This study was conducted in order to explore general flora of the Gyounggi-do Province and to clarify the distribution of some specificated taxa of the Korea. Daebu-do Island, Mt. Taewha, Mt. Hwaya, Mt. Gumdan, Mt. Chilhyun and Mt. Chulma among eighth grade-area of the Degree of Green Naturality (DGN) within the boundary of the Gyounggi-do Province were visited to investigate local flora. The number of identified vascular plant species were as follow; Mt. Hwaya: 120 species (99 genera of 67 families), Mt. Teawha: 132 species (103 genera of 56 families), Daebu-do Island: 124 species (103 genera of 50 families), Mt. Chulma: 129 species (99 genera of 67 families), Mt. Gumdan: 121 species (96 genera of 52 families), Mt. Chilyun: 90 species (74 genera of 42 families). The endemic Clematis brachyura Maxim. was found to distribute Daeby-do. It seemed that plantation was occupying large area in forest of the Gyounggi-do Province. Forty two specificated taxa were identified and 3 taxa, 10 taxa, 5 taxa, and 24 taxa were sorted into forth grade, third grade, second grade, and first grade respectively. Mt. Taewha showed the highest record (16 taxa) in the number of specificated taxa, Mt. Hwaya was the next with 13 taxa. Mt, Chulma (12 taxa), Mt. Gumdan (11 taxa), Daebu-do Island (7 taxi), and Mt, Chylma (4 taxi) followed. Mt. Taewa and Mt. Whaya were found to be relatively higher in the score calculated front the specificated taxa distribution, while Daebu-do Island and Mt. Chilyun were lower, that difference was probably due in part to consequences of severe disturbance of human activities. With respect to the consequences of severe disturbance of human activities. With respect to the geographical proximity to the Gangwon Province, Mt. Hwaya showed higher similarity of the species composition to that of the Mt. Jumbong.

소형민수헬기 능동진동제어시스템 개발

헬기의 능동진동제어시스템(AVCS)은 주로터로부터 발생되는 진동을 제어하며, 수동형 진동저감장치 대비 저중량으로 우수한 진동저감 성능을 발휘한다. 본 논문에서는 FxLMS 알고리즘을 기반으로 타코미터 및 가속도 센서 신호를 통해 연산된 제어명령을 하중발생기(CFG)로 전달하여 소형 민수헬기의 진동을 제어하는 소프트웨어 개발 및 검증 내용을 제시하였다. DO-178C /DO-331 표준에 따라 모델 기반 설계 기법을 통해 진동제어 소프트웨어를 개발하였으며, PILS 및 HILS 환경에서 실시간 작동 성능을 평가하였다. 특히, PILS 환경에서는 LDRA 기반 검증 커버리지를 통해 소프트웨어의 신뢰성을 향상시켰다. AVCS를 소형민수헬기에 적용하기 위해 지상/비행시험을 통해 대상 헬기 동적응답특성 모델을 획득하였다. 이를 기반으로 시스템 최적화 분석 및 비행시험을 통해 최적 성능을 발휘하는 AVCS 형상을 결정하고, STC 인증을 획득하였다. Active vibration control system(AVCS) for helicopter enables to control the vibration generated from the main rotor and has the superb vibration reduction performance with low weight compared passive vibration reduction device. In this paper, FxLMS algorithm-based vibration control software of the light civil helicopter tansmits the control command calculated using the signals of the tachometer and accelerometers to the circular force generator(CFG) is developed and verified. According to the RTCA DO-178C/DO-331, the vibration control software is developed through the model based design technique, and real-time operation performance is evaluated in PILS(processor in-the loop simulation) and HILS(hardware in-the loop simulation) environments. In particular, the reliability of the software is improved through the LDRA-based verification coverage in the PIL environments. In order to AVCS to light civil helicopter(LCH), the dynamic response characteristic model is obtained through the ground/flight tests. AVCS configuration which exhibits the optimal performance is determined using system optimization analysis and flight test and obtain STC certification.

Recently, as the Smart Phone is rapidly disseminated worldwide, it is emerging as an important digital communication media changing the communication types of users. We use the Smart Phone in all aspect of daily life besides communication. The Smart Phone is indispensible tool that has a great ripple effect on our daily life. Therefore, if the Smart Phone users lose or do not bring their phones, they were troubled. In this paper, we make users available to use the Smart Phone, even if they lose or do not bring their phones. To do this end, we develop features that search the phone in case of not knowing where it is, that contact another phone in case of not bringing their phone, that lock the phone in case of losing it. We expect these features promote a expansion and a vitality of the Smart Phone market.

