We face a common challenge of recession of shopping streets in both countries, Japan and Korea. In this article, we consider the issues and resolution policy on which centralized shopping street's revitalization for businesses and social community. After the establishment of “Three laws of community building”, Japanese shopping areas had any new problems against their business community and made the revitalization plan and carried out the policy. Though they could not strike home against their serious matters, in some shopping areas, inhabitant, school officials and public administration together to stem stagnation at the shopping community. Our topics will also include measures to combat depressed area, which is been increasing on Asian countries As a result, we can find three issue points. First, modernization and urbanization have progressed and many people does not enjoy contributing to a community. It is also a part of perception gaps between new migration and old community. Second, it's different in the problem that a shopping area holds depending on the scales of the market population. Third, a lot of shopping districts use, as traditional promotion, "soft promotion" which is concentrating on high service of cash, common advertisement, service tickets and common merchandise vouchers. We can find the activation policy which fit "economies of the scale" according to the nature of the shopping area. 연구개발 활동의 다양화와 융합화에 따라 실험실에서 다양한 종류의 화학물질의 취급 사용과 함께 연구실의 수행업무도 복잡 다양해져 잠재위험이 크다. 연구실의 사고예방 위해 무엇보다 중요한 것은 실험실 사고의 체계적인 분석이다. 대학이나 연구기관에서 연구실 사고사례의 체계적인 분석과 관리가 미흡하여 안전대책 수립이 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 화학물질 사용량과 폐기량 및 연구실 안전환경 인식도를 조사하였으며, 대학이나 연구기관의 연구실 사고 경향을 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 최근 화학물질로 인한 사고원인 분석과 사고로 부터 얻은 교훈 등을 살펴보고, 안전대책을 제시하여 연구활동종사자의 안전한 연구환경을 조성하는 방안을 논의해 보과 한다.

To predict mechanical properties of secondary hardening martensitic steels, a machine learning ensemble model was established. Based on ANN(Artificial Neural Network) architecture, some kinds of methods was considered to optimize the model. In particular, interaction features, which can reflect interactions between chemical compositions and processing conditions of real alloy system, was considered by means of feature engineering, and then K-Fold cross validation coupled with bagging ensemble were investigated to reduce R2_score and a factor indicating average learning errors owing to biased experimental database.

본 연구는 산업현장에서 단열재로 .사용되고 있는 폴리스티렌 폼, 폴리우레탄 폼, 폴리에틸렌 폼과 같은 플라스틱 단열재의 화재특성을 구명하고자 하였다. 플라스틱 단열재의 화재특성은 ISO 5660에 따라 콘칼로리미터 시험을 수행하였다. 사용된 실험재료는 국내에서 생산되는 상업용 플라스틱 단열재를 사용하였고 그들의 조성은 제조자에 의해 밝혀지지 않았다. 연구 결과플라스틱 단열재의 열방출율은 재료의 밀도와 열플럭스의 증가에 따라 증가하였다. 플라스틱 단열재 중 폴리에틸렌 폼이 최대열방출율 및 평균열방출율이 가장 크게 나타났고, 열플럭스 및 밀도의 증가에 따른 최대열방출율의 증가율도 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 플라스틱 단열재에 의한 화재예방을 위해 제품의 종류 및 열플럭스의 크기에 따른 열방출 평가 기준을 제시하였다. This study was designed to investigate fire characteristics of the plastics insulating materials such as a polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, and polyethylene foam, which is used an insulating materials i3t workplace. The fire characteristics of plastic insulating materials were carried out from the Cone Calorimeter test according to ISO 5660. The experimental materials used were commercial plastic insulating materials by products and their composition is not disclosed by the manufacturer. As the results of this study; the heat release rate of plastic insulating materials was increased with increasing density and heat flux. The peak heat release rate and the average heat release rate for the polyethylene foam in insulating materials were showed the highest, and the peak heat release rate for the polyethylene foam was the highest. The standard of heat release rate with a kind of products and heat flux of irradiance to prevent fire by plastic insulating materials was suggested.
