscanthus sacchariflorus was 5 times, and Bidens frondosa was 4 times. 5. The species diversity indices for the herbaceous species were different along with the season from 1.305 of November to 1.538 of August. 6. Among 12 Salix species of the sandbar, Salix nipponica was the dominant species, and Salix kangen was subdominant. Salix species were supposed to the pioneer plants at the early stage of the sandbar succession in the investigated area.