골수 단핵구 배양에 대한 조혈성장인자의 효과

Now a days, hematopoietic stem cell transplatation can be used as an effective treatment modality for bone marrow failure syndromes such as aplastic anemia, malignancies, and certain metabolic disease. Hematopoietic stem cells are the population of cells capable both of self renewal and differentiation into a variety of hematopoietic lineages. It is suggested that clinical practice in the areas of bone marrow transplantation and gene therapy might rely on the ex vivo expansion of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. The enumeration of cell expression of CD34 and granulocyte macrophage colony forming unit (CFU-GM) are used for assessing the efficacy of human hematopoietic stem cell enrichment technique. The colony stimulating factors (CSF) stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of progenitor cells. We pursued a series of experiments to define the proper conditions for the expansion of hematopoietic stem cells in the short term liquid suspension culture of bone marrow cells and to define optimal combination of colony stimulating factors(CSFs). Liquid cultures were initiated with 1x10 bone marrow mononuclear cells (BM MNCs), and innoculated with 1x10 CD 34 cells, which were isolated from BM MNCs by flow cytometry, in 3 well petri dishes with the various hematopoietic growth factors (HGF). The recombinant human HGFs used are 100ng/mL of stem cell factor (SCF), 100 ng/mL of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), 100 ng/mL of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), 100ng/mL of interleukin-3 (IL-3) and combination of SCF 100ng/mL, GM-CSF 100ng/mL, IL-3 100ng/mL. At the end of the culture, colony forming cells were evaluated by semisolid clonogenic assay(CFU-GM) and CD34+ cells were enumerated with flow cytometry. On the third day of the culture, CD34+ cells were expanded 14.98 fold with the addition of SCF, 7.82 fold with G-CSF, 11.12 fold with GM-CSF, 15.53 fold with IL-3 and 18.32 fold with SCF, GM-CSF and IL-3. On the seventh day of the culture, CD34+ cells were expanded 5.82 fold with SCF,5.91 fold with G-CSF,13.94 fold with GM-CSF, 6.43 fold with IL-3 and 9.45 fold with SCF, GM-CSF and IL-3. In CFU-GM assay of the three day culture, CFU-GM counts were 37.5 with SCF, 74.1 with G-CSF, 90.5 with GM-CSF, 126.7 with IL-3, and 125.8 with SCF, GM-CSF and IL-3. The CFU-GM counts of the seven day culture are 31.4 with SCF, 44.6 with G-CSF, 42.3 with GM-CSF, 55.2 with IL-3, and 90.2 with SCF, GM-CSF and IL-3. The three day culture of BM MNCs was more effective than the seven day culture of CD34+ cell expansion and CFU-GM expansion. The results of this study suggest that short term culture of bone marrow cells could expand hematopoietic progenitor cells with the addition of HGFs. Especially, three day culture of BM MNCs with the addition of SCF, GM-CSF and IL-3 might be the most efficient in this system.

Die wilde Ehe zwischen Woyzeck und Marie spiegelt die staatliche Armenpolitik und das damit verbundene Klassen- und Herrschaftsverha¨ltnis wider. Eine ganz entscheidende Ursache fu¨r die wilde Ehe in der Unterschicht ist die gesetzlichen Verehelichungsbeschrankungen, die es seit dem 17. und 18. Jahrhundert gibt. Die wilde Ehe zwischen Marie und Woyzeck wird nicht als bewusstes Gegenbild zu bu¨rgerlichen Ehe- und Moralvorstellungen entwickelt, sondern erscheint aufgrund a¨ußerer Widrigkeiten als die einzige Alternative. Dabei fa¨llt auf, wie ambivalent die Haltung Woyzecks gegenu¨ber der herrschenden Moral ist. Seine Verbindung mit Marie ist Nachahmung und Ersatz fu¨r ein burgerliches Familienleben, das er sich nicht leisten kann. Die wilde Ehe wird als bei ihm "rechtens" empfunden, mit eigenstundigen Verhaltensweisen und -normen versehen und gegen die Angriffe des Hauptmanns verteidigt. Die ambivalente Haltung Maries ist noch sta¨rker, da sie nicht nur in einer illegalen Verbindung mit Woyzeck lebt, sondern diese durch die Beziehung mit dem Tambourmajor in Frage stellt. Marie lehnt nicht die bu¨rgerliche Sexualnorm ab, sucht aber auch nicht nach einer eigenen Form der Sexualita¨t. Ihre Rechtfertigungsstrategie ist gespalten. Aus ihrer sozialen Situation legitimiert sie ihre Zwangslage als Hure. Sie wa¨hlt den Tambourmajor, der ihr kleine Geschenke macht und den sie sexuell attraktiv findet. Trotz der sexuellen Komponente hat Maries Ausbruch nichts Befreiendes an sich. Besonders das Kind erinnert sie immer sta¨rker an ihre Verfehlung. Die o¨konomische Motivierung sowohl der wilden Ehe als auch des Ehebruchs bei Marie verdeutlicht, wie stark die Beziehungen zwischen Frauen und Ma¨nnern in den Unterschichten von wirtschaftlichen Faktoren bestimmt sind. Ihre Beziehungen, inklusive der sexuellen, beruhen prima¨r auf pragmatischen Lebensanforderungen. Buchner legt in Woyzeck den Schwerpunkt auf die soziale Bedingtheit der Begriffe Freiheit, Individualita¨t und Moral. Die bu¨rgerlichen, institutionalisierten Eheideale werden von ihm als Instrument entlarvt, das nur der Machterhaltung des herrschenden Gesellschaftssystems dient. fu¨r Buchner ist die Ehe eine in erster Linie durch wirtschaftliche u¨berlegungen bestimmte Institution. Deshalb lehnt er die burgerlichen Ehe- und Moralvorstellungen ab, die realita¨tsfremde Ideale propagieren. Dass er die wilde Ehe als eine mo¨gliche Alternative fu¨r die arme Bevo¨lkerung sieht, Bedu¨rfnisse nach Emotionalita¨t und Sexualita¨t zu befriedigen, demonstriert, dass er die Ehe als eine soziale Erscheinungsform von enormer Flexibilita¨t und Wundlungsfa¨higkeit begreift. Auffa¨llig ist jedoch, dass Bu¨chner, der fu¨r sich in Anspruch nimmt, ein mo¨glichst realistisches Abbild zu liefern, Marie weder in einer Fabrik oder einem Betrieb noch in einem Privathaushalt produktiv ta¨tig sein la¨sst, wie es seinerzeit aus wirtschaftlichen Gru¨nden (doppeltes Einkommen!) hau¨fig vorkam. Es stelit sich die Frage, ob Bu¨chner sich hier nicht selbst der bu¨rgerlichen Geschlechterrollenstereotypen bedient, die der Frau den Platz im Haushalt zuweisen. Trotzdem ist Buchners differenzierte Betrachtungsweise weiblicher Sexualita¨t unverkennbar. Aus der Sicht Bu¨chners kann in einer auf Unterdru¨ckung beruhenden Geselischaft, Sexualita¨t von diesel. Unterdrtickung nicht frei sein. Vielmehr zeigt Bu¨chner eine doppelte Unterdru¨ckungskette auf: die Beherrschung einer Klasse durch eine undere und die der unterdru¨ckten Frau durch den sozial deklassierten Mann.

