        ≪崔煒≫的敘事學研究

        The Narrative Research of “Cui Wei” is a work in Pei Chong's collection of novels “Legend” (novel)in the late Tang Dynasty. The narrative content of this work is intertwined and the plot is full of ups and downs. The real space and the surreal space intersect and the changes in the space scene are fascinating, The description of the two spaces of the human world and the underground world with white snake and fairies and ghosts can be said to be all-encompassing from which you can feel the author’s careful conception and outstanding imagination. The identity of the old woman that the protagonist Cui Wei met at the beginning of the story has always been in suspense and it was not revealed until the end and the author’s ingenuity can be seen even more. It can be said to be a very valuable work of narrative analysis. This article attempts to use narrative theories and methods to study this work comprehensively and systematically. This article mainly analyzes the text from four aspects-narrative perspective. narrative time, narrative space, narrative logic and characteristics. Through this analysis and research to find its narrative laws and patterns we can better understand this work.

        基於意象圖式的現代漢語動詞‘走’和‘跑’的多義體系分析

        本文以动词‘走’和‘跑’的多個义项为研究对象, 运用认知语言学的意象圖式理论, 分析了这两個动词各自多义體系形成的機制, 以及这两個动词之间多义體系的差别和联系, 探究这種多义體系形成的機制與‘走’和‘跑’所形成的不同宾语搭配的内在动因。我们发现这两個动词各自义项之间是互相关联的, 另外每個义项下面可以通过焦點的转换、意象圖式的转换引申出多個义项。‘走’和‘跑’多义體系的形成, 起主要作用的就是隐喻。路径圖式在我们观察义项内部之间的区别时起了很大的作用。‘走’的意象圖式路径中射體移动经过的界标可能是一個人工建造的, 有边界的平地, 垂直的, 有坡度的斜面, 距離地面有一定距離的三维物體或一维物體。‘跑’的移动主體是人的情况下, 界标受到的限制比较多。與‘走’相比, ‘跑’多了‘泄露义’和‘为了某事而奔波’的义项, 这两個义项可以用‘容器圖式’和‘吸引圖式’来解释。 This paper takes the multiple meanings of the verbs ‘走(walk)' and ‘跑(run)' as the research object. This paper uses the image schema theory of cognitive linguistics to analyze the mechanism of the formation of the polysemy systems of these two verbs as well as the relationship between the two verbs. The differences and connections of polysemous systems, explore the mechanism of the formation of such polysemous systems and the internal motivation of different object collocations formed by ‘walk' and ‘run'. We found that the meanings of these two verbs are related to each other. In addition, under each meaning, multiple meanings can be derived through the transformation of focus and image schema. Metaphor plays a major role in the formation of the polysemous system of ‘walk' and ‘run'. Path schemas play a big role in our observation of the distinctions within meanings. The LM(landmark) that TR(trajector) moves through in the image schema path of ‘walk' may be an artificially constructed flat ground with boundaries, vertical and sloped slopes, three-dimensional objects or one-dimensional objects with a certain distance from the ground. When the moving subject of ‘run' is a person, LM is subject to more restrictions. Compared with ‘walk', ‘run' has more meanings of ‘disclosure' and ‘running for something', which can be explained by ‘container schema' and ‘attraction schema'.

        Cross-coupling control method of the two-axis linear motor based on second-order terminal sliding mode

        When the dual-axis linear motor is processing components, its accuracy will be affected by the uncertainty and nonlinearity of the system, and the complexity of the processing curve trajectory. The goal is to improve the machining accuracy and response speed of the XY dual-axis permanent magnet synchronous linear motor two-dimensional platform, improve the anti-interference ability, and reduce the contour error. This paper proposes a coupled control method based on dual closed-loop single-axis high-order terminal sliding mode position control (TSMC). First, an improved mathematical model of equivalent contour error is established. Combine the coordinated controller to get the coupling link. Then, to accelerate error convergence and suppress chattering, a high-order terminal sliding mode controller is designed. The single-axis current controller is designed using high-order sliding mode algorithms. Simulations and experiments show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.

        MiR-182-5p Mediated by Exosomes Derived From Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell Attenuates Inflammatory Responses by Targeting TLR4 in a Mouse Model of Myocardial Infraction

        Exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) could protect against myocardial infarction (MI). TLR4 is reported to play an important role in MI, while microRNA-182-5p (miR-182-5p) negatively regulates TLR4 expression. Therefore, we hypothesize that MSCs-derived exosomes overexpressing miR-182-5p may have beneficial effects on MI. We generated bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) and overexpressed miR-182-5p in these cells for exosome isolation. H2O2-stimulated neonatal mouse ventricle myocytes (NMVMs) and MI mouse model were employed, which were subjected to exosome treatment. The expression of inflammatory factors, heart function, and TLR4 signaling pathway activation were monitored. It was found that miR-182-5p decreased TLR4 expression in BM-MSCs and NMVMs. Administration of exosomes overexpressing miR-182-5p to H2O2-stimulated NMVMs enhanced cell viability and suppressed the expression of inflammatory cytokines. In addition, they promoted heart function, suppressed inflammatory responses, and de-activated TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in MI mice. In conclusion, miR-182-5p transferred by the exosomes derived from BM-MSCs protected against MI-induced impairments by targeting TLR4.

        CO2 Adsorption on the B12N12 Nanocage Encapsulated with Alkali Metals: A Density Functional Study

        Density functional theory (DFT) calculations have been carried out to study the capacity of the B12N12 nanocage encapsulated with alkali metals (Li, Na, K) for the CO2 adsorption and activation. It is found that after encapsulating alkali metals, the alkali metal atoms are closer to one side of clusters instead of exactly lying at the center, and a considerable charge transfers from the inner alkali metal atoms to the B12N12 cage. Besides, the HOMO–LUMO gap (HLG) values of Li@B12N12, Na@B12N12 and K@B12N12 are decreased to about 6 eV, being much smaller than that of the pristine B12N12. Although the geometry structure parameters and the energy differences of M06-2X are slightly different from the ones of ωB97X-D, some identical results of two kinds of functional can be obtained. CO2 can be adsorbed chemically and physically on majority bonds of all the clusters, except for some bonds with large change in bond length and bond indices. The encapsulation of alkali-metal atoms may enhance the physical and chemical adsorption of CO2 on the surface of the clusters, in which Na@B12N12 and K@B12N12 are the most powerful physical and chemical adsorbent for CO2, respectively.

        A multifunctional lactic acid based plasticizer used for plasticizing PVC and PLA: Endowing PLA elastic restore capability

        A novel multifunctional plasticizer, cyclohexyl triethylene glycol oligo-lactate (CTLE) was designed by atwo-step esterification reaction using green non-toxic biomass lactic acid as raw material. Its structurewas characterized by 1H NMR, FT-IR and TOF-MS. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), tensile test andleaching test were used to evaluate the plasticizer effect of PVC or PLA blends. Compared with commercialplasticizers, CTLE showed more outstanding thermal stability, flexibility and migration stability. Under the same condition with the addition of 50 phr plasticizer, the CTLE plasticized PVC film hadthe lowest glass transition temperature (TgCTLE-50 = 24.6 C) and the highest initial decomposition temperature(TiCTLE-50 = 265.4 C). In PLA blends, only the CTLE plasticized PLA film could recover after fracture,and the stress relaxation test results showed that the stress value of PLA-CTLE-20 drops sharply to anon-zero value, showing elastic characteristics. We estimate that the excellent plasticity of CTLE is due toits molecular structure. Among them, a large number of polar groups form intermolecular forces withPVC chain segments to make the binding tight, and the ring structure increases the free volume betweenPVC chain segments.

        Role of microRNAs in myogenesis and their effects on meat quality in pig — A review

        The demand for food is increasing day by day because of the increasing global population. Therefore, meat, the easiest and largely available source of protein, needs to be produced in large amounts with good quality. The pork industry is a significant shareholder in fulfilling the global meat demands. Notably, myogenesis- development of muscles during embryogenesis- is a complex mechanism which culminates in meat production. But the molecular mechanisms which govern the myogenesis are less known. The involvement of miRNAs in myogenesis and meat quality, which depends on factors such as myofiber composition and intramuscular fat contents which determine the meat color, flavor, juiciness, and water holding capacity, are being extrapolated to increase both the quantity and quality of pork. Various kinds of microRNAs (miRNAs), miR-1, miR-21, miR22, miR-27, miR-34, miR-127, miR-133, miR-143, miR-155, miR-199, miR-206, miR-208, miR-378, and miR-432 play important roles in pig skeletal muscle development. Further, the quality of meat also depends upon myofiber which is developed through the expression of different kinds of miRNAs at different stages. This review will focus on the mechanism of myogenesis, the role of miRNAs in myogenesis, and meat quality with a focus on the pig.