『沙石集』의 書誌學的 硏究

"Shyasekishyu" is a collection of Buddhist tales, finally completed in 1283. Various sorts of the volumes transmitted for about 700 years from generation to generation have difficulty being systematically classified. This is attributable to the complex processes through which "Shyasekishyu" has been formed. That is, even after completed, the book itself was revised several times by the author, and had to experience some modifications in the progress of transcription. Accordingly, a great many dedications should be given to build up the systematic classification of " Shyasekishyu". The purpose of this article is to newly classify the volumes transmitted in the various forms up to now; and to illuminate the characteristics of each volume. Further, we will clarify the value of "Shyasekishyu" as a kind of material written in Middle Japanese.

「-ていく」·「-てくる」와「-kada」·「-oda」의 대조 연구

The purpose of this paper is to compare the Japanese language of 「-teiku」 「-tekuru」 with the Korean language of 「-kada」「-oda」. As a methodology, the usage of the two languages is classified by space and time (aspect) dimensions. The result shows that the usage of the two languages is similar in a space dimension, but much different in a time (aspect) dimension. Specifically, Japanese language of 「-tekure」 which means occurrence cannot be translated into korean language of 「-oda」 but into 「-nada」. The usage of 「-teiku」「-tekuru」 and 「-kada」「-oda」 which show transformation is basically similar. However, 「-oda」 of wanted transformation and 「-kada」 of unwanted transformation can be used with exception from a speaker standpoint.

『とはずがたり』의 待遇表現 : 尊敬表現을 중심으로(1)

The purpose of this study is to consider the usage of the honorific terms that are used in Towazugatari, written in the Kamakura period, which have been overlooked without detailed research, in an attempt to study the honorific terms of the Middle Ages. There are many kinds of honorific terms in Towazugatari, most of which originated from the linguistic usages of the Nara/Heian period. Besides this succession, there are some other honorific features of Middle Japanese aside from those that have been commonly used with regard to civility. This dissertation will classify the honorific expressions into three types; 'Sonkei expressions' (尊敬表現), 'Kenzyo expressions'(謙讓表現) and 'Taisha expressions'(對者表現). The first type of honorific expressions that will be discussed is Sonkei expressions': 1) As some words which included the meaning of high respect in the Heian period get weaker in their own civility, they get to combine with the auxiliaries such as '-(ra)ru' and '-(sa)su' so that some complex honorific verbs ('oseraru' and 'tamawasu) are derived. The term, '-(ra)ru', which was not used very often in the female vocabulary from the Heian period is combined to common verbs or honorific terms such as 'mosu'; consequently, such forms as 'iwaru' and 'mosaru' are derived. 2) In the Kamakura period, the form of 'go(on)-ari' (御-あり) which has been used ever since the Heian period started to be used in various ways, along with 'go(on)-naru' (御-なる). This usage came to be applied to expressions representing commands like 'go(on)-are' and negative expressions like 'go(on)-nashi' (御-なし).
